Ordered this hotel due to good ratings and as it was a tiny bit more reasonably priced than others in the area while according to photos maintaining the same quality. This was sadly not true. The hotel lacks maintenance. Room was dirty, extremely noisy AC and poor breakfast. Security was not very good and anyone could have walked in from the street.. when we checked out we were accused of taking drinks from the minibar and almost ended up paying a fee for drinks we did not consume. All the people in the reception was nice and helpful during the stay except for an old grumpy lady that clearly has some control issues.. would not recommend this hotel unless it was half the price it is today !

Instalações muito limpas e espaço muito satisfatório. Fiquei no quarto superior e gostei muito. Atendimento muito cordial e amistoso por parte de todos os funcionários. Sempre bem humorados e solicitos. O café da manhã era muito gostoso e tinha boas opções e variedade. 4/5 tipos de frutas, pães diferentes… Me atendeu bem. Ótima localização com estação de metrô perto, ônibus na porta e ao lado de locais estratégicos tipo supermercado, academia, lojas, farmácias… Eu super recomendo. Fiquei 3 dias hospedada e tem um ótimo custo benefício. Simples mas muito ajeitado.

Ruim. Acabou a energia o nem luz de emergência havia no hotel. Não tivesse luz no celular subiria as escadas no escuro total. Nem gerador para o básico o hotel tinha. Banho?!? Não dava. Mesmo sendo na água fria, como não havia luz alguma, ficou complicado, inclusive para encontrar roupas e objetos no quarto. Celular acabou a bateria e assim a única luz foi-se também.

Fizeram uma área de fumante no hotel que fica no primeiro andar em um pátio em frente as janelas de todos os quartos do primeiro andar, era cheiro de fumaça a noite toda, e também é a mesma área de dispensa dos lixos então era barulho dos funcionários dia e noite circulando atrás da janela do seu quarto z conversando alto, fumando e cheiro forte de lixo. A piada é que cobram uma multa de 200 reais se alegarem que vc fumou no quarto.

Hospedagem razoável mas condizente com a descrição. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções mas é satisfatório. Ficamos no segundo pavimento (1 acima do restaurante) e não tivemos problema com barulho. Para quem passa os dias fora e só precisa do hotel para dormir vale pelo custo benefício.

Depende da sua intenção de viagem. Para mim, a localização foi perfeita, mas eu estava a trabalho e usei o hotel “para dormir”. Atendeu demais a minha necessidade para 1 noite. Caso seja para turismo, não indico esse hotel. Mas, não tive nenhum problema, café da manhã simples mas bem servido, ótimo custo, mas tudo funcionou. Obs: sem acessibilidade para cadeirantes.

Um dos melhores hotéis custo-benefício, vale muito a pena e ainda fica próximo a estação de metrô. O único defeito é não ter elevador, mas não atrapalhou em nada.

Quarto muito pequeno, não tinha ducha higiênica no banheiro, prédio de dois andares sem elevador (nega acessibilidade a portadores de deficiência física), não possui estacionamento próprio. Limpeza do quarto realizada apenas em horário específico e reduzido. O quarto 109 fica próximo à sala de armazenamento de roupa de cama, por conseguinte há barulho de conversas das funcionárias em horários inapropriados. Ao menos os funcionários foram solícitos em trocar o apartamento da reserva de duas camas de solteiro para uma de casal.
