Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. Good location with parking. In walking distance from the old town and good restaurants. Our room was facing the street and the windows don’t isolate enough from the traffic, but it’s bearable.

Very pleasant staff. Previous stay was street side, this stay was beautiful view of Belvedere tower & mountains. Firm beds, which was good for me not so much for travel companion. great rate for the accommodations.

Pretty good hotel but on my opinion was little bit old and cheap equipped. Breakfast was really nice and rich of choice for every type of taste. Parking behind hotel was also good plus.

Good location but outdated furniture

The hotel is well located in Mondovi, within a 5 minutes walk to center old town and 10 minutes to the funicular which takes you in 5 minutes, and 2.5 Euros tickets up the hills to this amazing piazza and old buildings. You can sit in one of the coffees or restaurants and enjoy the special atmosphere of this part of town. The room was outdated, the furniture is old fashioned and a refresh of the room would be nice. The bedding was firm and the bathroom was big enough. The team at the reception is really welcoming and the breakfast (you choose from a variety of options on a menu and it is served to your table) is ok, my regret is the coffee machine, which serves a poor quality taste coffee.

Friendly but no tv and small showers.

The tv was broken in the room and apparently most of the hotels TVs are broken and awaiting replacement for several months by the hotel owners. I was offered a different room but eventually chose to do without. The room was clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful for various things. The showers were very small. It’s got all new staff but generally the place is tired. And seemingly the owners are slow to put any investment into repair let alone improvement.

Acceptable but not great.

This is close to the train station and a short walk into town but is not in a great area. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area at night. The rooms are basic but clean. The windows and doors are thin so you can hear people in the other rooms, hallway, and outside the hotel. The breakfast is pretty bad so if you have an option of not having it included save your money. I expected a typical Italian breakfast with croissants, cheese, and cold meats. They serve stale, dry cakes and self-serve coffee from a machine.

Convenient location for my purposes. Quiet and comfortable enough. Staff was impersonal. Best thing about it was that it was just off the autostrada, had parking and was an easy walk to Lower Mondovi.

Awesome service!!

The service was amazing. Angela at the front desk was so accommodating and answered any and all of our questions in fantastic English. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. She showed us that the hotel is just across the canal from the beautiful old part of town. Easy walks all through the little shops and grand cathedrals.

Interesting city. Stopped off between the coast and Turin. Well worth a night. This restaurant is a real bargain. The staff are lovely and really can't complain about the room. Had an excellent meal in local restaurant (La Crota). Breakfast was absolutely fine.

A two night stopover which we chose because of location, free breakfast and parking. It was a good choice and the service was excellent. We didn't find Mondovi itself particularly appealing but there was a nice hilltop town but a bit dead. We would choose it again because of location and access to other areas.

Et slidt hotel mødte os (4*???) Receptionist uengageret og lettere irriteret over vores behov for 3. opredning, som nu var gjort klar på sofaseng. De kunne ikke nå andet. Men der var lagt lagen på - dyne, pude og rest sengetøj manglede i denne gamle udslidte sovesofa. To gange måtte vi ned i reception for at vi kunne gøre vores datters seng klar. Til sidst sagde receptionist at der ikke var flere dyner, så fik et ekstra lagen. Men næste morgen så vi rum med sengetøj - og det var masser. Hotellet langt fra udsolgt - så bare dårlig service fra doven receptionist/løgn - ville ikke lette måsen fra den stol hun sad tungt på - uengageret og meget lidt serviceminded. Ved morgenmad oplevede vi samme mangel på service. Kom ned kl 8.45 med tomme fade og juice beholdere. Og de blev ikke fyldt op selvom morgenmad var til kl 10. Personale havde travlt med at sætte nyvasket service på plads og dække op til næste gæster - og dem var der ikke mange af. Det blev fejet flittigt i lobby/bar område og på alle måder blev der gjort rent og ikke fokus på hygge for gæster - rengøring var 1. prioritet. Det til trods for, at alt så trist og slidt ud. 4 stjerner er en pæn overdrivelse. Det var en føntørre på det lille bad m skabskabine af brusebad. Nej - ikke nogen god oplevelse.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura e purtroppo ho trovato un letto con un materasso scomodissimo, con biancheria nemmeno molto pulita (sbaglio mio di non averlo fatto notare e richiesto il cambio).
Il bagno con doccia senza box e con una tenda che ovviamente non evitava la fuoriuscita dell'acqua che bagnava inevitabilmente il wc che si trovava di fronte .
La posizione discretamente comoda, silenzioso.
Personale gentile.
Buffet colazione con ampia scelta e prodotti di buona qualità.

Hotel in buona posizione in Mondovì a circa 30 minuti dalle piste di Prato Nevoso/Mondolé, ottima la colazione e bella la hall e le aree comuni, la camera a mio avviso non è da 4 stelle ma da 3 (o 3 superior), la tv piccola per una camera del genere, il nastro della tapparella semi nascosto dietro un mobile, il bagno poi di aspetto un pò antiquato con il piatto doccia un pochino rotto. Tutto sommato soggiornerei comunque ancora in questa struttura e la consiglio, ma valutandone bene il rapporto qualità prezzo

Veramente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Già stato in struttura e sicuramente ci tornerò ogni volta che avrò bisogno di andare in zona Mondovì. Purtroppo si sentono rumori tra camere e sempre purtroppo avevamo un vicino che russava con la TV accesa: una notte da incubo. Letti molto comodi ma cuscini bassi. Per il resto tutto ok e anche accogliente. Super gentilezza alla reception. Colazione normale. Bagno spazioso.
