This is a very beautiful, simply-appointed, well-maintained hotel that was comfortable and safe, but after a great start, they really messed up the end of my stay.

Pros:
*Discrete, safe property in a great location with keyed entry
*Beautiful rooms, although minimal in decor and amenities
*Comfortable queen size beds, which is a rare find in CDMX
*The breakfast is on a very beautiful terrace and the freshly made juice and fruit were delicious

Cons:
*There are very few amenities at this property beyond the free breakfast, which is good, but the pastries and bread are essentially stale and hard every day because they aren't fresh
*We received our room without the stated \"free\" Nespresso pods for our first night (More on this later) and without the mentioned mini-fridge
*In-room safe wasn't working
*No toiletries in our room, which we didn't even know we were missing until we had our cleaning
*Marble floors, with glass products all throughout the room, and bathroom (recipe for disaster if a bottle falls in the shower)
*Shower is situated in a way that the bathroom floor floods

The worst part is they charged me, essentially accusing me of stealing the Nespresso pods that were never present in my room. They didn't ask me, just made the charge based on housekeeping telling them I took them (hmmm??). This was such a bad ending to a stay that was very expensive, and very tacky on their part. Almost $2K to be accused of stealing coffee pods. Beware!

We loved Hotel Dama. The area was perfect. The hotel staff is very accommodating with anything one needs. Housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are small as is the case with any large city. The balcony and bathroom were lovely. The bed was very, very comfortable! I loved it. And the rain shower was also great after a full day of exploration.

We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.

I wish I could give five stars. If I was younger, I would try to buy this hotel and turn it into a gem. The staff is FANTASTIC!!! Young women and men who trying to please. Great communication skills. Good location. Just a few issues:
1. Housekeeping needs training. Every day is a hit or miss...One day they forget to leave washcloths. They only leave one hand towel. No place to hang the bath towels. On hook by the shower where the bathrobe is hanging. One day they hang the wet towels on top of the dry bathrobe. Other times, they changed the towels. There is only one trashcan in this room and it is in the bedroom. No trash can in the bathroom. Another time they washed the coffee cup but not the little spoon which was stuck to the saucer with dried up coffee...
2. You get two Nespresso pods for free on the first day. Any time after, you get charged for the Nespresso pods used in the room. Seriously!! Never saw this in any other hotel in my life.
3. No kettle in the room and no tea for tea drinkers.
4. The hotel rooms are not very well insulated. When somebody walks in the hallway, you hear the steps.
5. The terrace is nice for breakfast. The omelette maker chef is amazing. Great omelettes. The waiter we had every day was very service oriented. No view from the terrace...very \"urban\" setting.

I very much wish that the hotel management to fix the issues above. They leave a bad taste. Overall it is an OK hotel in a good location.

No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful.

Real value for money. A charming small hotel, with quality linens, a nice breakfast on the roof (with a view of the neighborhood) included in the price, and a friendly staff. On a quiet tree-lined street but close to the park and just a few blocks from a key metro line. Lots of good food with blocks.

This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect.

Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely!

The property did not tell us there was no AC in the entire hotel prior to our arrival even though they had been actively communicating about different services they offered before our arrival. They had a portable AC unit that was super loud and made it very hard to sleep with. They told me they would give me a 50% refund on the first night due to the AC inconvenience but it was a lie. Would probably recommend staying elsewhere as for the price I paid was nowhere near worth what the hotel offered.

Beautiful Cozy Hotel

Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

Great hotel in Mexico City

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Mexico City.we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning and end of our trip to Mexico. It’s very easy to walk around the lovely neighbourhoods of Condesa and Roma Norte from here, after a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were excellent,. Maria was very welcoming on reception and always helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again soon

Hotel Dama is a great property if you are looking for quiet, safe, clean and proximity to everything you need. Rooftop terrace is beautiful for breakfast or an evening cocktail. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very hip and chic property. Great for a solo trip or a couple.

Hotel Dama was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was walkable and safe, very close to Chapultepec Park which we really enjoyed. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. The rooftop terrace is so peaceful and perfect to relax with a drink. The hotel itself is a bit loud (street noise and insufficient soundproofing from the hallway) but it didn't bother us much. The bed was also so comfortable - I would love to stay here again!

Hotel is lovely and staff is very friendly and helpful. The top floor dining area is inviting and a wonderful place to have breakfast. The beds are delicious and everything in the room is nicely updated. My issue with the hotel is that for the price I would just expect more-I reserved the best room available as this was an anniversary trip, but the room was fairly small and looked directly out on a wall (the “courtyard” offered was about 3 feet wide). The bathroom was quite small, as was the lobby. They charged for little things like bottled water and specialty tea at the “included” breakfast. I would have been very happy with this hotel had I paid half its published rate, but at an average nightly rate well above other area options, this hotel did not live up.

Beautiful new hotel with Immaculate design/furnishings, wonderful staff, and great location. I didn't even realize they knew it was my birthday during my stay (they must have seen on my passport) but they knocked on the door with a bottle of champagne and sparklers, it was truly the sweetest thing I've ever experienced from a hotel. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the rooftop patio for breakfast and happy hour. Service was fantastic all around. Location is great as well. Note there was an event on the rooftop our last night which was incredibly loud. We turned on white noise and were able to sleep so I’m not sure how late it went. We’d still return but if you are sensitive to noise I might ask about that.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s quiet and cozy like an Airbnb, yet has the amenities and comforts of hotel with a rooftop restaurant, included breakfast, daily room cleaning, etc.

It’s a newer hotel, having just opened a few months ago, so the rooms are extremely clean and fresh. The house keeping is very detailed orientated and each day we were there was like the first. We never had to ask for anything since they were on top of replenishing things.

There is someone 24/7 at the front desk of this small boutique hotel and you need your room key to access the lobby, so we always felt very safe. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street in a very desirable neighborhood in CDMX.

We were there celebrating my cousin’s birthday and I mentioned this during the reservation and the hotel went above and beyond with a sign that said “Happy Birthday”, a desert, tequila shots, an entire bottle of tequila, and a room upgrade. It was such a nice and memorable start our trip.

The room itself was massive and gorgeous with two sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower. If I were to design a hotel room, it would look just like this.

The included breakfast in our stay was one of the best I’ve ever had with your choice of meal, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh squeezed juice, and choice of croissants.

I never felt so at home at a hotel before. It was a perfect 10/10 hotel stay across the board.

Additionally, our breakfast experience on the rooftop was great with Maria's attentiveness and politeness. All the staff were really very nice.
