Breakfast was good, we liked the option to prepare ourselves a fresh vegetable/fruit drink.

Top class hotel

Could not fault my stay at Phi Cavalieri.
The on site restaurant serves the most excellent food and the staff are amazing.
The rooms are of a very high standard with everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Bra.

'Best' by name...

I stay here at least 4 times a year. The staff are always very kind and the hotel in order.
The location is a short walk to Bra town centre, but there is an excellent on site restuarant for those who don't want to go far.

A superb hotel, one of the best I have stayed in!

This hotel is superb. The rooms are huge and the whole hotel is spotless and well run. Breakfast is good, a self-service affair with plenty of choice & and the restaurant was good too. The bathroom was large and had an excellent shower and a bath. I would certainly return to this hotel again, it is one of the best I have stayed in.....it's also in a quiet spot with no noise from passing traffic!

Lovely hotel - great location.

This hotel is a 15 min walk from the main train station. Great gym next door with pool. Hotel has bicycles to lend for a great way to travel around Bra.

Stayed one night while driving through Italy. It is exactly what we expected from a Best Western -- clean comfortable beds, professional service. Nothing \"special\" but reliable - exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend it.

We were in a junior suite with a hydro tub and we were very disappointed. The breakfast was very poor and a lot of the options such as eggs had run out by 9am. There was no high chair available for our daughter and the staff were not helpful. There was no shower in the room and the hydro bath was not kept clean. There were hairs left in the jets and it was grimey. The air conditioning did not work and we had to open the window to cool down. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Reception ottima. Camera molto bella. Caldo il bagno, abbiamo trovato invece la stanza fredda. Il termostato segnava 24 gradi, ma nella stanza ve ne saranno stati 16-17. Abbiamo utilizzato le coperte in dotazione nell'armadio. Il mattino la signora alla reception ci ha detto che probabilmente vi era stato un problema di riscaldamento. Essendo sotto zero fuori (6 gennaio) ci si augurava un'altra temperatura. Comunque niente di irreparabile.

Le seul problème que j'ai eu cette fois c'est que je trouve INACCEPTABLE que lors du check In on ne nous informe pas qu'il y a un mariage juste dessous les fenêtres (restaurant annexe de l'hôtel) jusqu'à en tout cas 3 h du matin.
Payer une chambre pour ne pas dormir je vais ailleurs!, ou ils auraient pu nous déplacer sur l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Pas de dédommagement, j'hésite à y retourner car c'est un manque de respect du client.

Our room didn’t face a proper shower. Only a spa bath and a hand-held nozzle. I can’t score a room or hotel highly when there’s no proper shower. For the rate we paid, I would think that’s a minimum requirement. The hair dryer was also useless.

Zeer huisdiervriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid. Ze hadden effe pech met de koffieautomaat maar dat werd door het personeel geregeld.
Enige dat we miste was een zwembad en uitleg over de ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Hotel sympa, propre , par contre le personnel n est pas du tout sympa ... que ce soit à l accueil ou au service petit dejeuner ... pas un sourire , pas un service - pire pas de service au petit dejeuner avec une cafetière non operationnelle et personne pendant 20 mn pour la remettre en route ......
Seule la femme de ménage dans le couloir , sourit et nous dit bonjour :-)

Nel prezzo della colazione non erano inclusi: spremuta, omelette e uovo alla coque, non mi aspetto una roba del genere da un 4 stelle e soprattutto che non venga specificato prima.

Il servizio della colazione era frettoloso ed agitato.
E cosa abbastanza sgradevole non si poteva poteva scegliere liberamente il tavolo dove consumare la colazione, a noi è stato assegnato il tavolo nella parte poco illuminata.
Camere carine ma un po’ attempate anche se molto pulite.

Camera pulita, spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario, al di sopra della media degli altri alberghi (set spazzolino,balsamo, igiene intima...).La vicinanza a Bra permette di fare un giro in centro con una bella passeggiata, senza spostare la macchina. Tutto molto bello, unica pecca: la colazione.Anche se ben fornita, c'era troppa gente e quindi si faceva la coda per aspettare che rifornissero i succhi, le tazze, i piatti..etc. Ma soprattutto c'era una sola macchinetta che dispensava bevande calde come caffè e cappuccino, quindi si doveva affrontare una coda di 20 minuti...il servizio al tavolo delle bevande calde sarebbe stato perfetto.Comunque struttura che consiglierei!

Fint hotel til overnatning. Vi ville gerne have bilen i den aflåste parkeringskælder. Nedkørslen til p-kælder er ikke egnet for lave biler. Vores er en C Mercedes (fyldt feriebil) og vi fik et ordentligt skrab af bunden af bilen. Vi tømte bilen i kælderen og kørte den forsigtigt op på gaden. Det gik fint. Holdt på gaden ud for hotellet i stedet for.
Meget fint stort værelse, god seng. Spiste i restauranten, hvilket også var en god oplevelse.

Très bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel avec une grande chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit. La salle de bains était très bien, très grande mais le personnel avait oublié que nous étions 2 et il n'y avait qu'un linge ce qui n'a pas eu de gravité dans notre séjour. Bon wifi et la climatisation était agréable par ces temps de chaleur. Seul bémol, l'emplacement, loin du centre de Bra (il faut compter env. 30 minutes à pied)

Para quem está de carro, a distância do hotel para o Centro é irrelevante. O hotel é excelente; a recepcionista de simpatia e atenção ímpar! Adoramos as instalações e o espaço enorme do quarto, mas o chuveiro deixou muito a desejar para mim que gosto de banho bem quente. Senti frio e a água esquentou pouco. O café da manhã também foi muito gostoso e farto. O melhor que tive na Itália.

L'hotel se trouve à environ 20 minutes du centre ville à pied. Tout y est grand, l'hôtel, son garage souterrain, les chambres. Personnel très affable et se donnant la peine de parler dans votre langue. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Les chambres sont confortables. Il y a aussi un spa avec un jacuzzi. Supermarché à proximité.
