Not expensive and worth the money. Everything was clean, staff helpful, easy check out. Just needed a microwave. Did have a refrigerator but could not heat up leftover or Starbucks coffee that I put in the refrigerator so made an iced coffee. All in all not a bad stay if you don’t opt for luxury. It was acceptable.

We had a great stay, mostly because we won!
The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean, although a little cold even on the Summer Solstice - we figured it out
The food at the restaurant and cafe was horrible. My girlfriend sent back the pancakes, PANCAKES!!, as being dry and hard (she NEVER sends back anything!). The grilled chicken sandwiches from the grill were hard and, OH SO DRY! NO amount of sauce of any kind could remedy that!!!
Still I'd go back, just dine elsewhere!

We arrived early to check in, 1hour, We asked the front desk for handicap room with two queen size beds. Not available. Asked about toilets being higher??? Yes they replied. NO WAY. Then they said early check-in- 11:00 extra. When will hotels STOP gouging people? listened to people's dog barking all night, young kids in the hallways at 3:22 am. Beds leave little relaxation, pillows forget it. We saw the check-in downstairs and a light went on in our heads. We stayed here once before and because of the same reasons AND the parking garage not to truck friendly we now remember Lady LUCK is not so much luck for our stay.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Floors could have been cleaned better. Kept stepping on tiny rocks in bathroom, and somewhere my husband ended up getting a short screw stuck in bottom of sock and poking into his feet. Probably from the carpet by the bed. Also the air vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty.

Tried to check in no one was there for over 3 hours. When I was able to check in got a early check in charge at 3:56 pm. 4 minutes early. Have not received my deposit back yet. No one came by asking if I wanted a drink. Machines were extremely tight. Staff was not very friendly.

Walked into our room and the A/C was not working. Called down to the desk and they sent a tech up to check out the A/c unit. He pulled the filter that was about a year old and said oh that’s the problem. The unit was so dirty and plugged up it wouldn’t work. The tech called down to the desk and said the a/c was broken. They gave us another room and the exact same thing happened. Asked for a manager and was told “ since we went with Expedia they could do nothing further but offer a drink voucher”. The manager then admitted the buildings main A/c system was down after i called for a refund. I showed the manager how our sink was broken, the toilet seat was cracked, the shower plate was coming off the wall, and the towel hangers were all pulled away from the wall and the door lock was broken. Worst place I have ever stayed.

I will not say we had a bad time. The room was pretty cheap, and we got what we paid for. Maybe it was my mistake for thinking a property owned by Ceaser's Palace might have a similar glow. We arrived an hour before check in totally fine to wait if the room was not ready. The teenager ( I'm not biased, this person just lacked that welcoming vibe) at the desk told us there would be a fee to check in early. Screw that, right?! My wife and i kept busy until check in, got our keys and made our way down the dark, dinghy hallways to our room and wow! Just wow. The heat drove me backwards when i opened the door. I made my way past the alarm clock blinking 12 with no buttons to fix it. I stepped over the beer can that housekeeping missed and got to the thermostate to see it was set to cold. Calling downstairs, they informed me that because it had snowed that day the heat kicked on. Apparently once the heat kicks on it takes 2 days to turn off. I don't blame you if you read that last sentence twice. Now, its off season, the casino wasn't busy and it was a Wednesday night. I asked if i could be moved to another room. My Ceaser's resort front desk agent said no, suggested i open the window and offered me one of those crappy white box fans. My options were to scream at a teenager, or enjoy my stay. Btw, its a casino hotel. Those windows dont open more than a couple inches.

The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. I called maintenance to fix the toilet and AC. I left the room to go start gambling when I got a phone call saying that I needed to be \"removed\" from the room. I headed back to the check in desk and they moved me to another room where the AC didn't work again. I couldn't sleep because of how hot the room was. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Hello,
I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review.

The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep.

Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as a positive about Lady Luck when Monarch is right across the street.

Once arriving to our room, the AC units to the room was not working nor did the thermostat, we thought if we left the window open and raised the cool temperature it would be cold enough once we get back gambling. Sadly to our surprise, room was still hot and no AC running so demanded to speak to manager to get a room exchange.
Conclusion to story, got transferred to horseshoe hotel.

We stayed here a couple other times but this stay our room had no a/c which they mention to us when we checked in(after reading past reviews this has been a problem before on numerous occasions). They offered us a box fan which helped a little but was still uncomfortable all night. Next morning shower was Luke warm at best.

I was very unhappy from when I arrived, the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs to get to our hotel room. There was no one to check us into our room we had to use a system, then we were really trying to order food to our room and it was not easy at all through the app, and it took 2 hours to get our food and was 60 bucks just for one of the meals. When we went to check out it says the charges of resort fee and sales tax for 2 days and then added up to 112! I was very disappointed and wish I could get reimbursed with something but highly doubt that will happen, but I now know that I will not be returning to this hotel/casino ever again.

The rooms are very rundown. Our door was so tight that you had to push really hard to open and close it. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. I grabbed a hand towel to dry my hands and long pieces of black hair fell out. Gross! Plan on walking all the way over to Horseshoe if you want coffee or food. They only have an expensive steak house and a taco stand at Lady Luck, and the hours they are open is minimal. The front desk is only open for a few hours a day, so not much help there. I know the last thing casinos want is for you to stay in your room, but I wasn’t expecting such a rundown room. Also, make sure you put the safety latch on because housekeeping begins knocking on doors around 8am on your check out day. I didn’t get to the door quick enough because I was still sleeping and they tried to come in. Thankfully we had our safety latch on. Check out isn’t until 11am so the fact that they start knocking around 8am was so bizarre and uncomfortable.

First, there was no hot water the entire stay. I checked in around 6 PM and was told the boiler had been turned back on and I would get hot water soon. I waited until 2 AM—still no hot water. The next morning, there was still none. On top of that, the shower wouldn’t drain properly.
I called to speak to a manager, but he was not helpful and never followed up. I was unable to take a proper shower the entire weekend.
Housekeeping was also a major issue. I had my Do Not Disturb sign on, yet staff entered my room twice without knocking. I told them we were checking out the next day (we had to use Google Translate since they didn’t speak English), and they acknowledged it. Despite that, about an hour later, another housekeeping staff member tried to enter again while I was getting dressed. Thankfully, I had the safety chain on.
To be honest, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The food at the restaurants was also underwhelming, and prices were extremely high (for example, $10 for a bottle of Fiji water).
On the last night, a group of about 10 people were partying loudly in a nearby room for over 2 hours. There was no response from security or management, despite the disturbance.
The rooms were somewhat clean, but overall, the experience was unacceptable for the price

I enjoyed the hotel until it was time to check out. I asked for noon check out instead of 11 am. They wanted $11 or for the hour. Ridiculous. I waited for my party elsewhere which was inconvenient.
The maid service wasn’t done until 4 pm on my 1st day. This was poor customer service. An opportunity to make some change.
I didn’t care for the casino. Table stakes were $15, $25. Fewer people and tons of Machines. I had fun at other casinos.

So we get there ten minutes early and the lady that was working was rude and just brushed us off, then we use the kiosk to check in and it asks if we want to upgrade the room and tells us it will only be like $10 more then what we were quoted and then we get to the room and the fireplace don’t even work. Took pretty much all night to get the pilot light lit so we could enjoy the fireplace. Then when I check out I find out that the quote that the machine gave us was an additional $221 dollars on top of what I was already paying for a room that the only difference was the fireplace. This machine was not very informative on the upgrade and I would have asked the lady at the desk if she wasn’t so rude but now I’m stuck paying almost $448 for a room that wasn’t at all worth it, it didn’t even have a good view! Very frustrated and doubt I will stay there again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the ability for air circulation is not good. The wall unit faces another wall and does not put out any real air. There’s not a fan above bed or in room - it was extremely stuffy and hot- not comfortable to sleep. I hope this can be corrected before Summer that would be just miserable. Staff was friendly and we had a nice time over the weekend.

We called the property multiple times to confirm SEMI parking. When we got there they had no such thing. I asked to speak with the manager (who was clearly drunk when he answered) he said I can ask for a refund through Expedia. When Expedia requested the refund they didn’t even respond. This is a scam that this hotel is run in to get rooms double paid for. We paid for 2 night that we never got to use, and still had to find somewhere else to stay.
