This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe.

The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries.

On Top Of The Mountain

The hotel is amazing, with fantastic views overlooking the valley. Some rooms while a bit larger and with large balconies don't have views. Despite requesting view in booking we were firstly placed in a room without but were thankfully able to be moved. Pool and included breakfast also very good. Only 10 minutes out of Alba and a Decathlon store right below.
Michelin restaurant there but we didn't use it.

We wanted to escape for an evening and enjoy some good food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere , we were not disappointed . The location and the area were perfect , the wines and food excellent and interesting . The Chef Paulo came and introduced himself and helped us with our choice of meal .

Beautiful setting with amazing view

We were a little spooked by the climb to the hotel, but it was absolutely worth it. It is a lovely facility with an amazing pool and restaurant with terrific views. Room was perfect and breakfast delicious with a wide array of choices.

Location fantastica: un castello in cima alla collina di Santa Vittoria, tra Bra e Alba. Le camere sono ben arredate, ma peccano di insonorizzazione. Pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima e variegata, il risostorante è stata una bella sorpresa: la scelta della cena scaglionata è lodevole per accontentare anche chi arriva in ritardo, ma allo stesso tempo rende poco godibile la rilassatezza del momento. Un 4 stelle di ottimo livello comunque.

Un endroit exceptionnel par sa vue, son paysage, le personnel tout autant professionnel que bienveillant, tout cela dans un très beau Castello. Dommage que le restaurant était fermé la semaine de notre séjour, nous aurions tant aimé y dîner. Petit bémol : bien trop peu de chaises longues pour accueillir le nombre de clients autour de la piscine.

Das alte Castello ist sensationell auf einem Hügel gelegen, wunderbare Aussicht, absolut ruhig, nicht weit bis zu den Städten Alba und Bra. Das Haus ist gut renoviert, es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Restraurant und das Personal ist top.

Perché au sommet d’une colline, l’hôtel avec sa magnifique tour médiévale et le clocher non loin offre un lieu de détente authentique et reposant.
Le lieu est idéal pour découvrir les villages voisins, qui sont pour la plupart à quelques minutes en voiture (C’est un atout pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge qui ne peuvent pas se permettre de faire 1h30 de trajet pour aller visiter un ou deux villages).
Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.
La suite pour une famille de 4 personnes était spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle.

Extremt bra men med ett minus

Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse på hotellet. Hotellet är väldigt mysigt och har väldig trevlig personal med bra service. Vi fick snabbt bra hjälp med våra frågor om besök på vingårdar och hjälp med bokning med mera. Rummen är väldigt bra och vårt rum hade fantastisk utsikt. Det ända som är väldigt negativt är att hotellets resturang har väldiga problem med stora getingar som kommer in och terroriserar restaurangens gäster. Vi fick en av två middagar närapå förstörda eftersom vi satt spända över när getingen skulle landa på vårt bord. Synd att personalen inte riktigt förstod direkt att man som gäst blir väldigt obekväm och att det faktiskt är viktigare att känna sig trygg än att få sin mat två minuter tidigare. Detta måste dom göra något åt snabbare framåt. Hoppas min recension hjälper och att de på allvar tar tag i problemet direkt.

Very disappointed by our stay in this hotel that is far from deserving 4 stars.
Service was the worst. When arriving we have just been given our keys with no information whatsoever on the facilities (breakfast, swimming pool, restaurant...) and when leaving nobody even considered asking us how was our stay.
Breakfast is ridiculous with cheap products and few traditional specialties (fruit juices made out of powder, instant coffee machine, dry bread, sugary industrial jams...)
Rooms design is way too modern for being in a castle which breaks the atmosphere and wifi is poor.

Hotellet ligger mycket vackert på toppen av en kulle med underbara vyer. Poolen var fin och fräsch, 1,4 m djup, så rätt grund. Restauranten hör inte till hotellet och är rätt populär. Vi kunde tyvärr inte äta där då vi inte hade bokat. Övriga restauranter är ca 600 m bort och 70 m ner. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse där. Ett bra ställe att utgå från om man vill utforska vinområdet. Kan vara bra att boka i restauranten om man inte vill gå en del eller ta bil för att äta. Vill man äta på rummet så finns en stor livsmedelsaffär Bennet nedanför kullen.
Frukosten var bra. Buffé med rätt mkt att välja på.

Fint hotel med enorm utsikt

Fint men något slitet hotel. Rent överallt. Fantastiskt läge med en enorm utsikt. Ligger då lite av sides då man behöver ha bil för att ta sig någonstans. Vilket man iofs behöver vart man än bor då byarna INTE är stora och man vill troligtvis åka runt. Finns en liten by 800 m nedanför hotellet med en mycket trevlig familjerestaurang med lokal mat.Trevlig personal i receptinen

Un hotel molto pulito e con una dotazione davvero di ottimo livello, il panorama che si può osservare dal castello è mozzafiato.
Peccato per l'accoglienza ed il personale, troppo freddo e non in linea con le aspettative della struttura, inaccettabile non poter mangiare nulla la sera di Pasqua nonostante l'arrivo in hotel in orario con le consuetudini di servizio ristorazione.
Si auspicherebbe un servizio più attento e disponibile in una struttura davvero bella e curata
