Check it at 3pm, was there at 3:30, room was not ready, therefore couldn't get key for late night return. Sign with number to call for front desk help, arrived at 11:45, called number and phone rang laying on other side of counter. Clerk finally came from up stairs and gave me a room. Had reserved a king bed, room given was twin queen beds. Light switch did nothing when turned on, room was dark other than 2 lamps, went to sit on chair, had to swipe crumbs off of 1st. Had to call desk again to get tv to work. Woke in morning and had to call to get tv to work. Will give credit, clerk promptly did come to room each time and got tv working. Price was reasonable, but you get what you pay for I guess

Don’t trust the address on the hotels app, it will take you to the middle of nowhere. And it’s reckless for hotels.com to not correct this when it affects someone’s ability to not stay in a hotel they couldn’t get to because of the error in address.

We just needed to sleep on our way to the Wichita Airport and this was clean, cheap, near gas and just off the freeway! Staff was nice. Everything else was fine. Towels for shower were a bit small, but not a big deal to us. We did not eat breakfast. Wish there was a place to get water besides the vending machine, but expected for the price.

The room was clean and some remodeling had been done. However, the furniture was old and marked up and the chair in the room was terribly dirty. The hallway needed to be vacuumed, and the lobby area needed to be cleaned. The floors needed to be swept and washed, and the leather furniture needs to be replaced. (The picture does not represent the lobby.)
The staff was nice at check in.
We did not have the breakfast, but we noticed there were not many offerings.
The parking lot was fine.

Advertising that they have breakfast is barely true. There was 1 apple, 1/4 gallon of 2% milk, 2 partial loaves of bread and when they decide to get the waffle mix out, there is no butter no cups to transfer the mix to the iron. The property itself is very run down.

The tall young man at the front was verry rude. He got upset I could not understand his English. I was told where to not park and when I ask where to park he said that is not a parking spot. The room had the last persons dirty wash cloth and scrubber for the shower in the bathroom. The walls and ceiling were water damage and leaking currently. The curtain did not work. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. It was a sufficient place to sleep after a long day on the road.

The breakfast was barely enough to say there was a breakfast, as the coffee tasted old and was warm, another guy said the decaf was cold, there were only 3 packets of oatmeal, barely enough milk for cereal, and absolutely nothing fresh or available for a guest with dietary needs... and we were the first people at the breakfast area, with nobody visible to restock anything. Waffle maker was about the only thing that seemed hot and ready, but there was only syrup as a topping.

It worked, but we still needed to go elsewhere for breakfast. Not great, but good enough for sleeping.

One orange, one apple and bread was in a plastic container still in the wrapper. Then they wanted a $50 credit card or $100 cash for incidentals. What incidentals. I refused to pay. No staff to greet you, you had to call a number and obviously someone living there came down to check you in. They should lose their franchise license.

Very disappointed with this hotel, first room the zircon did not work, was then moved to another one which had a very unpleasant stale smell, but at least the aircon worked.
I should have known what to expect when the car park was full of work pick up trucks. The entrance hall was all muddy from the workers boots. I could hear dogs barking from some of the rooms although, the second room I was placed in was further down the hall from them. The next morning at 6.45 am I went to the breakfast area to get a coffee, this was barely Luke warm. The guy behind the desk was more interested in playing games on his phone. I gave up and left, needless to say, I will not be stopping here again. I get the impression from staying in many of these Asian Indian run hotels that they are only interested in providing the bare minimum, even down to maintenance to maximise profits. Once again, the photos on the site are misleading and not really representative of what it looks like now. The Hotel owners should be made to post new photos every 3 years to show reality rather than what it looked like when built.

I checked out a day early so I requested a credit for early check out with the clerk in person upon checking out. It was high school graduation weekend, and they were fully booked and shouldn't have had a problem renting the room again as I left very early in the morning. I called the hotel on three occasions asking the status of my refund and was told each time they would ask their manager and get back with me. I never received a call back. I sent three emails requesting my refund and still haven't received any replies or refund from my emails. Bath towels are the size of a hand towel. North side exit door is broken so anybody can gain access to the rooms without a key card with is a major security issue. Breakfast choices are very limited. Front desk clerk is never at the front desk. Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay. I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and my visit two years ago was pleasant. I'm not sure what changed but I will not stay here again. I'm still waiting to hear back on my refund.

I’m not a person that needs a fancy hotel by any means, as long as it’s clean, this hotel was definitely not that. The hotel was filthy, there was garbage and dirt all over the floor in the hallway, when I walked into the room there were stands of hair on everything, the sink in the bathroom was visibly dirty, the vent was falling out of the ceiling, the floor was gross, to the point I refused to take my shoes off even once. The chair in the corner was covered in stains. The bedding appeared okay. For the price I honestly didn’t expect much, but this hotel was gross and the location is a little sketchy as well.
