Stayed here 2 nights. Room looked clean but found two folded up boxes of alcohol stuffed between cabinet and fridge. We over looked that but the 2nd night we seen two mice. At checkout next morning we told the front desk and their response was “ok.” Not I’m sorry or how can we make it right. Nothing. Extremely unhappy with this stay.

This is a Days Inn that is old and needs some updating. The check-in person was friendly and check in was easy. The motel is located on a very busy highway. So highway traffic noise was a problem. Bring your sound machine. The breakfast was very lacking with Little Debbie cakes being one of the offerings. The room was clean and comfortable (except for noise).The motel is in a business area; not a lot to do here.

We were doing a road trip and stopped here for the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall appearance is fine, our beds were clean and comfortable that is all I really cared about. Breakfast is more like breakfast snacks which was just fine as well. The only thing that I was uncomfortable with is the people hanging out in the parking lot and smoking. It appeared that some of them live there. I think the smoking rooms should be limited to one side of the building as the smoke from downstairs rises into the rooms upstairs.

The front office at check in was very clean and smelled good. I was greeted by a gentleman that was kind, pleasant, polite and friendly, actually made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I were an actual guest. At other motels I have been treated like I was just a bother for taking up time to check in, as if I weren’t a paying customer. Upon entering the room I was greeted with a pleasant smell, perhaps some kind of cleaner they used or air freshener, it wasn’t breath taking but enough to let me know someone had taken their time and done their job cleaning. The beds had WHITE bedspreads and they weren’t dingy. The room was spotless. I walked into the bathroom and there was no hair in the floor, no grime in the shower or tub, the linens were neatly hung and white.
The motel was quiet even though a busy road runs beside it, no one was hanging in the parking lot like a lot of other motels. I walked outside st 1:30 am to smoke and never once felt like I need to rush or run to sit in my vehicle and lock my doors. I felt very safe. The outside is well lit and open. There was no trash anywhere, no piled up mattresses and TV’s. I felt like I was in a good safe place. I slept sound which is unusual for me, especially given the fact I was in area I wasn’t very familiar with.
I can’t say enough about the service at the front desk, the excellent job the ladies do cleaning and EVERYTHING worked just like it should do therefore the maintenance people are doing a great job as well!

I’ve stayed at a worse hotel. This one is right down there with that one. The room smells of stale smoke, which is always disgusting but I had to sign a note stating that I wouldn’t smoke in the room that smells like old smoke. I got woken up by what I hope isn’t bed bugs. Don’t stay here.

I was traveling alone and this property does not have a double bed which I did not need 2 beds just wanted more room, I had to walk around to the back to that room, you can't park there, so it is not safe, at all, spiders where in my tub and in the bed I reported it the next day when living she was like well sorry we sprayed the day before, I could not shower, the class of hotel motel I should say where asking for money, the noise outside my room was non stop did not feel safe at all, the whole area the whole experience and not being able to sleep or shower and dealing with spiders and bringing them back home with me which I have sprayed.

We booked online. We arrived late do to traveling. The place smelled like cigarettes and smoke although the clerk said it was a nonsmoking place. Our room was filthy and terribly dated. I pulled the sheets back and they were streaked brown. It was disgusting. I went to the front desk and ask for more linens. She gave me a brand new comforter in the bag so I was good with that but all the other linens were all terribly stained and streaked. She went again to get more and they were the same way. All of our towels and wash clothes were all stained and streaked. The floor was so nasty. The smell of cigarettes and smoke was awful. The plug ins were so messed up that my husband was afraid to plug up his CPAP machine. Why is this place even open?? There is absolutely no reason to have this health hazard open. We quickly got up showered off and got out of there. Their free breakfast consisted of some wrapped snacks, yogurt and bananas. There was no coffee in either container. Our Aunt and Uncle’s room was also terribly filthy and their air conditioner made a really loud rattling noise and kept them up all night. This was our first trip to Bristol TN and we definitely know where NOT to stay on our way through in the future.

Our room interior had been refinished compared to other reviews I’ve read, so I was reasonably happy. Overall the building, lot and pool are are dated and a little dilapidated. The new flooring, furnishings and bedding were a nice upgrade but the bathroom was just dusty in the corners and walls dirty. Staff was very kind, could not be nicer. I just wish they could put more effort into the property.

I don’t care who smokes pot, but I don’t want to smell and inhale others pot smoke. No one was outside my room smoking, but in an adjacent room.

The lady at the front desk charged me twenty dollars cash (had to be cash) to check in early at 12:30pm. Normal check-in time was 2pm. I had arrived after a twenty hour trip and wanted to take a shower and be ready for the parents meeting at the college. The thing is the room was ready when I arrived so why ask for twenty dollars cash for an early check-in. It's not like they had to make a special effort to accommodate me.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They are really nice people. Booked this property last minute on the way to Gatlinburg, without seeing it first. Pictures made it look much nicer than it is. There was a man who looked like he was on heroin standing in front of his door for the entire time we checked in and unloaded the car. Pool was empty of water. Room had no air conditioning, just blew out hot air and rattled. Would not recommend this hotel for the price, maybe if they lowered the rate to about $60 or less.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. After driving 10 hours we were extremely dissatisfied with stay. Ice machine was old and dingy, sheets and bedding stains. Both chairs were stained. Tub was dirty, linens were yellow instead of white, bathroom floor dirty. Front door did not seal, the fire/smoke alarm was missing. Should have left, but couldn’t drive any further. Thought we were in good hands since it was name brand hotel. Very disappointed.

Rooms are laminate flooring not carpet. Floor wasnt swept too good. Shower faucet was hooked to pex and was hanging out of the wall loosely not fastened. Booked for 4 people and always had to ask for a 4th towel. Not worth the money we paid for it for sure. Will sleep in my truck before i stay there again definitely an outed motel at best. Surprised it ahd the wyndham name on it honestly

Upon checking in we found our bed had crumbs in it. We asked the lady at the front desk to have our sheets changed and she said she would take care of it. We come back 5 hours later and nothing was changed, so I went back to the man at the front desk and asked for our sheets to be changed soon so we could go to sleep. An hour passes and nothing, so I once again went back. This time they had someone there to change our sheets within 10 minutes.

The floors were quite dirty - it was obvious they hadn't been mopped any time soon. The pool was full of leaves. You could see daylight around our door and there was a lot of road noise.

I want to start by saying that in general, I have found Days Inn to be good hotels (I’ve stayed in several of them in at least 3 different states) However, This particular one was terrible. I stayed there one night while on my way to Hershey PA, And this is what I had to deal with

First, They assigned me to a room that hadn’t been fully cleaned yet, When I walked in one of the beds hadn’t even been made (They did come back and fix it right after I stepped out for a little while)

The shower head would not move and the shower curtain was made so that it went on the outside meaning that you couldn’t keep water from going on the floor.
Toilet Paper holder was broken.
Toilet wouldn’t flush good.
Sink was stopped up.
The light switch in the bathroom was broken (Dial was missing), So it had to stay on all the time.
One of the lamps wouldn’t come on.
The closet light wouldn’t come on.
And the floor was very dirty

I could understand a couple of these things but all this was ridiculous. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…. The place Sucks

Also, I left them a present in the toilet because I didn’t flush, A way of telling them what I thought about the place

READ ME!! This hotel was awful. Got to the room, immediately noticed stains on the curtains. Then I checked the bed. Stains on the quilt, stains on the sheets, pulled the sheets back and spiders crawled out. Walk in the bathroom, the tub was awful. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Mold growing in the corner of bathroom ceiling. Went down to the lobby, they offered to just change the sheets. Needless to say. Save your money, go somewhere else. That placed needs to be shut down.
