Upon check-in, it was clear the hotel has been undergoing some much needed renovations but there is still a lot left to do.
The staff was very friendly but the room they gave me appeared to have been occupied so they moved me to another room.
The room itself was OK. The bed was fairly nice. The "kitchen" had no coffee maker. Apparently, you have to get one from the front desk as well as any other kitchen amenities. I feel like a coffeemaker should be a given!
The bathroom felt dirty and dingy.
It seemed apparent that there are some permanent residents there.... lots of kids riding bikes and skateboards as well as lots of adults hanging out in front of their room in chairs and just general loitering.
I will say that it seemed pretty quiet once it started to get dark but prior to that, there was a lot of noise outside.
As a woman traveling alone, I have to say that I felt a little unsafe.
The "breakfast" is nothing more than a grab and go kind of thing.
So, all in all, not a place I can see staying at again.

Breakfast is almost zero, even no tables to sit. Almost nothing was offered to eat. No toasts, no cheese spread. Only nut bars and hot water.
Breakfast is until 9 am, wich is too early. That's a pity we waked up for this zero breakfast instead of longer sleeping.

The room smelled horrible of cigarettes and the furniture had cat scratch damage and the walls had pet damage as well. The tub had peeling paint. The door to the room was horrific to open with a horrible screech. For the price we paid for this room, it was very disappointing.

One storage room door was falling apart, it is loud at night , smells like weed and the stairs had caution tape still attached to it. Check in was nice and rooms are clean. It was decent for one night

The staff was great, very professional, welcoming and quick with check-in. The room smelled of smoke and the pillow cases were a little dingy. If they changed to vinegar and lemon w/a little bleach for cleaning, that would greatly help. Breakfast items/coffee were ready in the lobby, just grab and go items, but healthy choices. In line with value expectations.

Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. Entry switch turned on no lights and lights beside bed did not work (tried every combination with the wall switch). There was a Wendy’s drink in the freezer (would have preferred complimentary wine). There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI.

It says they offer continental breakfast but they don't. They only offer muffins oatmeal packets and granola bars. The room was not very clean the shower head was disgusting I did not even shower. The pool was covered and drained. The beds were not very comfortable they are on Metal Frames and they're loud when you turn over. Not what I expected from an Extended Stay America.

The room was dirty. Multiple reviews said the floors were dirty and that is absolutely true. The floor was disgusting. It looked like it had not been swept in weeks. The grout around the tub was moldy and gross. Rust around appliances. The curtains were falling down. The pictures online must be from immediately after a remodel because while the furniture is the same things are old and worn out. The pros-mattress cover to protect against bed bugs and sheets were clean. But sheets were not large enough to fully cover mattress so fitted sheet kept coming off. Oh, and the room smelled bad. I had prepaid unfortunately for two nights so I stuck it out and made do but had to do some cleaning before I could relax. It’s priced cheaper for a reason. I’ve stayed at many Extended Stays over the years and they have all been nice except for this one. Avoid it unless you like dirt.

Front desk staff on phone and angry when I asked to check in. Had to help my aging parents through clouds of pot smoke. You should not advertise as a comfortable place. I didn’t realize that your reputation is so bad!

Don’t plan to stay here if it might snow. This hotel is located up a long, steep hill that is NOT salted or maintained. I was told this by the front desk staff when I asked. I requested a handicapped room if available, or at least something on the first floor. I was told there were no rooms on the first floor and then was rudely asked “So, does it matter then?” Realizing I wouldn’t be able to complete my stay due to the incoming snow, I answered “I guess not” and was given a room on the third floor. Walking into the room, the two lights anyone would turn on first were so dim, they were useless. One of the beds was not connected to the base and sounded like it was broken. It was not sleepable by any means. The grab n go continental breakfast was an absolute joke. Oatmeal pack, snack bar, hot water, and coffee - all of which was promptly removed at 9:30am. While the room had a kitchenette, there were no pans or dishes, not even a coffee maker. There was no alarm clock in the room. There were two microwaves, neither of which worked to keep a correct time. I only stayed one of two nights and was never offered a refund for the night I couldn’t have used due to their lack of preparation for the impending snow storm. I will say the heater worked well in the room. This was my first experience at an Extended Stay and I will never stay at one again.

Bed, linens and shower were clean. LVP floors need major attention in Room 105. TV Remote was not very compatible with the TV appliance. One light fixture was not operable. Blackout curtains were very effective. Back-in parking 4' from our door was convenient. No Bible. Did not use WiFi so cannot comment. King bed was nice but I should have saved $10 and taken the Queen room. Grab and go breakfast was not available for our 0500 Departure. Heater ran constantly even after lowering the thermostat several degrees.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel that I’ve stayed in quite some time. Not only that it was not what I paid for. It advertises you have TV. I did not have a control controller for my television. They say come on down and get a replacement. I also spoke to the same lady while checking in and said that I have been up for nearly 28 hours straight But I needed TV so that I could see some of the weather report where snow is coming in on my travels the next day. After returning back to my room by walking across to the other building and going up two level I found out my TV didn’t work. When checking out. I spoke to three other guest and asked if their TV worked and all of them stated no. Then upon checking out, asked why they just did not tell me the TV was not working instead of getting a remote. She said “the TVs have been down for quite some time”. It looked like to me numerous people lived in the rooms adjacent to me and smoked on the walkways which was full of cigarette ash. The inside of the room was a 2 as far as furnishings. But as far as the hotel itself, it was pretty nasty. At $10 a night I would not even stay there again. The owners are aware, even though they just did a facial renovation. All the employees that I came encounter with were very nice. When they say breakfast is served no you’re not getting eggs, pancakes or bacon, you’re getting muffins bought at Walmart in a package and coffee. That’s about it

The receptionist Mr. Billy gave us a first the room 216, when we got there, the room smelled like cigarette and something else, the bed had stains and dirt. I requested another room, He gave me a second room 331, it was worst the bed covers and pillows were unacceptable, you can see pictures

The room next to mine had its smoke detector going off every 10 seconds in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk to inform them, it took another hour for them to fix it. But that fix only lasted for a few hours, it started going off again at 6 am. I called back and they didn't care, it was still going off when I checked out at 11 am. On top of that, the pipes in the bathroom would scream like a buzzsaw whenever one of my neighbors would take a shower. No amount of melatonin or my white noise machine could convince me to go back. My room itself was fine, but I should have chosen any other hotel on that street.

The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. There's no ice machine and no coffee service in ur room. It was just a one night stop over on a trip to Tennessee. Staff was very nice and gave us a free room upgrade. Would stay there again in the same circumstances. Its a basic room. All i needed was a clean bed and shower. Not too juch selection for breakfast. Muffins and breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets. No place to sit. It price was good.

Wonderful stay but lacking is suite supplies. When renting a suite I expect the unit to be fully supplied from the start. Having to ask for the coffee maker, cups, etc. and to have to shop for coffee supplies was surprising to me. Bed was perfect!

Quite a Surprise (in a good way)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property. I was clean and well-kept, and the staff was more than helpful. A few things that I should bring to your attention:
1. I specifically chose this property because it was listed (on Hotels.com) as pet friendly. Many others indicate when there is and additional fee for pets; yours did not, so I was surprised when I was charged a n additional $25.
2. When I arrived at my room, the door was open, and the air conditioner was blasting at full force. Not sure what that was about.
3. The continental breakfast was sub-par.

All that said, thanks for a great stay!

The pictures online of the property is far from the truth. The entire property was dirty, found dirty cloths from someone else on our room. We left the hotel on Friday and found a new hotel. I lost money on 3 rooms but we could not stay there. My guess is hotels.com does not care.
