shower curtain had cigarette holes in it. walls were not painted as the plaster was showing where there was a repair. Toilet seat was falling off. Tiles needed to be finished. Only one towel in the bathroom. We should get a refund.

We stayed for 2 nights.The room was neglected, not clean, bedding was dirty. Shower curtin was torn.Crack in the window. , it was smelly.No cleaning service. There was a list with fines hanging in the room in case you brook or damaged something.Staff was there only to check in and out. For the rest we didn't see staff. Staff was not very friendly. It was very outdated. (groose)

Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the facilities seemed worn out. Carpet , bathtub, Lino etc were dated and well used. Fridge and microwave in room, but no coffee maker.
No rooms available on the main floor, for some reason, although the parking lot contained only two other vehicles. No elevator. The entire building smelled like curry.

Good place for an overnight stay. Clean with a comfortable bed! The air conditioner was pretty dated and stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night, and the water pressure left something to be desired. But for the price and location, the comfort of the bed couldn't be beat.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, there was an empty beer bottle at the side of my bed - so Obviously the room had not been cleaned before renting it to me. - no coffee machine in the room and no complimentary breakfast. just a bare bones grubby place to sleep.

Basic hotel. Good price but you get what you pay for. Room was clean, but no amenities. The rooms have a list of replacement costs for every item and cleaning costs for a hilarious list of things from vomit in the hallway or room to punched holes in the wall. Says a bit about the clientele. Overall I got what I paid for.

Very inconsistant. Restaurant was the main issue. My husband had to have his food pureed. We supplied blender and they charged us10.00 to blend food and wash blender. We were never told this was going to happen. We gave healthy tip first night and second time until I figured out that our bill was costly. No more tips given. They had gotten more than necessary for tip. Also when bought a coffee in restuarant only gave us 1/2 cup of coffee with no refill. Their internet was awful. Had to wait 2 days to just get garbage picked up in room. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone or myself.

The facility is dated. The tub and shower curtain was dirty and stained. Surface cleaning on tables was poor. The ventilation is poor as the deep frying scent from the pub one floor below and the body wash scent from another guest flowed strongly throughout the in the room. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

Was my go-to place to stay when I come to visit. I've noticed the building starting to get rundown, or something. A lot of walking to get into the building as a guest. The door locks are getting unusable, because the nearest doors won't unlock as they should with your key card.The rooms were clean and beds are good, but the building... I had to enter, not from the closest door, but had to walk around the building to the main entrance to get to my room. I'll choose somewhere else the next time, because there will be a lot of next times.

It was decent. The front desk ladies ALL were kind and friendly!!!!! But to charge 16.95$ per person and it clearly says 10$ on the website. I was defiantly extra charged…. (4 people should be able to be in, room for the same price) we wanted to try a cot for my nephew and it was also an extra charge which was ridiculous we already payed for the room. Some things were decent alot of it was just over charged. and not well organ.did

This hotel is very tired, in need of refurbishment. The hallway carpet is very worn throughout. Hallway walls in need of paint and repairs. No elevator to the second floor. The ice machine is out of order and by the looks of it, has been for a long time. Bar service is good, a bit pricey on the drinks (no draft, bottled beer only). The room air conditioner worked for the first day, then quit. Management said they would look into it. Bathtub is stained and poorly cleaned. Houskeeping seemed to be lacking in terms of room cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant is fine and complimentary hot breakfast is good, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, coffee. Lots of parking.

Key cards would nor work on an outside door, or our room.
Tried to open the outside door, and hubby had to haul on the opening mechanism, while I threw myself physically from the inside to get it open.
Went back to the Front Desk, abd she confirmed the computer boards in the outside door don't work.
Had our room cards reprogrammed, was able to get in our room.
Ice Maker on main floor is broken but the Front Desk Clerk got us some, using a small plastic pitcher.
Room is spacious, clean, and beds are comfortable

The hotel is clean with very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included in the rate is delicious and really helps put this little Inn over the top in value. The only downside is the train tracks that run directly beside the Inn. There were several trains that whistled beside the Inn during the night.

Although the signage within the hallways are lacking, was a good and affordable place to spend a couple days. The in house restaurant is popular with the locals, because the food was very good. Parking was easy access and power outlets for vehicles in the winter. Overall was a good choice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed stressed. One confessed they were short a chambermaid, which explained the dirty bathroom. Bed was clean and comfy. Air conditioner worked well but shut off when it achieved temperature and had to be turned on manually when the room once again got too hot. Breakfast was excellent!

No elevator so quite a hike with my heavy suitcase and bags and child. Dated but everything worked (ie shower was hot and clean) and bed was comfy. Appreciate the little fridge and microwave. Grocery store right next door.

This motel is outdated, the toilet paper roll is touching you while on the toilet and the bed was not comfortable. On the plus side, it is close to downtown, had a really great complementary breakfast and is priced under $100 per night. If you are looking to go to cilantro and chive for the evening, this would work in a pinch. Or you could try the motels in red deer and hit up that location instead.

We booked 3 Rooms for our crew. I went into my room to drop off my suitcase and it was colder in my room than it was outside. I turned the Heat on full blast and came back 5 hours later and it was nice and toasty. 2 of my employees in another room couldn't get the heat to come on. They endsed up sleeping in their outdoor work clothes. The one feelow wnded up have to cut his stay short due to a bad cold comiong on due to no heat and no sleep. Yes he should have called down to the front desk to get their room switched out. Unfortuneatly due to poor english they layed on their bed all night and ashivered all night. I know things happen. I guess he could have called me and i would have handled it for him. Anyways, this was our experience.

The property is looking quite run down. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was ok but the rest of the hotel smelled and the carpets are old and threadbare. The one girl on staff ran the reception area and was the server/bartender in the pub. The restaurant was closed. Wouldn't stay here again.

There is a smoking room smell like odour thru out the hotel. The room is not cleaned as I can see some dust cumulated in certain area.
Didn’t get to try the continental breakfast because the service was very slow.
The positive is that the bed and pillow are comfortable.
