Miette was truly an enjoyable stay. We stayed in the Pocahontas cabin and it was perfect for our family of 4. It appeared newly renovated. The only recommendation is better pull out coach and bed. Both were not great for sleeping.

However the staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The recreational room was a place we enjoyed thoroughly in the evening along with the great coffee machine and fresh cookies every morning. Definately will return!

We checked in right before 4 pm - but were told that our room wasn’t ready-with 15 minutes max it was ready. Front desk lady was very nice. We were travelling with our small dog. You do pay a fee for same but that is to be expected- it’s just nice to find an accommodation that accepts pets! They also provide a little welcome package for your pet which again is a nice touch. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and comfortable. Only drawback of this resort is its proximity to the highway- it’s a bit noisy from the road until close to midnight.. but maybe cabins further back not so much? Coffee machine in your room (Kuerig) full oven and stove- 2 BBQ’s for guests to use. Lovely outdoor seating area with fire tables and outdoor games. We thought it was nice. Wi-fi is spotty so don’t expect too much … but you are supposed to be “ roughing it” in the mountains!!😊 Pool area looked great but it was a bit chilly to be in it while we were there.

We booked a suite that accommodates up to eight people and brought our small dog along. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned.

The carpet had what appeared to be dog feces stains left by a previous guest. There was also a dirty towel on the second-floor balcony that housekeeping had not removed. The bathroom had cobwebs in several areas, and there was even a spider crawling around, which made me freak out.
The resort itself is beautiful. However, I would recommend replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring, especially in pet-friendly accommodations, as it would be much easier to keep clean.

I reported all of these concerns to the front desk. The older gentleman simply shrugged his shoulders and said the stains were probably left by the previous occupants. Unfortunately, no one was sent to clean the room or address the issues, which made our weekend getaway far less enjoyable than we had expected.

The resort has a lot of potential, but better housekeeping standards and more responsive customer service would make a significant difference.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasper. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

A special thank you to AADITYA PATEL, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made us feel at home.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Jasper. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Pictures make the property look better than it is. Property is run down. Grass wasn’t mowed in field. Play set is very small and in poor shape. Roads and parking are poor and unsightly. Walls in the unit are thin and we were in a shared complex. Heard footsteps, and the noise from other guests was a problem. We thought we had booked a separate cabin, but that was not the case, so make sure you confirm. My parents had a kitchenette and there were little to no kitchen wear. Hot water took a while at times to come out. There was supposed to be a hot tub and there wasn’t. It was put aside in a junk area that was visible to the guests. There are only a few bbqs to the entire complex. We had no AC and looking back it appears that it is not listed, so that was our fault again for not confirming. Fans were provided thank goodness. The rates are too high for these in my opinion.

We had a very nice stay at the Miette Mountain Resort. A little chilly for the pool but our family made good use of the games room and the proximity to Miette springs for short hikes. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Well maintained for a large complex; the newer 2 bedroom cabins are particularly nice, but the older 2 level lodge rooms provide more space for visiting.

Overall not recommended. The website showed a small cabin but in reality it was a second floor motel room on the highway side of the complex. The road noise was terrible till 1am even with the windows closed. The heat wouldn't shut off so the windows had to be open to cool the room down which didn't help the road noise. There were stains on the couch and the carpet. After a day touring the park it would be ni e to sit and watch a little television. Another lesson, I didn't know SD picture quality was still a thing. Try watching it in a wide screen tv and the satellite would cut out on occasion. I don't know what the amenity fee was for unless it was the pool which should have been advertised as not being free. There is no longer a restaurant and upon check-in I was told there were snacks and coffee for free but upon closer inspection there were cookies and coffee was charged per cup according to the sign on the machine. At the price per night a person would be much better off going into town for better and quieter accommodations.

The setting and amenities are excellent-free cookies, lots of games, coin laundry, gas fire pits, well-equipped kitchen.
The queen bed felt more like a double, so we also used the pull out couch. Space is tight in the living area, but we just went to the main lodge. Helpful staff.

The entire experience was a big disappointment and not even close to to being worth the money we had to pay. The bathroom was way too small. The big screen TV was a poor quality black and white picture. There was no place to hang clothes. The only redeeming feature was the bed which was pretty good. We will not be back and will be advising friends to avoid your business.

We stayed in two bedroom cabin. It had everything you needed and more. Even a tv in living room and both bedrooms. The cabins are very close to one another and close to highway. There are nice patio to enjoy but be prepared for highway noise.
Fire places outside are nice and easy as they are gas. Pool was closed but appeared to be decent size.

Awesome little cabins and great area. Easy access! The parking depending where you’re at on the property can be quite tight in a truck. However we arrive during middle of winter so it could be bigger than it seemed. Wifi was also not working for us to contact family/friends. Overall we will be returning as it was very cozy and pet friendly!

They tell you they have a pool but they dont tell you that its not open in the winter. Also the bed was not comforable there where spiders and cob webs in the windows and they dont restrict spacific cabins to dogs so if you have allergy you will absalutly have a reaction so bring antihistamines with you the games room is fun but insanly hot unplug the heater and open the windows and it will become bareable

I loved the cabins. Easy access to the property. Staff was kind and accommodating. The games room was alot of fun and able to stream the hockey game on the TV. The coffee and cookie station is a nice touch. The gift shop is nice for essentials needed for your stay and a few things in case you forgot the little things for a hike. Close to Folding Mountain Brewery for a eneving out. Looking forward to staying again when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and hot springs near by.

The check in was really easy and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was even better than expected and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downfalls were that the vent in the bathroom was extremely filthy, which I told staff at checkout. To which they replied they’d mention it to cleaning staff right away. The other downfall was that the shower was incredibly tiny and the shower head wasn’t really adjustable. This is coming from someone who is 5”3. So I found that to be a bit unfortunate. And finally, my rating is only 4/5 because the furnace was incredibly loud and strange sounding and woke me up throughout the first night. It was perhaps just because it hasn’t been in use for a bit, but at some points it made a sound similar to a crackling fireplace. It ended up being quieter on my second night which was a relief. To end this off on a high note, I was incredibly pleased to see a little path had been shoveled for me by staff quite early in the morning from the door to my vehicle. So that was really pleasant to see after a rather big snowfall!

Staff was very friendly and the resort is a really nice and cozy spot for families and couples. Rooms are comfortable and great quality. My one issue was the additional charge for resort amenities at the property that isn't reflected in the original price quoted and paid through Expedia. The amenities on the website include things like the lounge (closed at 8pm), cable tv, wifi (barely functional) smoke free rooms, and \"free\" parking. This charge feels a bit deceptive and I'm not confident the amenities provided justify it.

We had such a wonderful stay in the executive cabins—truly a peaceful retreat overlooking the forest. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.

One of the highlights for our family was the amazing playroom. Our kids loved playing pool and table tennis, and there were plenty of other kids around, so they quickly made friends and stayed entertained.

In the evenings, we gathered around the complimentary fire pits and chatted with other families—it created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly, this stay was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering the value compared to hotels in Jasper itself. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend staying in the cabins rather than in town. It made for a far more relaxing and memorable experience.

Only thing I will say is the pressure of the shower almost blew me away and was quiet high so despite the curtain would flood the floor in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved our stay here, in the executive cabin, will for sure be back! Clean, well kept up. Cozy!!!! Nice and quiet. Mind you we were here Mon-Thurs. Full kitchen included salt/pepper, oil spray. Kitchen towel and cloth as well as a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Dinner plates, side plates, soup/cereal bowls, mixing bowl, small and large pot, a couple frying pans, cooking sheet. Eating utensils, ladle, mixing spoon, masher, cheese grater, strainer, flipper, tongs, peeler. Single cup Keurig, sugar/alternative, creamer cups. Coffee cups/mugs, wine glasses/tumblers. Toaster, kettle, large and paring knife, cutting board and oven mitt. No ice cube tray, paper towel, plastic or foil wrap. So you can plan accordingly. BBQs in common area. Can’t wait to go back.
