Awesome little cabins and great area. Easy access! The parking depending where you’re at on the property can be quite tight in a truck. However we arrive during middle of winter so it could be bigger than it seemed. Wifi was also not working for us to contact family/friends. Overall we will be returning as it was very cozy and pet friendly!

They tell you they have a pool but they dont tell you that its not open in the winter. Also the bed was not comforable there where spiders and cob webs in the windows and they dont restrict spacific cabins to dogs so if you have allergy you will absalutly have a reaction so bring antihistamines with you the games room is fun but insanly hot unplug the heater and open the windows and it will become bareable

I loved the cabins. Easy access to the property. Staff was kind and accommodating. The games room was alot of fun and able to stream the hockey game on the TV. The coffee and cookie station is a nice touch. The gift shop is nice for essentials needed for your stay and a few things in case you forgot the little things for a hike. Close to Folding Mountain Brewery for a eneving out. Looking forward to staying again when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and hot springs near by.

The check in was really easy and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was even better than expected and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downfalls were that the vent in the bathroom was extremely filthy, which I told staff at checkout. To which they replied they’d mention it to cleaning staff right away. The other downfall was that the shower was incredibly tiny and the shower head wasn’t really adjustable. This is coming from someone who is 5”3. So I found that to be a bit unfortunate. And finally, my rating is only 4/5 because the furnace was incredibly loud and strange sounding and woke me up throughout the first night. It was perhaps just because it hasn’t been in use for a bit, but at some points it made a sound similar to a crackling fireplace. It ended up being quieter on my second night which was a relief. To end this off on a high note, I was incredibly pleased to see a little path had been shoveled for me by staff quite early in the morning from the door to my vehicle. So that was really pleasant to see after a rather big snowfall!

Staff was very friendly and the resort is a really nice and cozy spot for families and couples. Rooms are comfortable and great quality. My one issue was the additional charge for resort amenities at the property that isn't reflected in the original price quoted and paid through Expedia. The amenities on the website include things like the lounge (closed at 8pm), cable tv, wifi (barely functional) smoke free rooms, and \"free\" parking. This charge feels a bit deceptive and I'm not confident the amenities provided justify it.

We had such a wonderful stay in the executive cabins—truly a peaceful retreat overlooking the forest. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.

One of the highlights for our family was the amazing playroom. Our kids loved playing pool and table tennis, and there were plenty of other kids around, so they quickly made friends and stayed entertained.

In the evenings, we gathered around the complimentary fire pits and chatted with other families—it created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly, this stay was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering the value compared to hotels in Jasper itself. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend staying in the cabins rather than in town. It made for a far more relaxing and memorable experience.

the laundry room was great, as well as the play room they have in the main building. Coffee was excellent and games were fun. Its a beautiful place but could really use a lot more cleaning.

Our cabin was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Equipped kitchen made it a breeze to prepare dinner (if you didn't want to BBQ outside), having a convo on the porch with the mountains in the background and drinking wine in front of the fireplace were all made it to an unforgettable memory.

Well heated!
Only thing I will say is the pressure of the shower almost blew me away and was quiet high so despite the curtain would flood the floor in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved our stay here, in the executive cabin, will for sure be back! Clean, well kept up. Cozy!!!! Nice and quiet. Mind you we were here Mon-Thurs. Full kitchen included salt/pepper, oil spray. Kitchen towel and cloth as well as a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Dinner plates, side plates, soup/cereal bowls, mixing bowl, small and large pot, a couple frying pans, cooking sheet. Eating utensils, ladle, mixing spoon, masher, cheese grater, strainer, flipper, tongs, peeler. Single cup Keurig, sugar/alternative, creamer cups. Coffee cups/mugs, wine glasses/tumblers. Toaster, kettle, large and paring knife, cutting board and oven mitt. No ice cube tray, paper towel, plastic or foil wrap. So you can plan accordingly. BBQs in common area. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic views and a warm comfortable cabin. The staff are friendly and helpful. The main building has a games area and an espresso bar with really delicious chocolate cookies. There are propane fire pits and barbeques in the common area outdoors. There are enough trees to provide shelter and a forest feeling but also a nice view of the mountains.

We were able to check out a very nice reflector telescope and a tripod to view the mountains and the stars at night. This was something that I’ve never done before and want to do again.

We enjoyed it so much that we are coming back in April 2026.

Above excellence hospitality and customer service from all staff from management to maintenence personnel. We were so impressed with the friendliness and accommodating staff here, from check in to check out.
Grounds were so dreamy, rooms were immaculate and spacious. Our families' favorite part of this stay was the games room and the coffee lobby. The common space was comfortable and inviting, where we were able to visit frequently to enjoy the accommodations.
Will definitely be staying here when we return to Jasper, and will definitely be telling all our friends and family.

We had planned to stay 2 days at the cabin, but after finding out it had no air conditioning, carpets and couch were stained and dirty, shower only had hot water, 1 of the washing machines not wringing out our clothes, we left and drove back to Banff. Unfortunately we paid a premium $$ amount for this place.

For the price, I expected more. Don't bother doing laundry, the machines are old, small, and don't function properly. We didn't have enough dinnerware or cutlery for everyone in our cabin, the dishsoap was cheap and washed ineffectively, the TV channels were bare munimum and blurry, there is no AC, no housekeeping. The pool was nice, as was the bbq and firepit areas. Overall not worth what we paid.

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. However the kitchen only had one pot and one pan to cook with and now bowels for salad or pancake mix. There are no dinning options close by so cooking was needed but very difficult to do even though they do advertise full kitchen.
