Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, der gesamte Zustand ist jedoch sauber und funktionell. Da die Auslastung im Winter nicht sehr groß war, konnten die Sauna, das Schwimmbecken und das Jacuzzi wunderbar in Ruhe genutzt werden.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich besonders durch die ruhige Lage, einem ausgezeichnetem Wellnessbereich und einem sehr guten Frühstück aus.
Ein ganz großes Lob gebührt dem Personal, das mit seiner Herzlichkeit und einem besonderen Maß an Umsichtigkeit und Freundlichkeit hervorsticht.

Das Frühstück war okay, leider war nicht immer alles da und man musste nachfragen. Das Zimmer wurde über die komplette Zeit nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war zu klein und Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert, der Fernseher ist für die Größe des Zimmers zu klein bemessen. Badezimmer war dafür sehr schön und geräumig. Wlan ging die ersten 2 Tage nicht. Der Wellnessbereich war ok. Fahrrad Unterstellmöglichkeit war vorhanden und super. Rundherum haben wir schon bessere 4 Sterne Hotels gesehen und gebucht, von aussen bräuchte das Hotel mehr Pflege und nicht nur die Grünflächen

Guter Spa-Bereich, sehr guter Service, große Zimmer, ruhige Lage, Abendessen nicht im Hotel möglich, Lage des Hotels auf einer Anhöhe und abseits des Zentrums und deshalb Wegstrecken am Abend nötig. Frühstück preiswert aber für 4 Sterne auch eher mittelmäßig.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig im Wald, aber man ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Wunderschönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten Wellness-Bereich, den ich sehr genossen habe.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alle Einrichtungen (Pool, Sauna, Liegen...) immer noch gut nutzbar.
Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich. Leider kein Abendessen mehr. Das war einst ein Highlight. Schade!!!
Laufstrecke zum Strand akzeptabel.

Schönes Hotel in Zinnowitz

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und man hörte keine Zimmernachbarn, sehr gut gedämmt.
Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich waren einfach klasse.
Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, viel Wald drumherum.
Es ist nicht weit zum Strand.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber sehr einfach.
Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen , aber ich habe mich wohlgefühlt ! Es war sauber , das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war himmlich ruhig.
Leider konnte ich Dauna und Pool nicht gleich nutzen , Reinigung muß auch mal sein ...

Als ich unser Zimmer betreten habe, hat sich sofort ein Wow-Gefühl gehabt. Tolles Zimmer, wie eine kleine Wohnung mit separatem Wohn- und Schlafbereich und schönes Bad. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Schwimmbad war sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe

Tolles Hotel, mit einem der besten Preis - Leistungsverhältnisse die ich bisher erlebt habe. Vor allen Dingen möchte ich die Mitarbeiter lobend Herausheben. Egal ob die Rezeption, die Raumpflege oder das Frühstücksteam. Man konnte die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit zu jeder Zeit spüren. Ankommen und sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Da stört es auch nicht, dass die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. Zum Meer sind es (durch den Wald) ca. 3 - 4 hundert Meter. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr freundliches Personal

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang, beim Service und auch Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel, in Entfernung ca. 500m zum Stadtzentrum, wie auch durch den angrenzenden Wald zur Strandpromenade. Das gewählte Comfort-Zimmer ist angenehm geräumig und verfügt über Kühlschrank und Sitzecke. Handtücher, Einweg-Hausschuhe und Bademantel gibt es auf dem Weg in den Saunabereich kostenlos an der Rezeption. Finnische Sauna, Dampfsauna, Whirlpool (ca. 35°) und Pool (ca. 25°) stehen neben einem Ruheraum mit Wasserspender und zwei Duschbereichen zur Auswahl. Das Bauwerk ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, befindet sich aber in gepflegtem Zustand. Der Zimmerbereich verfügt über einen Aufzug, Wellness- und Frühstücksbereich sind jeweils über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl zu angemessenem Winterpreis.

Schöne, ruhige und saubere Unterkunft mit ordentlichen Betten, großen Zimmern und guter Lage. Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Weg zum Sandstrand ca. 5 Minuten. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück war lecker, ausreichend, und aus meiner Sicht alles vorhanden, was ich erwartet habe. Pluspunkt das Swimmbad mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Einrichtung zwar nicht mehr ganz modern, aber dafür ordentlich und sauber. Würde wieder dorthin fahren.

Sehr große Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, ausreichend Parkplätze und ruhige Lage. Bis zum Strand und bis zu den Einkaufsstraßen ist es nicht weit.
Sehr nettes Personal. Man bekommt sehr viele und gute Tips für Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Einzig die Bar und das Schwimmbad/Sauna könnte länger geöffnet sein.
