The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

Wonderful and relaxing experience in an elegant setting.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but you do not spend much time in them anyway. The pools are wonderful and set against a natural backdrop that takes your breath away.
The staff was accommodating and friendly.
Not much else to do in the area, but again you do not want to leave the spa area!

We booked a last minute stay here for 1 night. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.

We dined in the restaurant which we booked upon arrival. The menu was created daily and was interesting. Breakfast was good.

The use of the spa was permitted until 6pm the following day which was great.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Would highly recommend if you want to find some time to relax and deflate.

Quite nice except for annoying check in

Receptionist was very rude from the second we walked-in and then we were given recently painted smelly room on top of that. If you are to try to give a smelly room at that hour of the night, at least try to put on a smiling face to not push customers to their limits.
They changed the room and everything else was quite flawless but that really soured the mood.

Amazing and enchanting

The Perfect Couples Escape

The entire stay was incredible. The staff was very kind and we were able to check in early and begin enjoying the hotel and it’s amenities. The room was beautiful and luxurious with amazing views. The thermespa area is a wonderful and relaxing spot with many enjoyable all inclusive features. The food was delicious at every meal, especially the breakfast buffet. There is even a bar open on premises until 1am for something to do after hours as there is nothing open in the small town it’s located. We will definitely be staying again soon.

Good family place for R&R

It was a lovely, relaxing stay. We enjoyed the pools, took a hike in the Black Forest and ate well. We'd go back in a heartbeat. A few small things to consider:
The town clock is very loud so brace yourself if you're on that side of the hotel and want to sleep late. (The bells don't ring at night.) The food options are limited in town, if you don't eat at the restaurant. We got a few sandwiches for a hike and cleaned out the local store. Places for coffee are limited too. Again, this is in the town. The hotel is well-stocked. The town is picturesque and very walkable. Beautiful area. We didn't try the spa.

Cute Hotel in a Small but Pretty Town

Came in for a two night stay; the hotel has 5 pools, all heated from mild to warm, and they have great views of the forest and hills - the photos do not do the hotel justice. There's a great sauna with views on the top floor as well. We paid 20 euros for an upgrade to a balcony facing the hills - very nice room and we spent a lot of time just in the balcony. Breakfast was not bad. The hotel offers a few services such as walking sticks for hiking and e-bike rental etc. The town is small but nice and the nearby forests and views are pretty.

Do note there's no room service after 10pm and nowhere to get food in the little town of Bad Teinach. The nearest town is a 15 minute drive but I wouldn't recommend doing it at night.

The AC didnt work well and wasn't switched on quite a lot of the time, especially at night (we kept the window open which was fine but mosquitos etc flew in).

The majority of guests are older age and it seems to be the target customer for the hotel. We were the youngest there.

Great place for spa experience and good food. Beautiful area and hotel. Service is in general good, in particular for the young staff. Some of the older staff (told elderly man in reception and middel aged woman in charge of the eggs) were really not pleasant and helpful. But apart from these slips in the service from 2 persons, everything was great. Good staff in the restaurant except for the egg lady.

Grand hôtel & superbe soa

L’hôtel est très grand et ressemble à l’extérieur à un ancien palais, la décoration y est contemporaine et un peu froide ce qui est dommage tout particulièrement l’espace restauration qui n’est vraiment pas chaleureux.
L’espace bien être est superbe et très grand avec beaucoup de piscines de bains et de saunas et énormément de transats pour se poser et se relaxer.

Sehr schöne Therme. Der Spabereich war hervorragend, schön sauber, modern, hell und gut ausgestattet mit Wasser, Tee und Äpfel. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Leider war mein Zimmer im Altbau(\"Fürstenbau\"), kein schönes Zimmer und langer, kalter Durchgang zur Therme und Spa.
Noch wissenswert: in dem Ort gibt es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Verpflegung nur im Hotel möglich.

Das Zimmer /Bett war sehr klein und auf meinen Wunsch, keinen Teppich (Allergiker) zu haben wurde nicht realisiert. Hauseingang war schmutzig. Wellness-Bereich schön. Parkplätze gab es keine mehr und es entstanden Kosten im Parkhaus. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis ich auschecken konnte (Rg.), obwohl dies ein Standard ist. 25 Min. ist hierfür für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Alles super sauber, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück hat eine super Auswahl, es fehlt an nichts. Das 4 Gänge Menü ist sehr hochwertig und kostet 50€, ohne Getränke.

Sehr Ruhig gelegen an der Teinach mit umliegenden Park. Schöne Therme, schöne Spaziergänge in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Stadt gibt’s leider nichts besonderes, auch keine Restaurants, Bäckereien oder sonstiges, außer ein Freibad und eine Kirche und die Nudelmanufaktur u. a. mit Leckereien.
Hotel mit Bar bis 1:00 Uhr geöffnet. Sehr ordentliches Frühstück vom Büfett mit großer Auswahl. Ab 13:30 Kaffee und Kuchen möglich und kleinere Gerichte. Standard Zimmer leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und Designe technisch veraltet. Mini Bar vorhanden. Teinachermineralwasser Naturell täglich eine Flasche 0,7 Liter gratis.WLAN funktioniert ohne Probleme. Alles im ganzen Prima, aber auch teuer geworden. Ohne die Therme, wäre es nicht empfehlenswert.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel und der Therme. Hervorragendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, tolles Schwimmbad, Dampfbad und Saunen. Schön zum Wandern.

Über das Abendessen kann ich nichts berichten, wir hatten nur Frühstück gewählt. Am Nachmittag gibt es eine tolle Kuchenauswahl.

Uns hat nur eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gefehlt um morgens direkt eine Tasse Kaffee zu trinken.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel/Therme.

Leider ist nur in Bad Teinach sonst nicht sehr viel. Keine Geschäfte. Aber das tut der Hotelerfahrung keinen Abbrucj

Positiv war die Sauberkeit vor allem auch im Bereich der Poolanlage. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vor allem das kostenlose Wasser am Pool und in dem Panorama Spa ist sehr gut. Auch die Hygieneprodukte auf dem Zimmer waren von sehr guter Qualität. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und würden wieder kommen!

Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich anregen zumindest zwei Wasserflaschen aufs Zimmer zu stellen, gerade bei längerem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten nur eine Flasche stilles Wasser für drei Tage. Zumindest noch eine Flasche mit Kohlensäure wäre schön gewesen.

Zimmer 271 ist sehr sehr klein, im Bad kann man sich kaum bewegen ohne sich anzustoßen. Am zweiten Tag gab es keine neuen Handtücher. Das Wasser in der Therme wurde stark runter gekühlt. Für mich zu kalt. Sehr schöne Ambiente & Atmosphäre und super lecker Essen.

Schönes Wellness-Hotel

Idealer Ort, um ein paar Tage abzuschalten. Es gibt Saunas, ein Dampfbad, Innen- und Aussenpool und mehr. Gepflegte saubere Anlage. Wirkt nie übervoll, auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Ich empfehle, Halb-Pension zu buchen.

Auf keinen Fall Economy-Zimmer!

Wir hatten im Fürstenbau (1.Etage) ein Economy-Zimmer. Dieses war schon veraltet und nicht eines 4* Superior würdig. Zwar Economy, trotzdem sollte es nicht so ein extremer Unterschied sein. Außerdem fehlte ein Aufzug, was für meine Frau ein Problem war. Es sollte bei der Zimmerbeschreibung auch erwähnt werden!
Die Dusche war auch nicht besonders sauber.

De bar is ook heel goed met heerlijke lokale wijnen en bieren en super vriendelijk personeel.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem vielfältigen Wellness-Bereich. Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite) war ein kleiner Ballsaal - schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir hatten eines der neuen, modernisierten Zimmer.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend mit einer sehr großen Auswahl und guter Qualität.
Für eine Nacht alles wunderbar. Sucht man Abwechslung außerhalb des Hotels und nicht nur beim Wandern sondern auch im Städtchen Bad Teinach, wird es allerdings dürftig.
