This hotel is in perfect vicinity of Bad Wildbad. However, if you are expecting a very nice hotel itself, then you are mistaken. You are paying for the amenities the hotel provides, such as unlimited access to the spa, free travel on the tram, and discounts for nearby hotels. The towel dryer in our room was broken, and the hotel was outdated, but again - we were more interested in the amenities rather than the hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.

We were expecting a 4-star hotel experience for the money we paid. We thought we booked the best possible hotel in town. We were deeply disappointed. There were no room services or cleaning of any kind for 7 days. Our beds were left unmade and untouched. We received fresh towels on day 6, after asking for them. All towels are worn and frayed. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings and walls were dusty and tired. You can’t get even a glass of water or coffee anywhere on the premises after 10 am. The breakfast was great and the dining room is beautiful, but it is a shame that neither this room, nor any of the beautiful art deco spaces in the sister hotel across the walkway, are in use. No lights, no life, just dead unused space. As Wildbad natives, we remember how lively these spaces once were and we are sad for this town.

This is a wonderful hotel and spa combination. The Mokni family has thought of everything in making a spa getaway the most enjoyable it can be. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. Great place to stay if you’re using the Palais Thermals. City center, near everything, good internet. Breakfast was nice, but overly restrictive and a bit authoritarian with the Covid protocols. To access the breakfast area you were told to wear plastic gloves, move in a circle through the main lobby, to a room with the food, and back to the seating area. Any deviation was met with a stern warning, barked across the floor. If you’re a Covid “bed wetter”, you’ll love the restaurant manager!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Mokni’s Palais Hotel & Spa. The hotel is lovely, the food superb and Bad Wildbad is charming, but the highlight is the spa experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful. It is very well equipped with a wide variety of services. It is very clean and well maintained. A perfect escape from the real world. We will be back!

The hotel is in 2 parts - Rossini and Bad Hotel - with a small plaza separating the 2 parts.. The Rossini appeared to be the main part of the hotel and we had breakfast there each day. The Bad hotel appears to be the \"over-flow\" part of the hotel and was pretty much deserted when we stayed with very few other guests and an un-manned reception.
Most of the guests were quite elderly and in keeping with the hotel.
The best thing about staying in the Bad Hotel part is the direct access to the Therme Palais spa.

Prestations de très bonne qualité avec un gros plus pour l'accès direct au Palais Thermal. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles mais pas de ménage fait après la 1ère nuit. Quelques petits manques dans la chambre par rapport au standing de l'hôtel: pas de bouilloire, pas de crème pour le corps, pas de chaine TV en français. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel en terme de variété mais à 9h30 plus de réassort et à 10h tout est retiré (il ne faut pas trainer!)...

Zimmer sind tatsächlich total altertümlich(50er Jahre?), besonders Balkontüren u. Fenster, Bad. Aber alles funktionsfähig, praktisch und sauber (außer die Ecken...) Aber Matratzen und Bad eigentlich ok.Boden im Bad relativ kalt. Frühstücksraum sehr schön, aber definitiv zu kalt! Buffet ungünstig aufgebaut, dadurch Stau. Der Service war wohlgemeint aber extrem ungeschickt, überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Weite Teile des Personals muss nochmal ausgebildet werden. Für den Preis hatten wir viel mehr erwartet.

Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Ich bin jährlich in ca. 30 Hotels dieser oder höherer Kategorie und das weltweit. Leider war ich hier etwas enttäuscht und dieses lag eher an den Kleinigkeiten die für mich aber oftmals entscheident sind. Z.b. würde kostenfreies Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer offeriert, dieses war auch tatsächlich so allerdings nur am Tag der Ankunft, am zweiten Tag gab es nur nach intensiver Diskussion eine zweite Flasche Mal abgesehen von der Marke \"Europerl\" die ich nicht gerade in dieser Preisklasse erwartet hätte, eine absolut unnötige Diskussion für mich Mein Angebot beinhaltete 2 Nächte DZ incl. Frühstück und Eintritt in die Therme sowie ein Zimmer mit 20qm zu 348Euro. Das Zimmer hatte ich nachgemessen da es mir sehr klein vorkam Ergebnis war ca. max 17qm incl Bad. Der Eintritt in die Therme ist nur gültig am Anreisetag und den Tagen des Aufenthalts aber nicht am Abreisetag, dieses stand so niergendwo d.h. wenn man am Tag der Anreise spät dran ist hat man Pech und es verfällt sozusagen. Das einzig Gute für mich war bei diesem Aufenthalt das gute Frühstück wobei man da wiederum beachten muss das es z.b. Lachs nicht an jedem Tag gibt d.h. die Leistungen unterscheiden sich von Tag zu Tag. Das alles in Summe ist für mich als Vielreisender schon sehr ungewöhnlich und in der Form auch einmalig in der Erfahrung. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder denn die gebotenen Leistungen entsprechen nicht dem Preis.

Im Internet war die Rede vom direkten Zugang zum Bad, was dann leider nicht der Fall war, denn wir mussten über den Dorfplatz vom Hotel ins Hallenbad, was natürlich nicht so vorgesehen war,wegen der Kleidung.

Ich habe eine Nacht im Mokni‘s verbracht, verbunden mit einem Wellness Abend im Palais Thermal. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das im Umbau befindliche Gebäude des zugehörigen Badhotels ist schon jetzt ganz zauberhaft und ich freue mich auf einen Aufenthalt dort. Ganz liebe Grüße und Danke an das gesamte Hotelteam!

Das ist mit Abstand das unsauberste Zimmer was ich bisher hatte. Einfach zum Fremdschämen. Von Schimmeldusche bis Staub war alles vertreten. Leider war es auch ziemlich laut. Ich wurde leider nicht gefragt wie mein Aufenthalt war. Vermutlich weil das Personal weiß wie schrecklich das Zimmer ist. Für die Garage habe ich auch noch extra bezahlt. Die Garage war dunkel und ich hatte wirklich Angst.
