This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Both times the shower was only luke warm. I couldn't have a warm shower in the morning or in the afternoon. When we arrived the corridor lights were off so we used our mobile phone light to find our rooms. I will not stay in this hotel again.

I came really late on Tuesday night around close to 1:00 AM in the morning due to flight delay from Detroit. I took a taxi from the airport to the Hotel, and it take less than 15 minutes drive and cost less than 20 RMB. The night manager did sell out my reserved room, but he offered me immediately a replacement one. The Hotel was fully booked due to the Qingdao Seafood Expo. It was around 2:00 AM on Wednesday Nov 2nd, I was looking for something to eat, and the night manager make the order for me at the kitchen so the cook brought up a nice steaming bowl of beef noodles soup. I do appreciate very much the staff courtesy and kindness. The room is a standard room with two twin sizes bed, comfortable enough to stay there for 2 nights.
Breakfast buffet was very nice and comfortable with more oriental dishes than European and North American. In general, all staff speak Chinese, but make big efforts to accommodate and please you.
The Hotel is a bit far away from the Convention center, but there are plenty of taxi which can take you there for 150 RMB, which is very acceptable. Taxi drivers in Qingdao are very polite and reliable people.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgerockt, also eher kleine Schönheitsfehler - aber trotzdem in Ordnung und sauber. Die Klimaanlage konnte gut heizen, aber kühlen wäre schöner gewesen. WiFi war sehr gut, das Bett war auch gut und sonst gibt es keinen Grund zum Klagen.
