I was very disappointed in this facility. Money desperately need to be put in this property. I have stayed at this property before and it is now poorly maintained. This in the room was rusted and it need to be painted badly. The maid picked up our dirty towels in a shopping cart!! The neighbors next door was up all night with loud music and laughing and talking. We got no good sleep. Horrible experience

I had to leave because the bed covers were slung around on the bed and the
sheets were wrinkled and sweaty where they had been slept in and the trash can had trash along with a pizza box and the bathroom had urine in the toilet and the toilet paper roll was empty. The tv was on and the room was dirty. I tried to call Expedia because the clerk stated that since I booked through a third party that she would have to talk with them however after several attempts and 20-30 minutes wasted I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I left and stayed the night at the Hampton by Hilton which was great!!

I don’t recommend staying here . Was on a tight budget and where my family wanted to stay was completely sold out. The stay was already paid for and couldn’t get money back. Needs to be shutdown or renovated ASAP. My experience this past weekend was horrible and I will NOT book again. Customer service is excellent, however, rooms are NOT clean, roaches everywhere, crickets everywhere, and walls are dirty, moley, and dusty. Also the microwave and fridge had severe rust and looked extremely dirty and smelled sour like it needed cleaning. Ran a bathtub full of water and the water had a dark yellow and brownish look like it was pure sewage water. Also, the room did not have an iron to iron my clothes and remotes for the tv did not work. Towels were not stocked as well.
All of this to say, I believe this hotel has potential to be great, but serious renovations are needed to ensure visitor’s experience in Greenville is a good one. Unfortunately, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. If any additional info is needed feel free to reach out to me via email.

This hotel was horrible the sheet where dirty the towels were dirty. The over all room was dirty. We had to literally buy our own sheet to stay here. There where people hangout in the parking lot. We would have left but everything was booked up due to the holidays.

Was giving 3 different rooms that should have been blocked for maintenance issues. Room 1 bed not made, tub full of debris, sink had dried mucus/salva and cigarette ashes in it, floor was not sweep, counter not wiped, no towels
Room 2 must have been in the process of painting touch ups. Dressers and bed were the middle of the room away from the wall, room was not clean, a did not have face plate to properly change setting
Room 3 that I settled for because I could get a refund, needed painting, bed lamps did not work, bathroom light switch was missing, bathroom door could not close, towels were stained and dingy, cigarette ashes in corner beside toilet, room door did not seem secure, bed was loud and made a piping noise Everytime I got in or out, a leaked and had the floor wet.

This place was definitely not worth the money. My room was absolutely disgusting. Upon walking in the room my computer chair back part was bent almost 90 degrees. The counters were not wiped off. The bathroom had hair on the walls where it looked like someone was shaving their head. There was a hole in the wall behind the bed stuffed with tissue. I will not be going there again. Only upside is the front desk employees were nice. They need a remodel and a new staff for maid services. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place was disgusting. We had to switch rooms three times due to lights not working and beds were unmade. Our third room had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The pool was closed. I wish I would have looked at the guest photos before staying here because it looks nothing like the photos they have posted.

First, I am about 90% sure that I selected a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. There were mysterious stains on the bed, and no towels in the room. There was one lady at the front desk, Mrs. Right, who was extremely helpful and kind for helping me locate towels from another room. It was still an interesting situation to be in.
The room was... interesting. I think only one light out of all of the lights had a lampshade on it, and the towel rack for hand towels was missing.
There were more things, but honestly, I have never checked out of a hotel a day early before this one.

The front desk night attendant was wonderful. She understood my concerns. She even helped me move to another room. The first room wasn’t clean. The bedding and Towels were stained. I forgot to take a picture of the light fixture. There wasn’t even the compartment that holds the light wires. The wires were hanging out. The pillows smelled like someone had been sleeping on them. The tub was clogged, Only 2 lamps worked. The microwave was filthy. The toilet seat was real loose. I got moved to another room. I didn’t check the towels until morning because I brought my own towels. Those towels was real stained. But overall that room was okay. I was so exhausted I just didn’t feel like going anywhere else. I choose Days Inn of Greenville MS because I just knew they was gonna be good. I don’t know they need to do something about their laundry service and house keeping. I want my refund back as well. Now some of the towels you might not see the stains on the pictures but they are there. I couldn’t upload all the pictures I took.
