The room is the smallest possible space that you can squeeze 2 people and their bags into. There is no hand/body cream, barely any lights in the room, zero communication about where the bus comes, and overpriced meals and drinks. The Only saving Grace is that the chef did make a great steak. This place was bad enough that I cancelled my return stay and plan to stay at a neighboring property.

We missed the included breakfasts on both days as it finished quite early (for a holiday!) and we didnt fancy trying to get through the huge numbers on a tour group that we had to negotiate on check in. Dinner menu was very limited and expensive. For the cost the chicken burger was terrible - using reformed chicken!
Easy shuttle bus twice an hour to and from the airport. Very punctual and comes right to the door.

What really lets this property down was the room we stayed in. Clearly converted later (from a barrack block or prison?), the en suite bathroom is an after thought. Consequently you have to negotiate your way over the toilet to move the shower door which just stops the bathroom door getting wet. Essentially youre showering in the toilet and everything gets wet including the toilet roll and spare if you dont remember to move it.

Great place to stay in the airport vicinity (public bus to terminal takes about 10 minutes and leaves every half an hour - $8 per person).
Hotel staff was excellent, provided a fan on a hot day, let us leave luggage for 3 days in a locked room, booked an additional right with a great rate.
Hotel looks like it was just renovated, clean, modern looking rooms.

Breakfast was also great:
- 0630a - 1000a full breakfast, (0400a - 0630a with a limited choices),
- Coffee and tea available for most of the day,
Highly recommended.
I would definitely stay there again.

No AC in the room, this wasn’t explicitly stated on the website. It was the peak of summer. I have a thermometer with me for my diabetes medication and it was reading 80degrees F inside the room. Staff wasn’t helpful. We had to ask they had fans before they finally gave them to us. They also weren’t helpful with booking taxis or using the shuttle.

Hotel is convenient for OSL airport. Hotel Shuttle is not great - only runs every half hour and costs 80 NOK. Room was far too warm and AC controls did not make a difference. However, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and nice pressure, towels were serviceable (thin but they dried) and breakfast was amazing - huge selection. Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and up to date. Would stay there again.

Myself and my 2 kids stayed in a triple room the night before an early flight. Hotel self check in was easy to use. Room was fine but bathroom was strange. To use the shower you basically had to soak the whole room whilst standing over the loo. The shower had to be quick as the water nearly flooded out the door.
A big party of guests spent alll evening going room to room banging doors and kids runing riot. One child screamed for 2 hours straight. Eventuality all went quite around 11. Our whole room was woken at 4:30am by the banging and talking of the people in the next room. We could hear conversations feom other rooms through the air conditioning vent.

Our second time here in 2 weeks, and we are a little disappointed with the \"old half\" of the building. Why or how is it that some get hte nicer wing, nicer rooms, and others do not. Especially challenging for me is the shower situation in your bathrooms. I find them quite uncomfortable to use. Otherwise the beds are very comfortable, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is wonderful.

Check in was awful.
Not told where the room was. Walking about for 10mins with heavy bags. Headed back to reception and then given the wrong directions. Awful. Rubbish. Hideous

The breakfast was a great section to choose from. Rooms were a lot smaller than we realized. Beds were very comfortable. The floors in our room, especially around the bed and under the desk were very dirty. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Staff were very kind.
