I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video. I truly believe he needs to be given a higher position. I only plan to return if he is still employeed there on my next visit. I would also like to thank a couple of others but unfortunately I lost the paper with there names on it. There was one housekeeper named Shively and one female that worked with Sylvester, I cannot remember her name, that also helped me out tremendously. The rooms were prestine, the pool and lounge areas are perfect. The Thai restaurant was top notch, I highly recommend the lobster. If there is any issue, however slight, the chef will correct it immediately. Shoutout to him for the amazing lamb dish he replaced for the duck dish i ordered and did not like. Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating.

Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

I have always considered the Taj a place of comfort, but this stay was shockingly bad from the moment we arrived. After a 22-hour flight, every other hotel’s pre-arranged drivers were waiting with clear signage — yet we were left wandering the airport for over an hour, completely on our own, to find the Taj’s car. We called the Taj numerous times for assistance and finally connected.

The most serious issue, however, was the electrical failure in our room, rendering it unusable for many hours forcing us to pack in the dark. We couldn’t shower, couldn’t get ready, and lost our entire morning — left with wet hair, no power, and zero assistance or alternative options from staff.

When we tried to address all of this upon checkout, the female concierge was openly rude and visibly annoyed, as though correcting their own billing errors and honoring discounts the hotel advertised was somehow an unreasonable ask. She made us wait while she “called the general manager,” only to return and tell us that he felt simply applying the correct advertised discounts was already a ‘favor’ to us.

We were then told the GM would “make it right on our next stay”—a statement that felt dismissive and frankly insulting considering that nothing was done to make this s

The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace.

I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket.

I recently stayed at the Taj to celebrate my birthday, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special — from the beautifully arranged complimentary decorations to the delicious birthday cake, every detail was handled with genuine care. The hotel boasts top-notch amenities, including a well-maintained gym, a serene spa, and a large, pristine pool. The hot tub was especially mesmerizing — perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that left me completely satisfied. A special thanks to Ranjan for his outstanding hospitality and for going the extra mile to make my birthday truly unforgettable. Overall, the Taj delivered a luxurious, comfortable, and heartfelt experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium and personalized stay.

We stayed one night in Feb. Friendly staff during check-in process. We liked the traditional Indian welcome with the thali and tulsi mala along with a refreshing drink. Room and bathroom were clean. Gym facility was good and had electrolyte packets available. Breakfast buffet was pretty good the following morning. Overall, a good experience and would certainly recommend.

The property is safe, with security checkpoints at several places on the property. The staff members were very helpful at the checkout desk and 3 restaurants on the property I visited. It is very clean, and the view from my room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

The lighting, the music, and even the scent in the air were meticulously curated to enhance the sense of peace and relaxation.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the friendly receptionists who greeted us with genuine smiles to the housekeeping staff who were always discreet and efficient, their attentiveness and kindness were unparalleled. We felt as though they were all truly invested in making sure we had a perfect stay.
Every request was met with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort.
The food choices were amazing, the best breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices is a must have.

This hotel has an amazing staff & the food is incredibly delicious. The morning breakfast Buffet displays a variety of the best dishes of the Indian cuisine. My stay at Taj City Center, Gurugram was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff pampered me as if I were royalty. I experienced a minor tummy issue, which I reported to the staff. To my surprise, the chef personally came to check on me, ensuring everything was okay. They made me feel incredibly special, turning a small issue into an opportunity to show their exceptional care.

The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. My room was top-class, very clean, and comfortable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially the front office and the chef.

Another highlight of my stay was the Malabar food festival, conducted by a talented chef from Kerala. The food was absolutely delicious. I must say “My belly is full in Delhi!”

I highly recommend Taj City Center, Gurugram for an exceptional and memorable stay.

This is really a beautiful hotel and had the best service that we experienced from any other 5-star hotel in India. We found everyone super professional and helpful and everyone spoke good English (we are from US). The restaurant was good and had a very wide range of food options including both Indian and non-Indian. We were able to book excellent laundry service, as well as order a private car to take as to Agra (Taj Mahal). Also, at the spa, best massage ever.

Fantastic stay for a weeks work trip, service was absolutely amazing and i couldnt have asked for more.
Everyone was super helpful , coming back from a day in the office it was like walking into a zen zone - with calimng music and relaxed vibes. The Thai restaurant was really good - i would highly recommend it to everyone!

The Taj City Centre is a definite 5 star resort. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful and the staff provided in-room breakfast and a bagged breakfast on 2 days where we had to leave early. The Thai restaurant on-site was also exceptional.

The daily breakfasts were so good with big varieties. I had 2 dinners in 2 separate restaurants there as well and my family and I were very happy with the selection and service. Overall this was the best hotel I had stayed in Delhi so far and will definitely recommend and come back here again next time.
