The pool was out of action due to vandalism so not the hotels fault but we were disappointed to not be able to use it.
The restaurant was very rarely open but lovely Italian just down the road.
Hotel was clean and room was nice with balcony. Shame shower was in the bath and not very powerful but it was all clean.

We was allowed in our room early. Bedroom and bathroom was clean, bath towels supplied daily. The only down side was the pillows were too soft.We would definitely go back again.

Best service ever!!

The bar and evening staff for Friday and Saturday night was just amazing! They accommodated all of us and went above and beyond for us! We attend a music festival in the nearby town that ended well past midnight and took partying back in the hotel room! We love this place!

We stayed overnight at this hotel on route to a local themepark. We arrived there mid evening and left early morning so did not use much of the hotel facilities. However it appeared a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds, with friendly staff. Well located near the main road without traffic noise. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and good quality. The drive to the themepark is about 20 mins. Approx midpoint there is a well known Burger resturant. Keep an eye out for speed cameras on the route, there was at least 3 and they are different to the type used in the UK.

Good hotel overall

Room size was small for the price. Room was dim lighting. Sky roof window was drafty, heating did not work but air con did which meant that air con side of room was constantly whilst sky roof window side was cold . Room was very clean but there were at least 10 big flies in the room when we checked in. Flies could have been dealt with before check in. Location is in the middle of woods so nothing near by. On the good side, fantastic bed comfort and pillows. Pool was good size and warm. Snooker table was great. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was fantastic. Staff (Yella at reception) were impeccable. Location is 30 minutes drive from Antwerp.

Its ok, used for business wouldnt use for pleasure

Nice clean hotel, however in the middle of nowhere, we only use this hotel as it is close to our Belgian office. Also they do not serve food after 9pm in the evening which is really frustrating when you have been traveling and do not arrive until late and cannot get anything to eat. Also the beds are extremely hard and hurt my back.

This was a nice, modern property with good amenities. The Best Western website indicated there were laundry facilities on the property and Hotels.com listed it as laundry service. It was indeed laundry service available only during the week. My primary need for this location was laundry. The location was not close to really anything. There was to be walking and hiking trails and bike rentals available according to the hotel information in the room. The visit did not go as well as I expected.

Convenient, Quiet, Fantastic Staff, BUT Mosquitos

Hotel is conveniently off the highway but a ways from any local towns so meals would need to be taken in the hotel or after a 10 minute travel or so. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is like a small park, very pleasant, and our room was exceptionally quiet. Unfortunately we found the chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable - side chairs not really made for lounging. Also, because we were on the top floor, the roof line was at an angle so it was impossible to sit up in bed to read. The other issue, at least for those of us spoiled by AC, was no airconditioning. The windows were equipped with screens and opened nicely. Unfortunately, because of the time of year and weather conditions, mosquitoes were most annoying. The choice was between fresh, cool air or potential mosquito bites - we opted for the comfort provided by open windows. However in the morning, counting over 15 bites, made us reconsider the choice of the evening before. Enjoyed our 2-night stay overall.

Disgusted- We asked for a room near a lift because we are both disabled we were put in an attic room with no window to look out of (421) which is the furthest away from the lift. WE were disturbed to move our car when we got down there was no one there. The receptionist was aggressive we were told it was Hotels.com's fault. They were busy with a conference it took three quarters of an hour for our evening meal to arrive when I asked when we would be served we were told they were busy and we had to wait. We have stayed at this hotel several times before with no complaint there was simply not enough staaf

HOtellet ligger meget trafikeret op af store veje og der er meget larm. Værelset var nogenlunde rent men slidt og sengelyset virkede ikke. I et af skabene lå noget glemt tøj fra tidligere gæst.
Der var automatisk check-in men systemet kunne ikke finde vores reservationer så vi måtte vente på hjælp.
MOrgenamden var fint og restauranten hvor vi spiste aftensmad var ok. De var søde og rare.

Super leuk hotel, groot kamer, lekker zacht bed en kussens, en ook super lekker ontbijt, lekker ontspannen bij sauna en zwembad, voor ons was heel goed allen een ding die mis we wel en dat is de verwarming doet niet helemaal goed, misschien was allen op ons kamer dat kan ook. Voor de rest was alles prima.

Goede ligging maar daar stopt het verhaal

Je ziet aan veel dat het hotel aan vernieuwing toe is, horen doe je dit nog meer.
In de badkamer leek het alsof ik naar de persoon in de volgende kamer aan het douche was.
Over de badkamer gesproken:
Geen douchestop
Te weinig druk waardoor douche zeer onaangenaam was
De haardroger rook naar sigaretten als ik deze gebruikte.

Het ontbijt was oké maar ook zonder meer.

Selon moi, l’hôtel est assez défraîchi, mais le couchage, la chambre et la salle de bain assure un niveau de prestation honnête, sans réel plus. La salle du restaurant est atypique avec une sorte de « business corner » à proximité immédiate des quelques tables présentes. Sans avoir de réels reproches à formuler contre l’établissement, je ne pense pas y revenir une prochaine fois.

Ondanks de hardwerkende dame van de receptie was het hotel een beetje versleten, slechte verlichting op de kamer. De spots zijn dusdanig dat je een rare sfeer krijgt. De bedden voelden zweterig, het leek erop dat er plastic hoezen onder de lakens zaten. Dat voelt niet prettig.TV is wat klein voor de kijkafstand. Restaurant was ok en het ontbijt was prima zelfs. Een keer hier en daar opknappen en updaten en er mag weer 'Best`Western op staan. Misschien zelfs de +plus ;-)

We vonden de kamer netjes en schoon en de airco was fantastisch met een buitentemperatuur van 34 graden hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Douche en bed waren prima!
Ontbijt was ook goed en personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Faciliteiten verder niet gebruikt dus geen oordeel over.

Il faut de la chance pour avour une chambre conforme et pas se retrouver au grenier .Ce n est pas la 1ere fois que nous sejournons a l hotel . Nous avions reserve une chambre executive twin beds . On se retrouve dans une chambre mansardee avec des lits dans 2 petites pieces en enfilade... et à la reception on me dit twin beds c est 2 lits donc c est correct ... pour cette categorie et ce prix d hotel je n ai pas envie de me battre a la reception pour avoir une chambre conforme a ma demande

We hebbn niet dezelfde kamer gekregen zoals beloofd op de foto's. Aangekomen bij de kamer bleek dat het ver afgelegen was na het openen van 4 gangdeuren was onze kamer de enige tussen 2 gang deuren. Eenmaal in de kamer had het een geur, in de toiletpot was nog een drol en last but not least, onze kamer had geen raam/ venster of balkon. Het leek letterlijk op een gevangeniskamer die je op de tv ziet.Terug naar de lobby was niemand te bespeuren om In ieder geval hebben wij geen goede nachtrust gehad,vanwege het feit dat mijn vrouw en zoontje bang waren en zich niet goed voelden in de kamer zonder ramen. Nooit meer boek ik hier een kamer. Never,never and never again. Stinkend hotel. Onze laatste vakantiedag samen met onze zoon is verpest door dit hotel.
