I was hoping since this was the most expensive option in Burns that the property would reflect that - it did not. It's tired and needs work - no baseboards in hallway, the AC was not operational. I reported to front desk after trying all options to turn it on - they confirmed it was not working and offered for me to move rooms which I appreciated. There are much newer options in town - this place needs a makeover and is nowhere near worth the $125 per night I spent.

After driving 13 hrs we arrived at the hotel unable to check in due to an internet outage. We offered every solution but were told only the owner could make an exception. Ok. Piled back in the carto continue 2 hours until the next town. The front desk lady called us 30 mins in, internet up! We race back check in,(11pm) Thankful for her call, but not for the full charge.

The door we were informed to use was malfunctioning and pushed me into the card reader scratching below my right shoulder. The door was very loud and our room was right above it. When the door closed it would slam and send a loud booking noise through our rooms and woke up my 8 month old and me and me wife multiple times.

Nice Steve, hotel is located conveniently in Hines just on the main road. Only issue was the blankets. Whereas most hotels these days have some sort of comforter, or at least a thicker blanket, this hotel had a sheet, a very thin wool blanket, and another sheet on top of that. I had to ask for another blanket because it felt like almost nothing at all.

Otherwise it was a good place to stop over in town.

Pros: We’ve stayed before and they are nice, good hot breakfast in the morning, close to local sights

Cons: Some of our towels were dirty, we had an accessible room because it was the only one available and unfortunately the shower head is at about waist height. You can take it off to hold it higher but it would he nice if they had both a taller and shorter shower head. It makes showering less comfy than it could be.

There was a large central air conditioner unit right outside our room, which was not the room we booked, and it was insanely loud. I had to put a sound app to drown out the sound. It was horrible. Room was ok. Didn't have water pressure when we first got there. My king room I booked didn't have hot water when we got there so they offered us 2 queens so we didn't have to wait. That was the room next to the huge AC outside. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. It was impossible to sleep though.

This Best Western has nicely updated rooms and a beautiful front entry room. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were beautiful as well but we didn’t have time to use them. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, including almond milk which I rarely see at hotels! Thank you!

Comfortable

The room and beds were comfortable. My sheet was torn but clean and soft. The only problem was with the low toilet. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Breakfast was same as every other hotel. Adequate.

Road Trip

So friendly and welcoming. Everything from the lobby, hallways and room seems to be very clean. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool area. The bed was so comfortable. We are hoping to be able to stop here again on our way home.

Great room and food

The employees are awesome, very helpfull. Having a restrant on site is a big plus for us, the food is great. I reco the Cordon Blue dinner and the clam chowder is the best ever! This 2 days was a great stop. We will be back!

This place was a good pick for same day reservation, but I was not thrilled with the fact they do not allow dogs/pets at all. They will charge $300 if you sneak your pet in. It was late when we got there and he had no choice but to leave our little teacup yorkie in the car all night. Because of that I would not stay again - the room was clean and the staff was nice.
