Meh! It could have been worse.

This was a one night stay for a quick overnight work trip so the room was sufficient for the price I paid. The shower was not clean and water didn't drain well. The room was basic and didn't look the same as pictures but seemed clean enough. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but I could tell that was not the case. When I entered the room the windows had been left open ( maybe to get rid of cigarette smell? didn't work) and room was freezing. There's no food on premises or room service but a restaurant is about a four minute walk away and theres a small pay coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, not the best experience but it it could have better as the only responses I could get from front desk staff was mostly nodding even when trying a translation app.

Good place to stay.

Good place to stay on a budget. Nothing fancy, but the staff are friendly and the room is clean. Close to Honggqiao Airport and Railway station. I try to stay here when I'm going to and from Shanghai.

Decently priced accommodation open to foreigners.

Not much to shout about, given that the price is quite reasonable and it is open to foreigners to book directly and stay in. It is a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from Hongqiao train station.

Place is near to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, also there are a few daily needs shops and groceries stores nearby. Taxi was easily available there, walking distance to Shanghai Zoo.

Nice to stay for short trip

Hotel is just next to Hospital, well you have to walk for about 10min to reach the closest Train, but in front of the hotel always got bus and taxi to ride up. The train station (Line 10) is always on the way to those hotspot area too which is convenient and you do not required to interchange.

Staff of this hotel is very nice! They greet us eryday and even the cleaner will ask us whether required to clean up the room. When me and my colleague have faced the problem of our China Mobile, they are willing to help too.

Don't follow GPS when trying to get to this place.

GPS places this hotel a few miles away from the actual hotel which is actually across a bridge closer to the entrance of the zoo (to the north). the rooms were roomy for a single bed, shower stall doesn't stop water from flowing to the rest of the bathroom (hence the warning about wet floors on the wall), glass shower enclosure covered with cabinetry (who designed this piece of @#$!?). Balcony is enclosed so don't look for photo opportunities there's
Positive are good air con, perfect tv screen size for the room, and big bed. Sorry no alarm clock or personal safe. Overall the rest of the hotel needs a vacuum (badly) and improvements can be made to the rooms if the owner cared to invest in his property. So to cap, hard to find, dirty and staff speaks very minimal English. Heck, they won't even call a taxi for you. So lazy.

GreenTree Hongqiao Railway Station

Take Metro line 10 and get down at shanghai Zoo. Follow the exit for Hami Road. Outside the exit, walk about 50 metres and turn left on to Hami Road. Second bus stop is the hotel landmark. For the money you pay it is good. Downsides: The wooden floor was never mopped and no coffee provided.

Inexpensive, close to Subway.

This hotel was a good price, but it was rundown, the beds were pretty hard and squeaky. Their laundry was broken, which was a big letdown for me. They will hold your luggage for up to three days, which is a bonus for people who want to take quick excursions to the city and pack light.

Old hotel. They try to keep it nice. You get what you pay for it worked well for us for overnight flight only disappointment was only one decent restaraunt. The seafood place was good. No place for breakfast. And a little hard to find. Don't get hosed by cab. Most should be 40 rmb.

Quiet and convenient location

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, very close to Hongqiao airport. It's right next to Shanghai Zoo, the surrounding area is very safe, quiet and residential. I had a room facing the Zoo, I could hear the birds all the time, but not the noise of traffic. The walls of the room are not so clean, they show the water marks. The air conditioning is kind of dirty. The room has microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient, I was able to store and eat my breakfast in the room. Nice hotel for the price I paid.

Good budget hotel if catching a plane or train

We only stayed one night because we had to catch an early train the next day. If you are staying here before a flight or train ride then it is a good location. Otherwise there isn't much around except for the zoo.

The only downside is that all of the rooms really smell of cigarette smoke. Even the nonsmoking ones! As neither of us smoke this was a huge negative.

I chose this hotel just because it is close to the airport and my flight would take off at 7:00 am. The room space is enough but it was not so clean. My room was near the street and it was noisy at night.

low cost and friendly service

The room is small, but quite clean. I stayed in a non-smoking room. It is better to take a taxi to this hotel from the subway station. It took me more than 15 min walking from the subway station. If you do not carry heavy luggage, walking that far is fine. There is a small restaurant nearby serving 山东 dumplings+garlic which is quite delicious. A mini-mart nearby sells fresh fruits as well. Overall, it is a low cost hotel that provides reasonable service.

Cheap night after arriving in Shanghai at midnight. It wasn't too close to the airport. The place is really run down. Halls are just a mess. But for under 30 bucks, it was acceptable.

Affordable and near Hongqiao Airpo

Hotel is fine for an affordable place near Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. Rooms are small, property is older and had a few repair issues in the room such as peeling walls with water damage. The service was good, as desk clerks came up to the room quickly to help with Internet and did speak English. The walk to the subway station (Shanghai Zoo, line 10) is about 10 minutes. Biggest criticism is they need to clean the rooms better. They do supply a few toiletries.

Good only if you have early flight from Airport

If you need a cheap hotel near the airport because of an early flight then this one is OK and THAT IS ALL.
Hotel is very dirty, big spots on carpet everywhere, they only serve breakfast (soups) and don't even think of coming here without Renminbi (local currency) as nobody will change any foreign money.
If you have more time in Shanghai look for a different one.

This hotel is good value for money. Though the amenities in the room were basic but set up like a small kitchenette was good. The room provided to me was perhaps not fully equipped. It was lacking microwave oven. The corridor floor was also covered with white sheets suggesting on-going repairs. The location of the hotel is good, near to the Hongqiao transportation hub. The beds were comfortable and room was quiet. I had a good sleep. Good for a transit halt and when one is only spending night in the hotel. Do not expect five star facilities and amenities.

Best budget room I have ever had

We booked a queen room and were delighted to have a large light room with a perk view. Hotel was clean for a cheap Chinese hotel but the size of the room was very impressive. Not much in the neighborhood but it was pleasant and very convenient for getting to the airport. Dumpling at the shop down the road were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in Good location which is very near to Shanghai Zoo. Business person who travel from Hongquio have better economical choice is Green Tree Inn. I have stayed 2 differant night. Room Small but clean and equipped.

For foreigner visitor will find problem in this hotel that no buddy speak english so you have to use translator. Google Product is not working in China So it's better to download other translator software

I think this hotel was a great value. It was small but comfortable. Clean enough. I had a nice view of the zoo after requesting a room with a view. It was a little noisy - I heard some noises from my neighbors and some children playing in the neighborhood, but no airplane/traffic noises.

My biggest concern is location - I needed to get to the Hongqiao Railway Station by 7am to catch my train, but the Shanghai Zoo Metro Station opened at 6:30. There is a station 2 mi north that opens closer to 6, but either way, it would be a long journey in the dark to reach the Metro. And while the surrounding neighborhood didn't seem like a bad neighborhood, it was definitely dark in the early morning/late at night, and not a neighborhood I would like to stay in for long.

Thankfully, a man with a shuttle van offered me a ride to the train station for 50RMB. I am not sure if he was with the hotel or not (he may have been working alone, in which case it could have ended badly for me!), but I was able to get to the train station on time.

All together, though, this room was a great value for the price if you are looking for a room in the area. If you want something really close to the airport/train station, I may suggest something even closer.

Spartan, but clean and convenient

This is a very reasonably priced hotel, close to the Hongqiao airport. I stayed here for one night, because I had a late night airport arrival and wanted something close by. The rooms are very basic, and could use some re-painting and general sprucing up. The sink in my room was cracked, but useable. Everything was very clean, and quiet. Staff were quite helpful with questions.

Does the job

Hotel is a short walk away from the Zoo subway, which in turn is one stop away from the airport. Does the job as a travel hotel. While the building is not in great shape, the towels and bed sheets were new and fresh. If you are a light sleeper be sure to get a room that is not facing the road, as there is an intersection nearby and honking all night long.

Gem of a place

It's a gem of a place in a cool nieghbourhood. Get a room with windows facing the zoo : quiet and full of zoo sounds at dawn.
The staff are obliging and their English is very adequate .
Good place for a long stay , with kitchenettes that come in handy .
No safes in rooms so be wary of valuables .
Overall its a good place to stay and move around shanghai from.

Inexpensive Uncomfortable Night's Rest

This hotel was decent, especially for the price. The walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear the conversation in the room next door very clearly. They didn't stop talking until near 3am... After they stopped talking and the sound of running water from showering stopped, I could finally try to go to sleep.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was ok for the price. It has a bedroom and a bathroom and was relatively clean. Ideal if you don't use your room as only for sleeping and washing yourself. Otherwise, I would recommend not to use it.

MAPに掲載された位置と実際の位置が違っていた件

WEBに掲載されている位置にホテルはありませんでした。近隣ではありましたが、小雨が降る中、20分近く歩き回らされ、VPNのWIFIﾙｰﾀｰを借りていなかったら、ホテルを見つけることができなかったと思います。ホテルの地域名称も上海虹橋機場とは表記されていませんでした。同じホテル名格林豪泰だったので、聞いてみようと入ったホテルがそこでいいということになりました。外国人にとって番地名までは分からないので、地図を頼りに行くことが多いと思います。ちゃんと検証して置いてください。

動物園の裏の通りなのでタクシーがなかなか捕まらない。地下鉄の駅まで少し歩かないといけない。夜、コンビニ等開いている店が無い。
部屋のコンセントの不具合なのかPCに十分に電気が供給できなくて結局1日PCができなかった。

地下鉄上海動物園より徒歩10分、古北地区まで車で10分と利便性のいい場所です。日本語対応のスタッフは居ませんが、フロントの作業もスムーズでした。電話やWI-FIが入り難い部屋があります。レストランは無く、素泊まりでは安くていいと思います。

朝一のフライトに備えて宿泊してみたが、

部屋は広くて満足。清掃も毎日して頂いた。エレベーターが故障で使用出来なかった。トイレが詰まったがフロントに伝えたところ直ぐに修理してもらえた。

距離虹橋機場以及火車站很近

住了兩天。每天11:20準時叫你提醒中午退房。11:50再打一次。床不是太舒服，可以感覺到彈簧。熱水溫度不是很穩定。但總體來說，清潔乾淨，前台親切。如果沒有預算的話這裡性價比高。

Facility is old but ok.
Supermarket is just a few steps from hotel entrance. Shanghai zoo subway station is in 10 min walk and Xijiao Shopping mall with a variety of dining spots is in 15 min walk. It's along a river and neighbors are villas! It is surprisingly quiet.

다음 날 일찍 홍차오 공항으로 가는 스탑오버 일정으로 선택하게 되어 하루 동안 머물렀습니다. 매우 저렴한 숙박 요금 때문에 선택했는데 저렴한 가격 만큼 객실 상태, 청결도, 서비스는 높은 기대를 하지 마시기 바랍니다. 객실 벽에 페인트가 벗겨진 부분도 있었고 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 의외로 객실 물품은 여러가지가 제공 되었습니다. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 칫솔, 슬리퍼, 타올 등이 제공되었습니다. 오랜 기간 머무르기에는 아쉬움이 있지만 저렴한 가격에 잠시 머무를 곳을 찾으시는 분께는 적당할 수도 있겠습니다.

自分は初上海で入出国ともに浦東だったが、以下の理由でこのホテルを選んだ。なお入国日は夜７時着、出国日は夜９時半発、大型スーツケースがあったことを前提に参考にしてください。
①浦東空港⇒虹橋空港をリムジンバス（機場１線）、虹橋からはタクシーでホテルへ移動することで（出国日は当然逆の動き）、価格＋安全性＋大型荷物での移動苦軽減を狙った。価格は入国日は30元（バス）＋35元（タクシー）、出国日は両方30元ずつだった。
②上海虹橋駅発着の高鉄の予約や実際の乗車に近くて便利（しかし体調の都合により結局高鉄に乗らなかったのでこの件は意味がなかった）
③最寄り駅「上海動物園」から地下鉄10号線で、豫園や南京東路に１本で行ける。
④最終日のチェックアウト後に虹橋空港もしくは虹橋駅に荷物を預けて、観光地に行ける。

若干補足すると①は一応予定通り運んだのだが、初上海のため地鉄や空港でのすべての入り口で荷物検査をするのが普通であることをよく知らず、荷物検査を通らずにタクシー乗り場を探そうとしてかなり空港内をウロウロしてしまった。結果として時間も余計にかかったし、体力も消耗した。かつ、タクシー乗り場が長蛇の列でここでも時間をくった。素直に地鉄で上海動物園駅まで行き、そこから流しのタクシーを捕まえる方が、価格もさらに安くなるし、時間も体力も使わないのかもしれない。
④は実は②とセットの考えで、虹橋駅で荷物を預けて高鐵で蘇州かどこかに行くつもりだった（ホテルに再度戻る余裕があれば、ホテルで荷物を預けてもよいと思う。自分は使わなかったがカウンター後ろにスーツケースがいくつかあったので預かってくれるのは間違いない）。
しかしひとつ予想外だったのは虹橋駅が東京ドーム以上ではないかと思うくらいだだっ広いこと。荷物預かり所を探すだけで疲れる。最終的には虹橋空港で預けて豫園を観光した（4時間まで30元、10時間まで40元）。

なお、軽いリュックならホテル⇔上海動物駅間の歩行は10分ほどで全く苦にならない（むしろ楽しい）が、大型スーツケースを引きながらの移動はかなり辛いだろう。特に夜は絶対に避けた方がいい。なお、当ホテル前は交通量が多くて流しのタクシーがひっきりなしに通っており、タクシーを捕まえるには全く苦労しない。

地下鉄まで10分ぐらい歩きます。バス停は近くにあるが、空港まではタクシーが便利(30元以下)。部屋は快適とは言えないが、安いから仕方ない。

上海動物園駅なら徒歩約10分程度

上海動物園駅から徒歩約10分程度に位置するホテル。近隣にはコンビニ、果物屋、飲食店があり特に不自由はしない。只浦東空港からは地下鉄で約2時間の距離にある為、早めの移動が必要となる。利用客は国際色豊か。部屋にドライヤーが無いのが難点か。窓からの景色は良くはない。

虹橋空港乗り継ぎ時間待ちの仮眠に

深夜の乗り継ぎ待ち時間が９時間あったので、虹橋空港近くの格安ホテルという事で仮眠程度に宿泊。
古くて狭いが値段からすると我慢の範囲か。シャワーの排水溝が詰まっており、お湯が足元にあふれたのには閉口した。

中国の相場だと料金相応のホテルだと思いますが、日本人の観点からすると、若干古くて汚い印象を受けました。

改装完了

安いのでこれまで２回利用したことがありました。
結構長期間改装をしていたようで前回利用した時にはエレベーターが動かなかったりと面倒なことがありましたが、改装は終了していてエレベータが新しくなっていました。
中国の安いホテルなので、衛生状態はそこそこなのですが、スタッフの対応が良いので泊まるだけなら困ることはありません。
ホテルの建物の一階にスーパーと果物屋さんが入っているので朝食くらいを買うには便利ですが、食事は少し不便です。
地下鉄10号線の駅までバスで一駅の距離です。
中国に慣れていて節約したい人にはお勧めです。

인터넷으로 예약했는데도 예약이 안되어 있다고 해서 많이 당황함 나중에 현금서비스를 받을수 있도록 오토바이로 태워주고 추워서 떠는 내게 겉옷도 빌려줌 공항과는 지하철 역으로 한 정거장이라(3원) 편리했음 가격대비 훌륭하고 특히 수건이 거의 새거라 좋았음 따뜻한 물이 잘 나와서 씻고 나니 피로가 풀림

冬場以外は快適なホテル

チェーン店なので、サービスは平均以上であると思います。清掃も行き届いており、清潔感があります。施設自体は老朽化している面はありますが、価格が非常に手頃であるので許容範囲内と思います。
すぐ近くにレストランが数件あり、食事の面も非常に便利です。
落ち着いた静かな環境に立地し、長期滞在に向いていると思います。地下鉄の駅（上海動物園駅）が徒歩10分以内の場所にあるので、繁華街に出る場合も便利です。

欠点は、エアコン（暖房）の効きが悪い点です。布団も薄めの布団が一枚のみなので、冬場は室内でも相当厚着をする必要があります。

価格以上のホテル

地下鉄の駅からも程近く（徒歩10分未満）、便利です。
暖房（エアコン）の効きがあまり良くないので、部屋でも厚着をしています。布団が一枚だけで、寝る時もコートなどを着て寝ています。冬場以外の時期はとても過ごしやすく、とてもお得なホテルだと思います。

客を泊めちゃダメでしょう？

このホテルは2回目だが、前回宿泊時の工事が終わっており、ほっとしながらチェックインを終えてエレベータを呼んだところ扉が30cm程しか開かない。フロントを呼んで「壊れてるね」と言ったら彼女は「大丈夫！」と言いながら手で残りを押し開き乗る様に促してきた。乗降の度に寿命が縮む思いをさせられたのは序の口、電話が壊れている（内線も使用不可）23時過ぎまでWIFI殆どつながらない。お湯が出ない（ちなみに全室出ない事を告げられました）。客を止める体制に無いのに何事も無く営業するという信じられない状態でした。前日まで宿泊していた田舎のホテルの方が数段ましだった。
　立地が悪くないと思うので、故障個所が全て治っていれば宿泊を考えるかも。

とても経済的な割に立地がよく居心地の良いホテル

一泊3,000円もしない料金で、アメニティが日本のビジネスホテルと変わらないくらい揃っていましたし、部屋の掃除も毎日してくれましたし、ベッドが広々としていて寝心地は悪くなかったので、とても満足しています。壁の塗装が剥げ落ちていたり、シャワールームのドアがちゃんと閉まらなかったりと、粗を探せばいくらでもありそうではありましたが、特に困ったことはありませんでした。ただし、道路側の部屋は車のクラクションがよく聞こえますし（しょっちゅう聞こえます）、隣の部屋や廊下から人の声がよく聞こえますので、音に敏感な方は要注意です。

虹橋空港のトランジット向け

初利用になりますが、ホテルのロビーや客室の改装もあり、日本では考えられないような工事内容で値段が安ければいい、トランジットで寝れたらいい人以外はオススメ出来ません。虹橋空港まではタクシーで10分程度ですかホテルの周りは店等ほとんどなく、両替のお金がほとんど無かった為苦労しました。
地下鉄の駅も結構あるのでキャリーを引きながらはキツイと思います。
ベットは可もなく不可もないですが水回りが安い宿特有のものです。

徒歩圏内に超市、果物屋、各食事処(中華料理多し、ハンバーガーやパスタのお店も有)があります。
ホテルの部屋(Deluxe King Roomの場合)には冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはありませんでした。
部屋の入室はカード式で、チェックインには若干の英語で大丈夫。
wifiはありますが、中国での番号又は部屋番号にてログインします。
但し部屋番号の場合のパスワードはパスポートの下5桁ですが、チェックイン時に入力されていないと使用出来ません。

离虹桥机场虽然只有两三公里，但是没有地铁，机场打车去酒店司机不肯打表，2公里要收费40。酒店很陈旧简陋，有点霉味，房间和床都不大。如果不是为了第二天一早去虹桥机场，不会住在这里。
