For Europeans and Americans, Petrolina is a hidden gem. The water is hot. There are these unique beach like areas to swim, sunbathe, or hangout like Brazilians 👍 I saw beaches in advertisements and I knew the Atlantic Ocean was nowhere around. 😉 But, Petrolina/Juazeiro have beach like areas on the river. It was interesting to see this and the people. I would return in a heartbeat 💓. I loved my visit.

Most Excellent !

The place was awesome on par with similar level hotels in North America. I would highly recommend. It is truly as far as I know the best or second best hotel in the city. Only area of improvement is that they could or should do a better job keeping mosquitoes away from breakfast buffet which I would do if I were The Manager.

Em Petrolina eu e meu marido só nos hospedamos no Nobile. Sempre perfeito, instalações amplas, limpas e agradáveis.O quarto é grande e sempre fico de frente pro Rio. Vista linda, o Breakfast é completo e muito bom, o Restaurante está com pratos deliciosos, cerveja sempre muito gelada e o atendimento em todos os lugares é perfeito. Obrigada ao pessoal da Recepção, sempre muito atenciosos. No Restaurante o Alan e equipe são de uma simpatia e eficiência ímpar. No Breakfast agradeço o carinho do atendimento do Felipe, da
Karla, Ma Luiza e da Samara.

O único problema é que não tinha como regular a temperatura da água do chuveiro. Ou saia muito fria ou muito quente.

O quarto é, sem dúvida, impecável, com uma vista privilegiada para o rio. (Realizei o upgrade)

Fiquei hospedada no quarto andar; embora costume preferir o último andar, no momento do check-in realizado às 21h, não me atentei a esse detalhe.

O atendimento é incrível, uma pena quando fui realizar minha reunião o único lugar disponível era a piscina, que foi orientado pela gerente. O condomínio deveria disponibilizar de salas para quem está em trânsito.

Hotel muito bem localizado, novo, confortável.
Atendimento tevo erro da hotéis.com com a reserva, reservei para 1 casal + uma criança de 15 anos, quando cheguei no hotel me informaram que não tinha cama extra que tinha de pagar 105,00 ou meu filho de 15 anos tinha de dormir na mesma cama que a gente. A hotéis.com com péssimo atendimento disse que era assim mesmo. Sendo que o hotel dps de algum tempo detectou o erro que eles tinham reservado com criança de 7 anos e colocaram a cama extra.

Como já relatei anteriormente, o pessoal da recepção é muito mal preparado para atender o público, simpatia zero e muita burocracia. A sensação é que estão fazendo um favor em atender o cliente. Canais de RV não disponíveis na sua totalidade e água retida no box do banheiro a cada banho.

O Hotel é muito bom, contudo o pessoal da recepção atende mal, de forma burocrática e sem nenhuma simpatia. A impressão é que estão fazendo favor em receber o hóspede. Os funcionários do café são ótimos. O banheiro tem um problema crônico de acúmulo de água no box. Já reportei a situação anteriormente ao hotel.

Bem localizado, cama confortabilíssima, bom wi-fi, café da manhã excelente, estacionamento interno amplo.

Dois únicos poréns:

1. O chuveiro não possui pressão... instalaram um redutor de pressão muito agressivo.

2. O blackout perdeu o efeito e meu quarto, localizado no lado nascente, fica todo acesso logo cedo.
