Great hotel overall. The staff was generally attentive and professional. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant.

Normal hotel like many.

If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget.

I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes). Unfortunately.

All the rest was fine, Bar, Breakfast.

The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbours snoring as if they were in the room with us.
And don’t be fooled by the pictures, even though the gondola runs above the hotel, it is not a ski in/ski out hotel. You have to walk 500-750 m to get to the lifts on very icy roads. And everything is extra, from using the fridge in the room, to the breakfast buffet and the hot tub.

Not recommend for non Italian speaking guests

The hotel was very nice however the management needs a lesson or two about customer service and hospitality.
If you were not Italian speaking you were totally brushed off.
There were any international guests there for the World Masters Championships and no effort was made to welcome these guests.

Everything is nice here. I just have one complaint. There weren't a lot of sugar-free or vegan options for breakfast. The coffee was good though. Thank goodness coffee is sugar-free and vegan. They had a container with a good muesli at the top. But the bottom was filled with sugared flakes. So when I tried to fill my bowl, only the sugar flakes came out. More coffee...

Four years in a row all good.

Fourth year in a row staying here. Have brought family and friends and all equally impressed. Rooms larger than expected and have table area at one end.
Very quiet especially at night, this in part due to reception and bar area closing by 9.30.

Great location, clean room with a hostess that makes you feel at Home. Arrived late in the night but still easy access to the room.

First night a bit cold as heating was not turned on in the building but for the rest of the stay it was warm and comfy.

Well-modernised hotel, close to the slopes.
We did not get to interact with the staff a lot, but there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast was reasonable, although a bit too heavy on the cakes and pastries and less so on fresh fruit/veg.
Decent-size room, balcony with a clothing line a plus. Could do with a few drawers though. Satellite TV was not working but we were not there for that!
Free parking outside if you don't use the garage. Hotel has a ski room, but we took a locker at the lifts so did not use the hotel one. There is a bar (quite lively) but no restaurant and no wellness facilities.

Travelled by motorbike and visited in June which seems to be out of their peak season so hotel seemed fairly quiet. Location is good if you've been riding over one of the nearby Alpine passes (Stelvio, Umbrail, Gavia). Used the parking garage for the motorbike for a small charge which was good. Checkin was easy except our key card failed to work first time and had to go back to reception. Reception closes fairly early so as there is no onsite restaurant when you return the front door is locked and your keycard doesn't work. Met two other guests outside trying to figure out how to get in. Tried pressing the buzzer which put a call through to someone with a load of screaming kids in the background. Tried speaking to them but they just hung up. Eventually found a back door entrance, but it would have been helpful to make this clear either at check-in or with some sign on the front door.
Breakfast was unimaginative, with lots of cheap sweet things and perhaps is better when they're busier. Room was a good size and clean everywhere. Beds comfy and not too much noise even though we faced the road. We were just passing through so only stayed one night.

The hotel may be a good place to stay during ski season, but it seemed as though most working there (not many) were unhappy and put out that we were guests. Front desk was definitely not welcoming or helpful. Room was nice and clean, nice balcony. Would not recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic breakfast! Very nice staff. Perfect location, especially if you will be skiing. The lifts are very close to your back door. Walking and running trails are just outside as well. Will definitely stay here again.

The property itself is nice and confortable but the service was really bad. The owner didn’t let us drink our wine in any part of hotel common areas and refused to borrow a bottle opener and glasses for us to drink in our room unless we bought in the hotel bar. If you want to use the frigobar you need to pay 1 euro per day. They want to charge for every single item that a four stars hotel should provide. Also at the check in they’ve hold our passport for a long time with no reason and just gave back hours later after we asked for it.

Il bidet non era presente in tutte le camere quindi consiglierei di richiedere una stanza provvista.
Pulizia buona, non posso dar ottimo perché c’erano dei capelli sul cuscino. Per il resto era tutto in ordine e nonostante sopra, ci tornerò volentieri

Camera con nessuna possibilità di scelta di cuscino infatti erano scomodissimi. Arredo datato. Deplian pieghevoli e riviste vecchi di almeno tre anni. Bagno veramente impiccato.

L'hotel tutto sommato è accogliente e ben tenuto. Le camere sono belle e pulite.
Unico appunto il fatto che alla sera per rientrare non si poteva passare dall'ingresso principale (e più comodo) ma bisognava entrare dall'ingresso sul retro, in quanto il piano terra ad una certa ora veniva chiuso e quindi non si poteva accedere agli ascensori. Questo però dovuto al fatto che si era fuori stagione.
In definitiva comunque l'esperienza è stata piacevole.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
A due passi dal centro pedonale e dalla funivia.
Facilità di parcheggio per auto e moto, e possibilità (a pagamento) di garage coperto.
Colazione abbondante e varia.
La prossimità alla trafficata Via Nazionale rende le stanze che vi si affacciano un po' rumorose, nonostante l'isolamento acustico assicurato degli infissi esterni.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Nella prenotazione era specificata la vista montagna mentre ci siamo trovati con la vista sulla provinciale(ovviamente fastidiosa per i rumori di passaggio!). La camera era comunque carina e pulita, la colazione ben fornita e l'haul accogliente!

Bra läge nära liften. Mataffär i närheten vilket var bra. Bra rum, ganska hårda sängar, kallt och endast filtar som täcke. Men vi sov gott ändå efter en dag i backen. De som jobbade där verkade uttråkade och allmänt oengagerade. Man känner sig inte så välkommen. Frukosten var sådär. Mycket sötsaker. Vi var där i slutet på säsongen så det kändes som att frukosten åkte in ena morgonen och ut nästa. Vissa dagar gott bröd, andra fick vi hamburgerbröd till frukost (?). Om man är nöjd med bra rum, nära till lift och centrum bra boende. Om man vill ha det där lilla extra med personlig kontakt, är finsmakare på frukosten, välj annat Hotel. Vi åt nästan varje kväll på La Pergola, vissa rumsnyckel och få - 10% rabatt. Supertrevlig restaurang!

Hotell mycket bra beläget för skidåkning.

Hotell med alla typer av bekvämligheter du kan önska. Väldigt när till backen, både när du ska till liften så som att åka skidor direkt till dörren. På minus sidan bör nämnas att solen aldrig hittade till hotellets balkonger, varken morgon eller kväll, trots att dagarna var med strålande sol. Bergen skymde, nu på vintern...

Skidresa till mycket trevligt område med bra backar och variation. Trevligt hotel med bra frukost och nästan ski -in ski - out. Nära lift och skiduthyrning. Trevlig bar men ingen restaurang , de finns inne i byn.
