Excellent service and friendly staff. The room faced the harbor with a great view. Ask for a harbor facing room. Nice balcony to enjoy the views. The menu in the restaurant was on the short side, but the courses were good. Breakfast buffet with all you can ask for. Clean room. General hotel conditions in some need of refurbishment.

First, the hallway smelled and the carpet was old and dirty.The room was small, with a entry, a narrow hall, and a tiny sleeping space tucked into a corner. The bathroom wasn't very clean. the room had a floating floor. several panels had separated, leaving gaps over 1/4 inch in places.The room was poorly done.

Helt ok hotell, men ikke nødvendigvis noe som frister til gjentakelse. En vifte på taket nær vinduet vårt sørget for konstant støy hele natten igjennom. Sengene skled fra hverandre, tven hang i andre enden av rommet fra der sengene stod. Dusjforheng på badet er noe vi gjerne skulle unngått! Maten i restauranten var god, og det va fint å kunne spise frokost ute ved vannet.

Dette hotel er på mange områder virkeligt godt, jeg var imponeret over så flot et værelse jeg fik, alle var virkelig imødekommende og serviceorienteret, super morgenmad og åben omkring kl 6, jeg manglede blot en dagens ret, der var en, men da den gjaldt alle dagene i løbet af ugen, blev jeg ret hurtigt træt af den, en helt almindelig men dagligt skiftende god gammeldags dagens ret, ville trække folk fra nærområdet til og være et super trækplaster

Fikk først tildelt feil rom. Ble flyttet til riktig rom når jeg kom tilbake på kvelden. Sluket i dusjen var tett så det ble stor ansamling av vann både på badet og ut i rommet. Sa i fra til respsjonen og ble spurt om jeg ville ha håndklær for å tørke opp. Ba om å få et nytt og det fikk jeg etter litt tenkepause.

We checked in late in the evening. Since the bar and reception are one and the same thing, there was 1 member of staff at the bar/reception. There were a few people buying drinks and we were not even acknowledged as he continued to make drinks and serve the people ordering drinks. Not the best welcome! It can be a little loud with people having drinks out on the terrace down below. The breakfast was good and the woman who helped us with check out was very efficient and friendly. The location is perfect, right on the water and in the centre of Flekkefjord which is a pretty town.

Hyggelig betjening i alle ledd. Romet var enkelt, reint og hadde fin utsikt mot elven og Hollenderbyen. Sengene var veldig myke, og døren til dusjkabinettet var plundrete. Middagen var en skuffelse, men til gjengjeld var frokosten utmerket.
