Highly recommend this hotel for foreign and indo travelers. The rooftop bar/restaurant serve amazing lemper ayam and alcoholic beverages. The room was very clean and we had quite the view of the city.

I always stay here when in Jakarta. may not be a 5* hotel but it has 6* staff. I will not stay elsewhere. when your treated wonderfully it becomes like home.

Great stay as always

How can I ever say anything but great thing about this hotel.. from guys at front door to reception to housekeeping, Hi Eva. Makasih Banyak for everything .. you and your staff are great.. restaurant and all restaurant staff are great .. only thing I would change is Bringing Marsella back.. my best friend and daughter..🙏👍🤗🤗

After how many stays it must be obvious how great the hotel is..From owners,to Dept heads to Housekeeping, to Resto to Wonderful.Marsela 🤗🤗 and Marcela and Tommy and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I SAY YOU DO A WONDERFUL FANTASTIC JOB..I only come a few days a year and am just a normal guest..no VIP or fancy corporate person and am treated wonderfully.. Every single person is great, my room is clean, bed comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. perfect place to stay..they all care and it shows in what a good place it is..thank you very much for all you do for me 🙏🙏🙏 see you soon and Marsela when I come back the 4 of us, Didi 1, Didi 2,you and I will go to Tony Roma's for dinner..

A TRUE OASIS

i walked in the door and knew i was home.. evenif only for 1 night. immaculate. not one thing out of place. room nice, clean, comfortabe. bathroom, new ckean, modern.. staff at front desk excellent! Last night ordered Gojek car.. after waiting for 1/2 hr and car still not arrive they took my phone calked and texted the driver.. with no reply tbey just started,trying to get me a, newcar and did not give up. greatfully aprecciated.

the Restaurant on roof was also great. very nice and clsan and well staffed.

had the chicken wings and iec tea.. both perfect. very enjoyable stay. next trip to Jakarta, i would defieately stay here again. Furst class.

The hotel location is very convenient to walk everywhere, Puri Market, Restaurant & small store to buy water & snack.
The room & lobby is clean. The staffs are very helpful, I’ll stay at Fave Hotel again if I’m going back to Indonesia.

Open Fire Escape Staircase - Emergency Escape

I often stay in this hotel, due to its location nearby my family's residence.

On the last day when I checked-out, there was a black-out when I was about to go down the lift (I stayed on 5th floor). The lift was stucked at about 2-3 minutes - still on 5th floor. It was a total black inside the lift car. No signal on my mobile phone, no emergency button on on the lift car. It was a horrible frightening! 2-3 minutes I had experienced!

Luckily the door was opened. I saw a housekeeper, I asked if i could take Fire Escape Staircase in case of taking the lift down. His answer was: \"the fire escape was locked\" I left with no choice but to take the same lift, and hoping that the power would not tripped again.

Fire Escape Staircase was locked? ?!?? Fire Escape Route supposed for Emergency. How can the hotel locked it up?

I think the hotel should do something about it. Fire Escape Staircase must be open at all time for any emergency. If security is an issue (the ground floor hotel is close to the residence area surrounding it), perhaps the hotel need to take additional measure to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests.

I seriously hope the hotel is doing something about Emergency Route. Emergency Staircase is needed for Emergency situation.

Good 3 Star Hotel

I stayed for 3 nights with a family member.
Staff members of Favehotel Puri were polite and friendly. Service is good. Cleanliness in the room I stayed need a little improvement, but i will still rate as ok. Not sure if cleaner missed the stained on the floor or its aged. Perhaps its aged thats why the stained was not able to be clean off completely.
I will stay in the hotel again.

Car parking must pay even only enter for 1 minutes, that’s so cruel for small people like taxi driver or grab driver who only drop us to the hotel and exit with cost Rp 5.000 for only 1 minutes.

Nice hotel at Puri/Kedoya/Meruya area

Quick check in and clean room. Room size was nice, not small or large, bathroom was clean. Some of the flooring shown signs of bit wear and tear but not much of an issue.

Location quite close to Puri\Kedoya\Meruya area. Next to a busy road but peaceful at night.

Good location in the west part of jakarta.
Water heater is not warm enough tend to be cool.
The bed have a noisy sound anytime you move.
Limited of choice for breakfast.
The staffs are polite and very helpful.
Would be better if the hotel provide a kettle and coffee bar.
Overall is good hotel except for the price is still too high for the service their provide, can get better service in Thailand, vietnam and Malaysia with this price range.

Great hotel in West Jakarta Area

The pillow was too high. Requested to change and the housekeeping did so. The housekeeping forget to provide towel in the bathroom. The quality of the towel should improve. It is rather thin and a bit greyish.

I could not find the switch for one of the down light, need to call the front desk. It was hidden behind the bedframe. This is something very strange.

Overall breakfast was ok.
