Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, though the carpets could use an upgrade.
I informed the front desk that I needed to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. and would require a taxi. I was assured that the front desk was staffed 24/7. However, when I came downstairs in the morning, no one was present, and there was no key drop box, so I was unsure where to leave my key. Eventually, a member of the kitchen staff who was setting up heard me ringing the bell and came to assist.
The taxi arrived purely by coincidence, as the driver happened to be passing by to check for early flight passengers. He charged me an additional €5, but at that point, I was simply focused on getting to the airport.

Their website states that they have airport transfer 24 hours. That is why we booked this hotel for a very early 6:30 AM flight. We had to be at the airport around 4:30 for an international flight. They actually don’t start their runs to the airport until 5:30, so not as advertised. They called a cab for us, but for the 2 mile ride it was 25 euros. Also no AC in October even though room was hot with everything off. They say their system was turned to heat.

Honestly giving this a lower review because they charge €15 for a 3 minute drive to the airport. I booked this at a higher rate specifically for convenience of being next to the airport - also the fridge in my room didn't work. Otherwise the place was clean and did the job. Not worth the price.

Small but comfy room. Clean bath and towels. For one night it met our needs nicely. Taxi was a little pricey for a 5 minute ride but it was at 0400 and he was early. They prefer cash for the fare.

As with other airport hotels, it is a bit pricey for what you get, and you have to pay extra for both breakfast and the airport shuttle (only a few minutes away). The room was very large and comfortable, there is a nice lobby area if you have to wait around for your check-in, there are decent restaurants in easy walking distance, and the staff were kind and helpful. It was very convenient for an early morning flight.

Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, but the room was somewhat small, and the airport shuttles only run from the hotel to the airport. We had stayed here before when they ran both ways. Now you have to take a bus to the closest bus stop. Because we were familiar with the bus stop from before and it was still light, we were able to do this. But I could see this being difficult if you had no prior experience.

It was a relatively close walk to Marco Polo Airport so there was no need to pay for an uber or taxi service to go less than a mile. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was they would not give more than 1 room key for “safety reasons.” Not a big deal. We stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport so we didn’t have to deal with water taxis with a bunch of luggage. We got the superior room as it was very modern. Definitely recommend this hotel for the last night in Venice.

Staff is helpful, rooms are recently remodeled and spacious, AC works great, and breakfast exceeded our expectations.
