Just great one night

Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice.

Didn’t look like the photos as we were supposed to have city view. There was no view. Only single pillows on bed, no coffee maker on room, restaurant closed so no dinner unless you get taxi so we skipped dinner as too inconvenient, workout room had a broken bike and Turkish bath out of order

Decent, not great. Avoid the restaurant.

Overall decent. Location is a little away from where you want to be in Arezzo but not bad. Train station is a 9 minute car ride. Take it for what it is, skip the restaurant for sure.

Arrived in Arezzo w/o hotel reservations and opted for familiar (Marriott) over local (B&B, or such). Very satisfied with the choice. The hotel was new, sparkling, and well attended.

Just an average hotel - I have been in 3 stars better than this one which is rated a 4 stars.
Breakfast is quite basic not a great choice.
Cliningless of the rooms could be better. I had a drink from the minibar and left the glass on the desk... The following evening when I got back to the room the glass was still there, dirty.

Just about ok for an overnight stop

The restaurant was closed due to a forthcoming public holiday. Nothing else around was open, so we had to picnic in the room.

Our room had an over-the-bath shower which was so slippery that my wife fell and hurt herselqf.

Nice hotel, far from town

The hotel lives up to the AC Marriott standards. Modern style, nice amenities in the room and pleasant staff. The bed was smaller than other AC's we've stayed at as was the TV. This AC also had an option for high speed wifi, we were able to stream and video chat without it. It was a bit far from town, but we had a car so it was ok.

It is amazing how great company like Marriott can rip off for a bottle of water 2.50 E when most hotels give two bottles a day for free. In the coop you less than 30 cent a bottle !!!!!!

AC Hotel Arezzo is a quiet hotel. Very friendly staff, and you feel safe. The area is good and is near the town center. I highly recommend it. I would stay in this hotel again.

They use a strange cleaning project, so the room is filled with a smell like body odor, I changed the room it was still the same, but the front desk staff was trying her best. the bed was ok, medium quality mattress.

We had a pleasing stay. Helpful staff, good breakfast and free parking. The room was nice and clean. The only thing I have to complain is that the bathroom door has no lock and a space open between the door itself and the frame. That is uncomfortable when you are not travelling alone. There is no water heater in the room to make coffee or tea. I expected to have in a 4 star hotel.
Only 10 minutes driving to Arezzo centre.
There is a nice restaurant opened from 7.30 pm with reasonable prices
We had a nice time and probably come back.

Need a car definitely

Good hotel but Brk is not worth the money. Too few selection + is not closed to any shopping area, you definitely need a car to go there. Lamp is not bright enough for working at night, need more lamps in the room. Otherwise is okay.

This is a great business hotel located near the autostrada. Solid breakfast with both hot and cold options. Just know that you're NOT within walking distance to centro or restaurants. Enjoy!

The hotel was not very close to the downtown area, but it was not far by car and parking in the city center was not an issue. At the hotel parking was not an issue at all. This hotel would only be for someone with a car, since the bus stops did not seem to be close by.

Stayed July 22-25. Upon arrival, the hotel looked a little lonely; sitting in the middle of a grassy field. The building, from the outside, could be cleaned up a bit. Still a modern looking, minimalist building. Everything else was great. Hotel staff was excellent and always very helpful. Rooms were very nice and bed was very cozy. The bathroom had nice amenities. Buffet breakfast was not immense, but suited us with coffee and rolls. Taxis were the primary way in/out of the historic city center. About €7-10 each ride. I will definitely stay here again.

Very well worth the price

Afastado do centro. Impossível ir a pé. Táxi da estação para o hotel e ou para o centro 10 euros. Café da manhã excelente. Pessoal da recepção muito gentil. Um pouco barulhento pois os apartamentos não possuem nas portas material contra o barulho.

peggio di cosi non si può: arrivati in albergo troviamo il lavandino del bagno che scorre; alla richiesta di cambio camera, ne danno una con letto per disabili più piccolo di quello matrimoniale richiesto in fase di prenotazione. Si cambia camera di nuovo, e in questa mancava il telecomando della televisione. alla reception la risposta è stata: mi dispiace non abbiamo altri telecomandi. Puzza in camera e sporcizia ovunque. CAMBIATE ALBERGO.

La struttura si trova fuori dal centro di Arezzo, ma ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile in auto.
Arredi moderni e spaziosi.
Avevamo addirittura la vasca da bagno, peccato non fosse molto pulita.

L'hotel, lontano dal centro, non raggiungibile senza auto, è moderno e con del potenziale non sfruttato. Scarsa la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti, il pavimento della camera pieno di polvere, meglio il bagno.
Nella hall disordine e sporcizia, sembrava non si pulisse da giorni.
Noi siamo arrivati alle 21 del 25 dicembre, alle 22 i bar ristorante chiudeva( e posso capirlo) ,alle 23 le reception chiudeva e l'unico distributore di acqua e bevande veniva bloccato con un lucchetto e non era piu possibile accedere( incredibile!!).
La colazione buona, ma troppa gente in sala e due sole povere cameriere che correvano come matte!!
Peccato, la struttura è carina e moderna, ma gestita male.

Unica pecca dopo le 23 la reception è chiusa (check in possibile da totem).
Essendo tutto chiuso dopo le 23 non è possibile acquistare bevande, compresa acqua.

Hotel molto bello, alla periferia di Arezzo. Nuovo, accogliente, ottima camera e bagno. Arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio abbiamo notato che i climatizzatori non funzionavano (è ancora estate). Lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception e ci hanno detto che avevano avvisato la manutenzione poiché c’era un guasto. Notte al caldo. Di nuovo fatto presente al mattino al momento di lasciare l’albergo. Ci aspettavamo un atto di cortesia, un rammarico, la colazione offerta e invece nulla. In fondo abbiamo pagato per un servizio completo, o no?

Buona la colazione. Per il resto soggiorno non piacevole per nulla. Messo insieme ad un tour di asiatici che facevo casino totale. Bagno con soffitto NERO DI MUFFA. Condizionatore esterno alla camera rotto che faceva un rumore assurdo. Stanza freddissima con condizionatore non regolabile, cuscino scomodissimi. Veramente peggiorato rispetto alla passata gestione AC HOTEL.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend ad Arezzo in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Ho scelto questa struttura per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e per il fatto che avesse parcheggio per la macchina. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti al nostro arrivo per la pulizia dell' hotel e la cortesia del personale. La struttura si trova a una diecina di minuti in macchina dal centro storico. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.

La struttura si trova a circa 7 minuti di auto dal centro di Arezzo. Camera ampia con tutti i comfort e perfettamente riscaldata. Buona la colazione. Apprezzato il check out ore 12. Unico appunto: consiglio vivamente di migliorare la pulizia delle camere.

Ambiente con luci soffuse e superfici nere lucide e si vedeva diversa polvere depositata sui mobili lucidi. A colazione ci han fatto accomodare su un tavolo ancora sporco e non è stato pulito, ma solo cambiato il vassoio delle marmellate. Molte briciole e sporco per terra durante la colazione.

Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più, molto di più. Camera piccola e poco insonorizzata. Mobilio sbrecciato, muri sporchi, tende che non oscurano la camera. Porta del bagno in vetro che non garantisce la giusta intimità. Colazione pessima, con la scusa del covid è estremamente limitata (cornetto solo vuoto, yougurt solo bianco) con prodotti di scarsa qualità. Per gli intolleranti c'è solo la bevanda di soia che è praticamente acqua sporca (credo sia una sottomarca, come il resto dei prodotti confezionati). Una delusione su tutti i fronti
