The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The view from the terrace was beautiful.

The room was very basic, closet had a weird smell, you could hear everything going on in the rooms nearby.

This reminded us of a hostel. The room was very plain and old. Too much money for what it was. The reception closed at 7pm, which the website did not say. The hotel smelled terrible. Would never stay again.

Worked for our purposes: covenient to the train station for our less-than-24-hour transition to a group cycling trip. It was tricky to find reception from the street. Better instructions prior to check-in would be great! We felt like we were experiencing an escape room and eventually won. Luckily it was daylight!

This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people.

Great choice for your stay in Arezzo

The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value.

Loved this place. Very clean and quiet. Close to the train station so it was so very convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us find transportation to La Verna which is not an easy task especially during the summer months. Planning to visit Arezzo again soon and will most definitely stay here again

Staff was so accommodating and friendly! Don't miss this hidden gem. This is a small hotel with just a few rooms and a rooftop terrace with a view. If you are taking the train, it is across the street for easy access. It is next door to a grocery store. Highly recommend.

A stone's throw away from the main train station in Arezzo, very convenient for foot travelers.
The property is in close walking distance to many pretty sights in this lovely town with a lot of art, and with an interesting musical heritage. Thank you Ettore for all your help - he even packaged a special plate of bread for me the night before my departure because I had to take a super-early train!

The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us.
The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Once you get past the sulfurous odor of the building's ground floor and not knowing whether the slow-moving elevator is actually operating, the property is fine. Rooms are well-managed and clean. Breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Management is helpful and pleasant.

A stones throw from the train station! Don’t expect an impressive frontage. There is none! Just remember the street number! Lift up to 6th floor and magic begins. Elena wonderful host. Nothing too much trouble. Kind, generous and thoughtful to our needs. Large comfortable breezy terrace amid flowers and plants and use the adjacent kitchen if you want! Double Room immaculate and air con. Memorable short stay.

We blindly selected CameraCaffè because it was located conveniently only 1/2 block from the train station. So we were doubly delighted to discover that it was so clean and our hosts so friendly and helpful. The incredible view from their rooftop patio was an added bonus.

The building had a residual odor. The shower was much too small! I had to squeeze into it and I’m not all that big. There was no safe in the room. Over all, the rating on hotels.com was way overstated. No more than a high one or low rwo.

The manager was very friendly as was the staff at breakfast.

Small hotel really close to the station

This small hotel occupies the 5th and 6 th floor of an apartment block just one minutes walk from the station , on the left hand side of the Via Guido Monaco as you leave the station. Avis is on the corner and it’s a few doors up, before the supermarket. This detail is given as we walked past it as there is no big hotel sign. We rang the bell and Elena welcomed us in. At reception she told and showed us the facilities, the small dining room , where you choose you buffet breakfast and the terrace where you could eat it. There is s fridge there so you can buy food and drink and keep it fresh. The Air conditioned room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are no frills but a great venue for a few nights stay to explore this really ancient and quite lovely Italian city. Elena recommended things to do and a great local restaurant to eat at. Many thanks.

The hotel was recommended by my sister as they've stayed there a few times. Location was a short walk from the train station - we missed at first as the name was not quite visible. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Elena and staff were great.

I stayed at CameraCaffe Arezzo for 3 nights. My main reason to visit was to see the art and cultural sights in the city centre. CameraCaffe is in a good location; very close to the station and the buses and easy to walk to everywhere in Arezzo. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The down sides - the first impression (entrance foyer) is rather depressing and does not bode well. Unfortunately this was compounded by the very offhand manner of the staff at the reception desk. Hardly a 'buongiorno' on arrival! They did not bother to say goodbye when I left.This is the first time that I have experienced this with hotels.com;it was quite a disappointment and did not make my stay as enjoyable as it should have been. As a contrast, the girls serving the breakfast could not have been more charming and helpful. Thank you to them! I would return to Arezzo but not to this b and b.

Il B&B è molto carino e pulito. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentite a casa. Siamo state qui per il weekend dell'8 dicembre, per vedere i mercatini. Ottima posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro. Le camere molto semplici, senza pretese. Molto carini gli omaggi dell'oste.

Tranquillità e comodità, da vita lenta

Abbiamo viaggiato in auto con la nostra cagnolina per visitare Arezzo. La struttura ci ha proposto dei parcheggi convenzionati e abbiamo scelto Central Parking. L’accoglienza è stata molto positiva e chiara, la signora alla reception ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per soggiornare, ma anche per viverci appieno la città. Durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e, essendo abituata, abbiamo potuto lasciare la nostra cagnolina in stanza a riposare qualche ora. La struttura ha camere sia al quarto piano e al sesto piano, dove abbiamo soggiornato noi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, colazione equilibrata per il numero di ospiti (personalmente odio gli sprechi), a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti c’è inoltre sempre la cucina per essere autonomi nei pasti, quando per esempio non si vuole andare a mangiare fuori. È possibile inoltre accedere a un ampio terrazzo da condividere con tutti gli ospiti. All’interno dell’edificio e delle stanze c’è il riscaldamento centralizzato che quando viene messo in funzione, essendo abbastanza datato immagino, fa un rumore ripetuto che potrebbe infastidire gli ospiti. Al check out ci è poi stata regalata una piantina grassa, un gesto molto gradito per ricordarci dell’esperienza ad Arezzo anche a casa.

駅から徒歩3分。隣は年中無休のスーパーマーケットConadなので、とにかく便利。テラスで摂る朝食も景色が良く、良かったです。アレッツオの民宿としては、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思いました。

Struttura all'interno di un condominio con più piani, buona la posizione non distante dal centro, la cortesia del personale, la colazione e la terrazza panoramica. Camera però con particolari datati, senza aria condizionata ma solo ventilatore, il caldo si è fatto sentire, bagno da rinnovare e doccia angusta.

Buenos en ubicado, cerca de parkings, en recepción te aconsejan por uno que solo es 10€/24h. El centro de la ciudad queda a 5 minutos caminando y hay un supermercado justo debajo del establecimiento, ideal para comprar algo de comida y hacértela en la cocina por noche.
Habitación amplia, cama enorme y cómoda. Aunque no pudimos usar la terraza (enorme) por el mal tiempo y frío, a quien le pille mejor tiempo seguro que lo disfrutará.
