A solid 3.5 star hotel and decent location. For Disney the location is a bit far with the typical Orlando I-4 traffic, but for Seaworld and Universal great location. Also has plenty to eat and do walking distance, even on a weekend night the area is lively and safe to walk. Our room is a good size, clean, and fairly updated. No major complaints. Maybe better pillows but otherwise we were very happy with our stay. Staff were good, and the hotel is well kept and clean.

Very courteous staff, room was very clean and the food was delicious. While my burger was over cooked, I asked for Medium and received well-done, the flavors were tasty. My veggie omelette at breakfast was scrumptious. Walking distance to the activities at ICON Park and dining nearby. Good stay all around.

I've recommended this hotel several times since my stay. It as so welcoming after my encounter with Ryan Urban, and the service at the bar especially during Thanksgiving was above and beyond. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and \"at your service\" approach during the holidays was perfect. Thank you! We had 3 rooms and multiple families, and will come back.

We went from the worst stay at another hotel to leaving and finding this one. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice, the room was amazing in every way, the hotel is so beautiful. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to Orlando!

We stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for one night, from January 3 to 4, 2026. The room was comfortable and met our expectations.

However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The meal, which included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and a cappuccino, cost a staggering $74, including the tip. This felt excessively overpriced. Additionally, parking was charged at $35 per night.

Considering the overall cost was nearly $300, I would advise searching for a hotel that offers better value.

Cute, clean and affordable bit unfortunately offset by the expensive parking and breakfast. Beds were just ok, not the most comfortable. Our room was on the second floor 2 doors down from the fitness area and we got woken up at 7 am by the most obnoxious banging of the weights for an hour. straight. Did not use the pool.

We returned to celebrate our anniversary because we were very happy with the service during our previous stay—Joe was exceptional. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The ladies who checked us in were friendly and polite; however, the gentlemen working during the evening and morning shifts were quite rude. What was especially concerning was that the gentleman in the morning was courteous and friendly toward other guests, but not toward us, which made us feel uncomfortable and treated differently.
We also emailed the manager to share our concerns, but never received a response. Being ignored after raising such an important issue only added to our disappointment and left us questioning whether bias may have played a role

Nicely renovated hotel as my 4 year old loved it was a castle and they gave her a crowns. The decoration of
The hotel is nice as well as the location. The breakfest was well priced and very good. They offer free Starbucks coffee in morning which is great. They have a washing and dryer. Had a very big modern mini fridge. Things I did not like. The mattress was very used and sinked in gave me very back pain by day 3 Had to change side with my daughter as the other side was not caved in. Pool was not heated, my daughter called it a popsicle. Why would they cheap out on that is beyond me. The cleaning ladies had attitude and didn’t clean well ( did not restock tissues. Cups and such) and came around 4 pm everyday which is extremely late so never came home to clean room. The toilet paper was extremely thin and cheap
So They have things they could work towards. The staff was very polite and welcoming. You could see they were trained to communicate and service well at probably a 5 star worth.

I was not happy with my stay at all from the start. I rent a Tower room on dec 16 2025 a week in advance to my trip and I call to check to make sure everything was good the morning of the trip drive 2-1/2 hour to the castle hotel to find out they sold out all the tower rooms then I got stuck in a dirty standard room with no room for three people will not stay there again

The positives, Great Staff, Location ($8) to Universal via Uber. Negatives, hidden parking of $35 a night. Not great. We booked a suite for 4 adults, but breakfast included was for only 2 people. Had to pay $25 per person extra, not great. We did have other options as parking was included. Overal a great experience and themed hotel.

I reserved a tower room weeks in advance and when I checked in the front desk gave me a regular room. The lady was extremely rude and told me to call orbitz since I paid orbitz. When orbitz called the hotel the lady would not authorize a refund for the difference in room prices. The room was run down, musty, mirror coating was peeling off in the bathroom and the room had a weird high pitched humming noise in the wall that sounded like faulty electrical wiring. My daughter couldn't even sleep between the high pitched noise, sound from the ice machine in the room next to us and the gap under the door allows all outside hallway noise to come in.

This property definitely stands out with its unique castle-inspired design — it’s a fun touch that gives it some character. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but it leaves quite a bit to be desired. For the price, I expected a little more: only one elevator was working during my stay, and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The beds had stains and were uncomfortable, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was really nice. I’d give this place a solid C overall.

Room service lacked attention to detail which was shocking. Also, housekeeping staff member was rude. I asked for a late check out, i stood atcthe front desk as the agent got on the radio to advise housekeeping of my request and 10 minutes later, they were at me door knocking. Despite my telling them i have a late check, he would not leave the door. It was uncomfortable and embarrasing.

I really like this hotel. I have booked here twice. The location is great for nearby restaurants and attractions on the strip. My only issue was with the checkout. Checkout is at 11 and housekeeping knocked on my door twice before 10. Then around 10:30/10:45 they sent a different guy up to knock again.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. I had a really wonderful time. The bartenders David and Luis were fantastic! They made the vacation!
Love the castle theme and the little nook in the tower room.
Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working the second night and wasn't fixed by the time we left. Requested a late check out, was told it eas added to my account, but it wasn't. The guy who knocked on my room dooflr was very rude, almost hostile. He needs to go! The pool attendant that was telling everyone to leave at 10:00pm was aggressive and rude. He needs to go, too. Other than those 2 jerks, the stay was great!

Staff was amazing and so kind- we got in super late for our first night and the front desk staff were swift and efficient getting us to our room. Insanely comfy bed, spacious room! Breakfast was delicious and we were only a quick (and cheap!) uber to universal. Hung out at the pool and pool bar the next day and were able to get a late check out! Such a wonderful place with great staff- I can’t wait to come back!

From Check In to check out the staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. This is a well-run, clean upscale Hotel that welcomes you with nice decor and convenient amenities. The pool area is both private and inviting with outside bar area. The Food is 5 Star from a nice Club sandwich to a wonderfully cooked steak. I highly recommend Castle Hotel as you will not be disappointed!

The Castle Hotel on Universal Blvd was the perfect location, with plenty of restaurants, lounges, and shopping within walking distance. We felt very safe walking in the area, even at night. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our family and friends.

We arrived 10 AM and the front desk host was very courteous, held our luggage until able to check in and gave us a call about an hour later when our room was ready. We were able to get a very early check in for no extra charge. The beds were so comfortable, and hotel was walking distance to many activities and great dining options.

Bed and water hardness need work.

Very nice boutique style hotel with terrace to view Disney fireworks. They give you complimentary water at checkout and have an onsite restaurant with plenty of parking. The staff is amazing! Super clean. Loads of activities and restaurants in walking distance. Room decor is elegant and modern but the foundation shows it's a very old property, the hinges are crazy rusted like literally red and the doors and walls look thick with several layers of paint. I will likely never rebook however because of two reasons the mattress is like a $70 mattress very very thin and springy, as if it just popped out of a couch. The cheapest mattress I've ever slept in at a hotel. Then the hard water, I've never noticed water hardness before but this is another level I had to literally pour one of my water bottles thru my hair just so it could feel semi normal after washing it. If the mattress and water weren't an issue it would be an Orlando favorite.
