We arrived after midnight and the reception person provided plate meal for both of us, its so nice of him.
Every staff very helpful and always have smile on their face including cleaning staff.
Breakfast & dinner was nice have a lot of choices.
Bed was very comfortable, amazing sound proof, could not hear a single noise from outside e.g. car noise etc.
Nice sea & pool view, balcony was little bit small expected more bigger.
Easy fast check in & out. Have safe, fridge, tea and expresso maker. Free welcome fruite and expresso.
Everything was near few mins walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, beach, shops, excursions,and bus stop.
Excellent location.

Then said I couldn't get a refund until Ive had my voucher for 18 months and not used it.

like: location, friendly staff

dislike: first room was dusty (on top of the cups, coffee machine). but when we told the reception, he was very helpful and changed to another room for us.

food was ok. we expected more Greek style, but the first night we had chinese buffet as the main and taste was not great. Breakfast was ok, adequate (sausage, egg, beans...etc). Teas, coffees and juices were only available for breakfast, not dinner (unless u pay for them).

The hotel is in a good location close to bus stop number 22 and to the shore and many restaurants and shops. However, the room looks much better in the photos than in reality. There is a green light above the door that cannot be turned off even at night. The check-in process is slow. The staff are not so friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) is so-so, but the fruit (esp. watermelons) is good. Overall, the experience was ok but not as good as expected.

We had been out one night so we had the do not disturb sign on the door because we wanted to sleep in and the cleaner was banging on the door trying to get in for at least half an hour while we were sleeping which woke us up.

The cleaner had been in one day and did a great job as always but she had left a half eaten plum on our things which has left a stain. Not impressed.

Great hotel - great location

Very friendly and welcoming staff - the room in the main building was spotlessly clean and modern decor. The hotel pool wasn’t too busy - with funky music and comfy bean bags to lie on.
The food was tasty and was different each day - I really couldn’t fault this hotel or the staff.
I will definitely be back :-)

A jewel of a find.

From arrival, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms comfortable modern and clean. Public areas very modern and stylish. Food better than expected. pool and bar area very chilled and comfy bean bag beds to sunbathe. Centrally located between main shopping street and beach so everything short distance. Lovely beach front restaurants close by. The only thing is there is currently building work very close by which means it’s noisy from 8am til around 1 but it quietens down in the afternoon and didn’t spoil our stay. Would DEFINATELY return and thank the staff for such a pleasant stay

The hotel was immaculate the food great and all the stafff bent over backwards to make sure your stay was the best it could be. המלון חמוד, חדרים נאים, אבל,זהו לא מלון 4 כוכבים!! זה מלון 3 כוכבים לכל היותר.
מדובר ב3 ביניינים נמוכים שעברו הסבה ושיפוץ למלון, הם במרחק דקה הליכה אחד מהשני.
חדרים חדישים, אבל כל הפסיליטי של 4 כוכבים, כמו מרכך , החלפת מצעים על בסיס יומי ואמבטיה-לא קיימים בו.היתה גם פעם שלא היו חמים.
הארוחות לטעמי לא התאימו לרמה של 4 כוכבים, והיו דלות.
ממוקם די במרכז,גישה נוחה לחוף.
בגדול המלון חמוד אבל לא שווה תמחור של 4 כוכבים..ו

Although the rooms are fine, there are some major deficiencies that I will not stay here again. The rooms are small, but fine, but it is the small details that I will not endorse this hotel. They are not in the hospitality industry as they nickel and dime you for everything.
1) They will charge you for every small item. I broke a small cup in the hotel and they were going to charge me 2 euros for this. I contested this and so far they held off charging me.
2) They charge you 1000 Euros for staying late!! I have never heard of that before
3) Their key system is antiquated and can be an emergency hazard.
4) They indicate that this is a four star property. The best it is 3 stars. The property is a hodge podge of various properties that are not tied in to the overall property.

The positives were that it is very close to the beach and close to the shopping area. Parking is also generally available on the street.

The hotel was great. The rooms were well equipped and cleaned every day. The breakfast was great and dinners there was mostly the same food every day so we did eat out most of the week for variety. The pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers available every day. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was small but we did book the cheapest one as we knew we wouldn't be there too much, so it wasn't too bad, it was clean and the bed was comfy! The pool is small but we really enjoyed lounging there and the pool bar amenities and staff are terrific. It's about 30 seconds walk to the strip which has lots of shops and bars, and around 30 seconds walk in the other direction to the gorgeous beach. There are some fantastic local restaurants. We didn't realise our booking at Harma was half board, but we only ate there a few times. Would be better a la carte rather then buffet, we preferred going to restaurants rather than eating there. When we left, our flight wasn't until the evening and we were offered towels to shower after going in the sea and the pool which was great!

Not what I hoped for

When we arrived in our room the smell of some poisonous/antiseptic/cleaning type spray was so overwhelming I couldn't breath and it took ages to become breathable after opening the balcony door. There were some hairs on the bed. The room looked nothing like the pictures. But I actually probably wouldn't have written a bad review if this didn't happen: We asked how much it was to take a cab to another part of Crete and were told it was 30 euro. We had decided not to hire a car so we accepted that taking cabs would be a cost. When we arrived at our destination the cab driver said it was 70 euro. We made him call the hotel and the hotel confirmed that they had told us 30 euro, they admitted they made a mistake, but the cab driver forced us to pay the full amount (and we had to face that uncomfortable and heated argument right before dinner on our 10 year anniversary) and, of course, we had to pay the same for our trip back. The hotel refused to cover the excess. We ended up spending 80 more euro than we were willing to. I was completely disgusted by the lack of responsibility the hotel took.

Hotel was modern, clean and lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our week drinking cocktails by the pool in gorgeous sunshine. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities were great. Only slight downside was we didn’t have a balcony which would have been nice. The main road the hotel is on is busy but down on the beachfront it’s quiet and gorgeous with amazing restaurants with seaside views. Hotel is in a great location.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel 2 minutes from sea and shops. Local bus service easy to use to visit Heraklion or going other way to Malia which has sandy beaches. But at bit like British seaside with lots of nightclubs and probably very crowded in high season.

Had breakfast buffet which was good choice and was replenished regularly. We had a sea view room, although a building in the middle of direct view, there was an excellent view of sea and distant mountains. I would definitely stay there again.

It was an amazing hotel! For what we paid for its excellent! Free breakfast and dinner! Breakfast was really good. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and downtown. The staff was really nice. We got to the hotel early and because the room is ready they let us in the room earlier than the check in time. On our check out, our flight wasnt until later at night so they let us stay at the hotel facilities and we were able to leave our luggges in the reception. I would definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend it !

The hotel was ok, however, food was horrible, either breakfast and dinner. Also they didn't notify us when our transfer company sent an email to the hotel to confirm pick up time and meeting point. I only knew about it when I contacted the company to confirm the details. The hotel location is very good. the room was small, although it was a triple room. The swimming pool is so small. Facilities are poor. I can't consider it 4 stars, it's 3 stars max. The price I paid is much higher than the service I received.

The Hotel is very nice and renovated. Among the hotels in the area I found it was the nicest. Close to the beach and all the restaurants by the sea and it is easy to get their from Heraklion airport with the bus (only 3.60 euro and you get off at stop 22). The pool is smaller than expecting but we still enjoyed it.

This Hotel does not look at the booking details. I had booked a twin room. Because I was staying with my 17 year old daughter. We where told on arrival that we had been upgraded to a family room with 3 beds . The room was a double bed and a bed settee - mattress on the floor , which was not made up . So we slept in a double bed.
Both of the men on checkout where arguementative when we checked out when I explained that we had not been given a twin room
If a hotel can not guarantee a twin room booking then they shouldn't except it.

Stayed in this hotel recently this summer. The hotel was lovely and in a great location to all the restaurants/shops. upon arrival we got a free upgrade for one of the rooms on the top floor with a big terrace which was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to recommend restaurants/areas to visit. The pool area was nice and there was always enough free sunbeds around the pool! Would overall recommend this hotel highly.

Taxi from the airport to the hotel was 39 euro. the local bus service which is very regular 7 euro.
Greeted by Giannis, who is great asset to this hotel, polite and goes the extra mile to be helpful as was his colleagues.
Basic continental breakfast,room was very clean, minimal noise at night considering closeness to the main street.
Taxis, Bus stops and excursion pickup points all very close.
The beaches in this area are very rocky, small and narrow, approached by steps or steep walkways.
Evening entertainment caters for all, bars, restaurants,clubs in abundance.

Excellent hotel for the price it charges. Location is within couple of minutes from the bus stop. Those taking local bus from Heraklion airport should get down at stop no. 22 to reach the hotel. Hotel manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance from the beach. Side balcony gives beach view.

Quiet stay in Hersonissos

This hotel is located just off the coast between the beach road and main road. It's a quieter part of Hersonissos but definitely close enough to walk to many restaurants and beaches. It appears to have been renovated so the styling is modern, though still simple.

The buffet food was okay... they have the basics, but nothing to impress. I didn't try watching TV, but it would have been a pain since they only seem to have one channel per language (whole bldg. shares the choice).

The staff were all very friendly!

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, clean, amazing shower and bathroom! Perfect location. Decent and affordable breakfast. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the bed. It was so hard I thought it might have been bricks with cardboard on top. Didn't know it was possible to get a mattress like that. Nothing the hotel couldn't fix with buying a 2-3inch memory foam topper. We would stay here again for sure.

I stayed in a room with a balcony that faces the street but also had some view of the water. The view overall was not great as you can see the other buildings - some hotels, others abandoned buildings. As for the room itself, it was clean and had a working safe. Wifi worked decently well. Down sides were: 1) bathroom sink was VERY small so every time I brushed my teeth or washed anything, I'd get the floor wet. 2) the cleaner would come in even if I put the 'do not disturb' sign up. 3) there was only one English TV channel (BBC news). Overall, would recommend and return.

Fairly new comfortable hotel.

This hotel is about 30m back from the seafront. There are two accommodation buildings, a brand new one and the main hotel. Lock which is about 5-8 years old at a guess. The rooms are as advertised and we generally found it comfortable and good value for money. the hotel is near the seafront within easy walking distance to main shops and lots of restaurants. Staff were very freindly and helpful. Had a good around stay.

Everything was terrific! Very new, clean and modern facility with all the luxuries: air condi, view of the sea, balcony, extra effect lighting in the rooms, refrig. in the room, safe, an overall great place for a Crete vacation. The manager was super helpful with all our requests, getting tickets for activities around town, advice about local establishments, making sure we got everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel on all regards. Thank you Manos and staff!
Everyone spoke English so we had no problem communicating. Half board food plan included lots of Greek specialty foods, fresh salads, along with traditional foods. Very close to the sea, but also close to the main street where you can find endless opportunities for shopping and entertainment. Car rentals, quads, mopeds, dune buggies are just down the street. Beautiful island, friendly people, reasonable prices; hope we get to go back some time, BIG LIKE

First visit to Hersonnisos

This was our first visit to Crete and we could not have picked a better hotel. It was ideally situated which allowed us to explore the area. The hotel itself was remarkable and faultless, we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but we also ate at the hotel on more than one occasion. Manos and his team were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We will definately be returning to this hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder sehr beschönigt. Am kleinen Pool sind viele Liegen kaputt. Die Schirme können nur mit Glück geöffnet werden.

Das Essen geht so.

Die Zimmer werden nicht immer gereinigt, die Laken sind zu klein, sodass man eigentlich immer auf der blanken Matratze liegt.

Und wir wollten erst völlig sichergehen, dass wir uns nicht täuschen, aber: wir sind aus dem Zimmer bestohlen worden. Wertsachen haben wir im Safe eingeschlossen und wir hätten nie gedacht, dass das passiert, aber es sind drei Armbänder und eine Pinzette verschwunden. Alle nicht von großem Wert, aber von unterschiedlichen Orten im Zimmer verschwunden. Wir dachten erst, wir hätten sie vielleicht verlegt, aber jetzt sind wir sicher: sie wurden weggenommen.

An das Personal haben wir uns deswegen nicht gewandt, es war sehr herablassend. Die Reinigungskräfte wirken dagegen sehr eingeschüchtert.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehe schön. Geputzt wird teilweise nur oberflächlich und das Frühstück ist jedem Tag gleich. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht, wir haben den Urlaub trotzdem vollkommen genossen.

Check in ging gemakkelijk en snel.
Kamer was erg netjes, goed douche en bed. Extra fijn dat er twee kussens waren per persoon (een harde en een zachte)
Mooi zwembad, niet heel groot maar erg goed en mooi afgewerkt. Lekker ontbijt en ruim gevarieerd van wafels, english breakfast en fruit.
Aardig personeel dat hielp met de airco instellen. Kamer uitzicht op de zee was erg mooi, en ver genoeg weg van de hoofdstraat dat het er savonds erg stil is.

À première vu ça peut aller
On m as vendu une chambre face à la mer qui était inexistante, pas d eau chaude après 23h et ça tout le séjour , vol dans la chambre ( paquet de cigarette et sous vêtement ) , grosse fuite dans la salle de bain , l eau aspirer par la douche refoulais par une bouche à côté des toilette !! Bref une belle galère

Par contre la literie est vraiment trop molle le matelas est à comparer avec un matelas à eau
Sinon tout est ok chambre propre et jolie

Ich habe mich dank dem überaus herzlichen Personal als allein Reisende sofort wohl gefühlt.
Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, das Bett äussersts Bequem. Der Poolbereich ist klein und gepfelgt und die Drinks an der Poolbar sind hervorragend. Das Essen guter Hoteldurchschnitt. Auswahl entspricht der grösse des Hotels.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Harmaboutique kommen.

Hotel war alles im allem ganz okay, zu viel darf man nicht erwarten. Zimmer waren an sich ok nur der Balkon war etwas zu klein, man hatte schon Probleme mit zwei Personen dort zu sitzen. Zudem könnte die Sauberkeit ein wenig besser sein. Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Flecken und im Badezimmer wurde wahrscheinlich nicht so gründlich geputzt. Aber alles im allem Okay.
Das Frühstück war gut gab viel Auswahl, das Abendessen war okay, gab Sachen die geschmeckt haben einige nicht, aber wie gesagt es darf nicht zu viel erwartet werden.
Sehr gut war das man gefühlt nur zwei Meter vom Meer entfernt war und man einen Meerblick hatte wenn auch Mülleimer die meistens bis oben hin gefüllt waren im Sichtblick waren.
Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen da es ganz solide war.

Struttura molto carina, nuova e moderna, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e discreta la cena. Zona centralissima sia per il mare che per passeggiate e vita notturna. Unica pecca al momento del check out: previsto per le 11, pioveva a dirotto e abbiamo ritardato 10 min, siamo stati ripetutamente chiamati in camera per sollecitare. Un po’ too much!

Camere spazioze con balcone vista mare di eecente costrizione .Il bagno però ha una doccia che si allaga facilmente .La atanza era al 2 scendo piano di un edificio a cui si accedeva attraverso una scala ripida ed impervia da praticare con le valigie al seguito
