Place itself charming and clean.
Breakfast fabulous.
location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected)

Hotel Frances La Maison is a quaint hotel in the middle of Pasto. The rooms are clean and filled with the amenities. It has a touch of French since the proprietor is French. Breakfast and conversation is included which makes a stay in Pasto complete.

Great place to stay!
Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.
Allan
We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast \"made to order\" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.

My 1st impression was the great location. 2nd, appearance; the place looks immaculate. 3rd; I arrived early. The front desk clerk offered a room so I could lay down while my assigned room was ready. After a long morning, that was a gesture that I REALLY APPRECIATED. 4th, the whole \"crew\" starting with Patrice, were extremely polite, attentive and helpful!!!! 5th, breakfast was, 1st class, Very Complete!!!! To summarize, this is a place that I WILL recommend and when I go back, I will surely look up to stay. KUDOS FOR A GREAT A EXPERIENCE, based on accomodation and Staff. I´m very Satisfied!!
Carlos

Very good hotel - almost great
Excellent breakfast and top-notch service. They allowed me to check in early (9 am) at no extra charge.
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The room that I had (203) faced the street and so was a bit noisy; the cold also came in a bit at night through the single-glazed window, but was totally fine with the extra blankets that were stored in the closet (and which had been pointed out to me). If the room were upgraded with a double-glazed window (which admittedly are rare in Colombia), that would better insulate the room from the noise and cold, it would be fantastic.

A great place to be cared for!
Arriving two days earlier than our reservation, they found a room for us. Hotel staff here likes their job:taking care of guests! Breakfast was awesome, with great choices. Hotel staff made sure everything was comfortable for you.mmthey were knowledgable about things to do, where to eat, and places to avoid. The owner Patrice is involved in the operation and enjoys finding out about you and your travels. We felt sad to leave

Great little hotel with oustanding service!
Hotel has just been renovated in August/September 2015. Interior of the hotel looks clean and nice. Bed is comfortable, but don't expect the ones you find in luxury hotels. If you get the room facing the street, it could get a bit noisy at night with the window open.
The most impressive about the hotel is its outstanding service. Jonathan and the other folks were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. We got to the hotel at 10am, which was nowhere near the specified check-in time, and they let us check in. They even offered breakfast, which was healthy and tasty and perfect since we didn't know any restaurant in the city.
The only issue we faced during our stay was payment. The credit card machine had connectivity/internet issues, so we had to pay in cash.

Great host, great breakfast and best shower
Patrice is a great, friendly, enthuastic and happy host! We loved our stay there, especially after the laundry drying was finished and the noise stopped. We had the best shower we've had in a long time. Breakfast was delicious and fresh - started with a huge plate of cut fruit, followed by a delicious omlette and fantastic Colombian coffee. They also accommodated our two motorcycles in their garage across the road. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet area & close to everything
In a quiet neighborhood west of downtown, yet close to everything. Less than 2 min walk to the Carnaval parade route.

Lovely homely place
This hotel is a real treat of a home away from home. The staff and owner are so brist with every little request and the place is kept spotless. Brefast is lovely and the location excellent.

La Maison del Ejecutivo - incredible!
This was one of my best hotel stays ever. The hotel is very nicely furnished. Service is the main beef, however: it is incredible. The staff is very polite and they truly seem to know your needs before you know them yourself! The breakfast was very tasty, and the surrounding neighbourhood is upper-class and feels quite safe. Don't forget to try Pizzeria Alina just a few blocks from the hotel, they have many unique and tasty options.

Ampliamente recomendado!
