Not at all a customer-oriented hotel. The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing.

Btw, the bar and its menu look nice but those are some of the worst drinks we'd ever had, which is saying a lot. They are expensive and poorly made.

The gym is a joke. Location was mid at best.

The room was okay, but overall the staff is a bit rude, and generally this was not an enjoyable place.

Very pleasant hotel for a long weekend in Konstanz

Very nice hotel for a visit to Konstanz. Great location and nice bar area and close restaurants and grocery store. For the high level of service and quality of accommodation I would have expected room service and USB charging outlets in the rooms. I would have otherwise rated the hotel excellent.

Modern hotel, on the river front with good amenities. Very light and airy. It is a 20 minute or so walk from the old town / railway station which suited me but worth bearing in mind. My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby.

We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Isartor. The hotel is centrally located and easily walkable to transit (less than 5 minutes) and the Marienplatz (about 10 minutes). The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the river and consequently also received sun all day long so it was a bit warm, despite having a few windows. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they arranged to have a portable air conditioner to our room within an hour (without us asking). The room was well kept and spacious (we had a family room with 3 adults staying). They have parking arrangements with the garage next door. If you are renting a vehicle and need parking, our recommendation would be to go with a smaller vehicle as the parking spaces and access are tight. We have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Isartor for your stay in Munich.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at this property. Among the best I have ever encountered. Room does not have: coffee maker, iron ironing board (though front desk will provide one if requested), mini-fridge. Long narrow desk area (OK for most uses, perhaps not for using a separate keyboard with laptop). Most rooms have fairly minimal view of river. Excellent soundproofing against traffic on nearby street if windows left closed. Climate system had no cooling function -- perhaps just turned off during \"shoulder\" seasons: best to check to verify the rooms have AC in summer (room temp of 25C on arrival against outdoor temp ~ 23C). Nice spacious bathroom shower area.

I visited this hotel in December and recently received a letter stating that I hadn't paid the tourism tax of 5.20 Euro. During my stay, my address was still in Germany since I had lived there for two years. However, I permanently left Germany on January 10th, and the letter arrived on January 9th. Due to a busy schedule, I couldn't thoroughly check the letter at that time.

Now that I have some time to review the letter, I am surprised to find that it claims I didn't pay the tax, and mentioning German government court or something. I believe the hotel should have requested the tax payment during check-in if it was necessary.

Additionally, during my check-in, there was a mix-up regarding the breakfast inclusion despite my reservation clearly stating it. The staff initially claimed my room didn't include breakfast, but after showing my reservation, they apologized for the error. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the recent letter mentioning the German court has left me concerned about the hotel's overall working process.

I am really freaked out now and worried if I will have some disadvantage from the German government. I sent the money 5.2 euro and I hope it's not too late

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

Good staff and good breakfast. We had a room that was directly across from a restaurant, so had to keep the drapes closed. Like most European hotels, they don't believe in AC and because we had to keep the drapes closed all night, it was a little to warm for comfort; don't think we would stay here in the summer, room to warm. We had dogs, they were great with them, had a treat and water bowls in the room. Great Location.

Located about a mile from the Constance old town, but on the lake in a quiet region. Hotel gives you free bus coupons to go to and from old town. Had a lake front room which had full scale windows on two walls with a knock your socks off view (including Santos Mountains in the distance). Holly's restaurant next door for outdoor dining. One of the quietest rooms I have stayed at in years.

Tolles Hotel am Rand der Innenstadt von Konstanz und direkt an am Seerhein und der Promenade gelegen. Zu Fuss oder per Bus (Haltestelle ist fast genau vor dem Hotel) ist man in Kürze in der Altstadt. Sehr komfortablers bequemes Bett und gute Zimmergrösse. Schöner Wellnessbereich und Möglichst eine Massage zu buchen. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal und wir freuen uns jedes Mal wieder darauf. Öffentliche Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel kostet zwar 20 Euro pro Tag, ist dafür sehr praktisch mit Aufzug direkt ins Hotel. Waren hier schon öfters und kommen jedes Mal gerne wieder. Volle Empfehlung!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel 47° in Konstanz sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und bieten eine hervorragende Schlafqualität – das Bett war super bequem und die Ruhe im Zimmer perfekt für erholsame Nächte.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Bar: dort gibt es nicht nur klassische Drinks, sondern auch spannende alkoholfreie und alkalische Cocktails, die wirklich etwas Besonderes sind und man so nicht überall findet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bodensee und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Auch das Thema Parken ist sehr angenehm gelöst: direkt unter dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 20 € pro Tag. Wer es lieber möchte, kann auch gegenüber im Edeka-Center parken etwas teurer, aber dafür gibt es dort immer ausreichend freie Plätze.

Wir waren 2 Nächte über das Seenachtsfest da. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut 10/10. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und dauerhaft mit Strom versorgt. Die Betten sind bequemer als unser eigenes. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und zwischen zwei guten italienischen Restaurants. Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein ECenter um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Parken kann man im Parkhaus gegenüber für 14€/Tag.

Tolles Hotel in Konstanz

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht dort, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und ein tolles Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir saßen bei schönem Wetter draußen mit Blick auf den Rhein. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe, wenn einem die Parkplätze vom Hotel zu teuer sind. Leider wurde meine Nachricht bei der Buchung für ein Geburtstagstisch am Morgen nicht berücksichtigt. Das musste ich dann noch vor Ort klären, da es bei anderen Besuchern berücksichtigt wurde. Es gibt einen Pfand für die Sauna-Bademäntel und Handtücher die man jedoch wieder zurück bekommt. Man muss sich an der Rezeption alles holen, manchmal dauert es lange wenn gerade der Check out läuft. Leider habe ich in meinem Bademantel meinen Bikini vergessen der angeblich nicht gefunden wurde, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Ich habe schon 2x nachgefragt und die Wäscherei ist nicht extern. Das finde ich sehr schade. Telefonisch war die Rezeption nicht erreichbar, sodass wir 2x runter mussten. Wir hatten keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl wir noch der Reinigungskraft Bescheid gesagt haben dass wir gleich gehen. Sauna kostet extra, dies wurde uns aus Kulanz, da einiges leider schief lief erlassen. An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel am Rhein. Frühstück war gut. Die Sauna war auch gut. Es wäre schön, wenn mein Bikini wieder auftaucht :-).

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt am Seerhein und es gibt eine sehr gemütliche Terasse. Parkmöglichkeiten und gute Busverbindungen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Überraschend war, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Da es sehr heiß war, wurde uns ein mobiles Klimagerät zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ich bin zum 2. mal im Hotel 47 Grad gewesen und ich muss sagen, dass ich wieder sehr beeindruckt bin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist top! Ein riesen Dank an das Renigungspersonal, die ihre Arbeit sehr ernst nehmen und einen tollen Job machen! Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und für jeden ist Etwas da. Die Comfort Doppelzimmer sind groß und man kann sich sehr gemütlich zu zweit bewegen. Die Zimmer bekommen sehr viel Tageslicht und die Betten & Kissen sind abnormal gemütlich.
Tipp: nicht in der Parkgarage vom Hotel buchen. Das kostet 20€ die Nacht. 200 Meter weiter entfernt liegt das öffentliche Parkplatz vom Bodenseeforum und kodtet pro Tag 3,45€.Einfach genial.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem ist sehr viel zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell zu erreichen. Im hinteren Bereich des Hotels gibt es eine lange Strecke für einen Spaziergang entlang des Bodensees. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel liegt Edeka, DM und eine Apotheke. Direkt nebenan vom Hotel liegt das italienische Restaurant Losteria. Wer eine ausgzeichnete Pizza oder Pasta essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Man erhält vom Hotel die Bodenseekarte, mit der man während des kompletten Aufenthalts kostenlos in allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einsteigen kann. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Skønt hotel i rolige omgivelser

Dejligt hotel i rolige omgivelser. 800 meters gang fra cemtrum langs Rhinen. Morgenmad og restaurant udmærket. Parkering under hotellet med adgang for motorcykler.

War wirklich ein Top Hotel, sehr schönes Frühstück, nettes Personal und eine super Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Allerdings scheint es im Hotel keine echte Klimaanlage zu geben, lediglich ein Belüftungssystem wie es genannt wurde. Dadurch wurde es im Zimmer wirklich unangenehm warm und man hatte auch keine Chance die Sonne über Tag abzuschirmen von außen an den Fenstern, somit kann ich das Hotel für warme Tage nicht wirklich empfehlen. Alles andere war wirklich top, aber leider entzieht ein schlecht Klimatisiertes Zimmer wirklich Komfort.

Hotel novo, moderno, quartos bem decorados, apesar de pequenos. Cafe da manha otimo e vista linda para o Reno!

Das hauseigene Restaurant ist ein Besuch wert. Die preise sind etwas gehobener aber dafür bekommt man etwas geboten. Großes Kino was der Koch leistet. Auch die Hauseigene Cocktailbar lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Saunakandschaft könnte ein wenig größer sein ist aber trotzdem sehr schön mit Blick auf den Bodensee.

Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Alles gut – ausser der zu hohen Temperatur im Zimmer (keine Klimaanlage) und der mangelnden Information üb er den ÖV.
