Under one mile walking distance from the Old Town . The hotel is inside a large mall which is very convenient for picking up some drinks, snacks and toiletries.
We had a large room with a good view . Overall, Mostar was an amazing city to experience and explore .

10/10 property in Mostar with an incredible swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is a jacuzzi and children’s splash pool as well. Plenty of ‘ sun’ beds and tables and chairs in the indoor pool areaThe view from the window towards old town was amazing.
The train station and both bus stations are less than 20 minutes walk. Old town was a pleasant 15-20 walk away.
The staff were all amazing and very responsive to any requests.
The hotel has a mall below it which has a cinema with movies in English.
The Mepas is a firm favourite of mine!

The room was not very clean, and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking the quality and variety expected from a five-star hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location inside a shopping mall, making it easy to shop.

For my first trip into Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Hotel Mepas was absolutely the BEST.
Parking was easy.
Access was easy.
Check in was easy and courteous.
Reception Desk was able to answer my questions.
The Breakfast was Top Notch!
I would definitely recommend Hotel Mepas to anyone travelling to Mostar or Sarajevo - as base to have a great experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed their assistance close to midnight on the day I checked in. Their breakfast options and restaurant for evening dining is excellent, also all facilities and rooms are situated within the top floors of a shopping centre with easy access to shops and underground parking which was very useful.

This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a lovely big bath which was a nice surprise. It is part of a shopping centre so parking is convenient and safe. The shopping centre has a great variety of stores and if you need snacks or food and drinks it has it all at very reasonable prices.
Our breakfast was included and it was amazing, lots of choice of fresh produce and meats and salads. Excellent way to start the day. Service from reception to restaurant staff are super friendly and made our short stay very enjoyable.
A short walk to local restaurants and the old town is walkable approx 20 minutes. The market is full of great traders and there are plenty of restaurants to satisfy any taste.

Easy stay for short vacation in Mostar

Big, clean modern rooms on a few floors attached to a big mall. Big variety at the breakfast area and helpful staff. Used the large fitness, pool and sauna area as well as had a massage during our stay. Good place to stay but not really walkable to walk the historic Old Bridge area. Got a taxi easily for that.

This hotel is, at best, a solid 4-star. It doesn't really scream \"5-star\" in any way. The overall look is just okay, the breakfast was below average, and there's this weird cheap smell lingering in the hallways. The only good thing about it is that the rooms are clean and spacious, and the people at the check-in desk were very friendly.

Very spacious and clean room with an excellent bed (firm and great size). Hotel amenities are really good with a spa (sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub), decent gym (heavier than expected dumbbells which is nice as they go up to 40kg) and a delicious breakfast buffet.
Only criticism I would have is that the curtain was a little small for the windows.

This is a lovely property. It’s within walking distance of Mostar Old Town and many good restaurants. The only negative for me was the stench of cigarettes evident in the lobby area. Like everywhere in Bosnia, smoking is allowed indoors and, consequently, the lobby reeks of it.

Probably the best hotel in Mostar

Room is excellent, reception staff very friendly. Parking in garage is also convenient.
Only one disadvantage is still with breakfast. There is improvement that they will give you fresh made omelette but coffee is still powder from machine. They refused to make me fresh coffee from espresso machine.

The WiFi is a bit spotty at times, but I would guess that's more of a B&H issue than Hotel Mepas.

The hotel has a very interesting location on top of a large shopping mall. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable, also a very big bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the shopping facilities! If you are staying as a tourist, we suggest taking a taxi there and back to the old city, as it’s quite far to walk and it was hot while we were there.

The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

The hotel is a 15 min away walk from the Old Town. If you visit during summer, it may be difficult to walk because of the heat (which could get up to 45 degrees) and taxis are quite busy around the souq area.

A family holiday, hotel is good but definitely not 5star and service at breakfast was horrible. Receptionist tried to make up for poor breakfast service with chocolates . The reality is that good service should be the norm. People should not have to complain about rude behavior to receive service!

Mepas is a great place to stay

Spacious room, very modern, great bathroom, clean, parking underground at no extra cost. Pool area very great and was included in room price.
Breakfast was average, a bit slow at re-stocking, a few things were out at 8am.
15 to 20 minute walk to old bridge which was easy an walk. Shopping mall on lower floors.

Good quality hotel, reasonable value for money

The hotel sits in a block above a shopping centre and car park, plus bowling alley, cinema and a couple of restaurants. The hotel itself has no restaurant, only a breakfast room. Breakfast itself is more 3-4 star than 5 star standard. Rooms very comfortable and spacious and excellent bathrooms. Only niggle with the rooms was that they had blackout curtains that weren't quite wide enough to cover the whole window, which rather reduced the blackout effect.
The pool and saunas were very nice; the gym was basic but spacious.

A nice hotel located about 10 mins walk from Old Town. Suite was lovely for a family of 4. Room was clean and tidy. Only let down was that the pool wasn’t working which was partly why we had booked the hotel. No offer of refund but a small token of apologies with pens and books for our children.

Excellent Central Location in Mostar!

As a larger family, finding accommodations can be difficult. The Hotel Mepas offered us a great central point from which to visit all of our family and to see all the city sites during our stay. The staff were very friendly and could speak both English and Croatian with us. They were very responsive, and were ready to help us at any point. The convenience of having the hotel located above a fully equipped shopping mall and grocery store were excellent! Our older children described the swimming pool and wellness area as an \"oasis\" for relaxation and very clean. The laundry service was prompt - same morning! Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Mepas!

The hotel was mostly very good but let down by a couple of annoying gripes. The room itself was lovely – a huge bath, separate shower and comfy bed. There was even some fruit and chocolate for us on arrival which was a nice touch. However the towels were small and rubbish. We aren’t clear why you would go to so much effort on the room and just have one bad small towel each in it. The other let down was the morning the next day where we genuinely had one of the worst hotel breakfasts we can remember. Everything was cold and greasy – leading us to leave most of it. Other than that if you are in Mostar it is definitely worth staying for around £90.

A real five star experience; check in, the great room, spacious pool and saunas, their terrific restaurant in the lower level mall, and what was unquestionably the best breakfast in two months of traveling Southern Europe (2-3 nights per stop) all add up to a rewarding couple of nights of well deserved luxury.
