This is a fantastic, quiet little hotel located right in the heart of Mostar's Old Town. The views were incredible and the staff was extremely helpful in answering questions about parking and things to do. Shoutout to Anel for making the check-in experience as seamless as possible! We really enjoyed it here.

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. What sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Janet welcomed us with tea and graciously offered us an early check-in at an available room. She did a wonderful job of explaining key sites to see around the town. At dinner, Damir was most attentive and made our dinner an excellent experience.

I've been travelling for over 2 months straight staying in a different hotel in a different city almost every night and this hotel was by far the best out of all. There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. Gave me tea and cookies during checkin and was very helpful. The hotel is amazing. Very good location. Very good breakfast. Very good views from the room. Very good staff. 10/10 5 stars for sure!

The grounds of the hotel are breathtaking and it is in an ideal location right next to the crooked bridge. Parking is in a nearby side street with no issues. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall we loved our stay in this really lovely hotel.

Didn’t eat anything here but the room was gross. Smelled musty, moldy. Stains and liquid spills all over the walls. Spiders, worms, bugs a plenty throughout the room. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Uncomfortable bedding. Staff was nice and area around place was nice but too dirty and smelly to stay here.

Such a nice hotel almost hidden out of sight.

Very well located in Mostar as its in the centre.

Room was great and very clean alongside having some nice traditional charm.

Staff were very helpful and will carry stuff to your door for you.

There are a few options for parking, in the street or a public car park just behind. This is about €15 a day but you need to pay in local currency. The hotel desk will happily change the money for you.

This is a lovely property in an amazing location. They had wonderful food and service. The only thing is I requested a balcony room and received a room with a terrace but the door to terrace was blocked with chairs and cushions and the terrace was not a private one. It was nonetheless a very nice experience and the amazing staff at the front of the house made it 100% worth it!

We received a warm welcome from the exceptional team at the hotel who helped us with our luggage and offered a glass of peach juice whilst Anel told us about Mostar. The hotel is tucked away and a bit quirky but it’s clean, modern and in a perfect location for the city centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Altogether a great stay - would heartily recommend!

The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. If you close the curtains it covers the heater and so the heater will only heat what is between the curtain and the window. The shower was open to the room so the water splashes out into the bathroom. Overall it is a four star hotel with better than five star staff.

We were so happy to have seen other reviews that led us to this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and over the top kind. The location is gorgeous. You walk down stairs to get to it as it is situated right by a river.

We ate a delicious traditional dinner (highly recommended) that they asked us about our interest in when we checked in as they had to start preparing an hour before our dinner reservation. We were able to sit on a patio overlooking the river and an old bridge. They had romantic string lights set up and it was such an incredible evening.

We were happy with the location as it was literally right outside the street bazaar that was fun to shop at after dinner and the next day. It is close to the famous Mostar bridge as well and in such a charming location.

The only thing we would recommend is asking for a shower mat as the shower floor was very slippery. I am not sure if they have that but it would be worth checking.

We only stayed here one night but loved our experience so much that I wanted to be sure to repay the favor and recommend this to others.

As a side note, we went in late October so we know it was less crowded in Mostar than other times of the year but we loved it.

We also recommend the restaurant Tima-Irma that is on a street near by. We ate lunch there. Their traditional meal for 2 was amazing and only 25 Euros and huge.

The staff was amazing. They gave us the warmest greeting. They provided us a little refreshment, sat down with us with a map and described the dinner options. The room was comfortable and clean. The property grounds are beautiful. It's centrally located to the bridge, bazaar and mosque. The dinner was a fun experience. We chose the veal and lamb options and the meat was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. Again the staff was so kind and warm as we left. It was truly the warmest reception I've ever experienced. If you're visiting Mostar - definitely stay here!

Everything about this hotel was great! It is conveniently located in the middle of the old town. It has a restaurant that offers absolutely delicious local specialties. And you get to enjoy a nice view of Kriva cuprija while enjoying amazing food. The room was nice, new, clean, quiet, with AC, safe, free WiFi. And the staff is absolutely amazing! They are super friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They greeted me with the warm welcome and some refreshments. They helped me with the luggage, booking a taxi to the airport, suggested places to visit in Mostar and surrounding areas. They made sure everything was ok during my stay. And they sent me off with coffee and local delights. The whole team is a great host! And I would definitely come back.

The staff were great! The friendliest most helpful staff. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of old town so very convenient. The room was modern and great AC, however the bathroom had a funny smell at times. Although there was a lot of noise outside on the Friday evening there was minimal noise inside the room. Overall a great stay for a trip to Mostar, would highly recommend!

Bosnia is still recovering from the war. To get to the hotel from Kotor, Montenegro was a long tiresome, winding road of multiple villages that were bombed. Once you are in Mostar, you still see some of the Remnants of the war.

The hotel is located in a great location by the Old Bridge and Convenient to restaurants, café and in bedded within the bizarre shopping area. It is walkable to the Hamen Museum as well. The river is located very close. We would have loved to taken the river water raft boat ride but didn’t have the time. The views of the village and mountainous vast terrain are magnificent. Safety as females was a concern and you have to watch for pick pocketing.

The hotel staff from the beginning are extremely welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was convenient and had a good selection of food. The staff is extremely welcoming which really made the hotel seem like 5 stars. The house keeping of the towels weren’t up to par. We had several dirty towels. As time progresses with more tourist, Mostar could be become more a tourist destination for the international travelers.

Hotel is not equipped with good air conditioning system. During the heat wave AC units were not working. My family had horrible time during our stay because rooms on the attic were super hot. Staff was helpful but amenities were outdated.Rooms on the attic were not comfortable due to slanting roof.

This hotel did not disappoint - the location is fabulous - steps away from the bazaar that surrounds the Old Bridge and the little Crooked Bridge is literally in the courtyard of the hotel. We had a car and parked on the street above the hotel, there isn’t a dedicated hotel lot but they told us they have an arrangement with the parking authorities so if we were ticketed to just bring them the ticket and they’d take care of it (we didn't get a ticket). As soon as we walked in the front desk hostess was so welcoming and friendly - sent a bell hop to get our bags and provided a refreshing juice welcome drink. They also offered to make us dinner reservations for their restaurant that evening which we took them up on - the set menu of the meats cooked “under the bell” was amazing and a wonderful relaxing long dinner (don’t go in rushed!). Our room was a double with two twins for our boys, very clean and modern. Walking to the Old Bridge takes about 3 minutes, 5 if it’s crowded and I would say the hotel restaurant is unrivalled in the area for quality and ambiance (other restaurants have a view of the Old Bridge but the food is meh). You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

This hotel is right in the middle of Mostar, very easy access straight onto the bazar and numerous eating options. Just a couple of minutes away from the bridge. Our room was large & spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, we had a couple of night perfect sleep after lots of walking. We had a great terrace which we were able to enjoy as well.The staff were lovely and very welcoming.
Only things that were a little annoying were the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards, we had their speciality meal on our last night and had to go and find an ATM to pay for it, and there is no parking on site, you can park on the road if you can find a space or you have to pay 24km a day for it and walk with your bags to the hotel. Staff are happy to assist but it not quite what is advertised. Despite this a great hotel right in the centre of everything.

The Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija is something really unusual. Remember that Mostar is a crush, more crushed than canned sardines, pretty awful really. But in the middle of this world of squeeze, there is this jewel of a hotel. The hotel is perched in the best roost downtown, right by the bridge. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and proactive. Our room was splendid and pragmatically designed albeit that the monster TV was difficult to figure out, but it could be that we are seniors. Fast wifi, yes. Top tier bathroom, yes. The dinner was in a cosy dining room and the food was enjoyable; we really struggle with heavy, meaty Balkan food so “enjoyable” is an accolade. The hotel? Absolute top spot!

The property is in a great location in old town. However, unless you get a top floor room, I would not recommend it. They put me in a room that's in the hallway and I could hear everyone coming and going starting at 6am. The hot water also went out because someone blew an electrical fuse. I get that it is out of the hotel's control, but you could have slip a piece of paper under the door to inform me so I don't jump in a cold shower. The staff is friendly, but I will not stay here again.

Incredible hotel and super kind staff. When you first get to the hotel, you can see it sits right above a channel where river is flowing. The hotel itself is actually a part of the old part of Mostar, and there are incredibly charming restaurants and bars sitting around the hotel, perched up on different levels, connected by bridges. It's hard to describe how beautiful this area is. The staff immediately welcomed us in and took care of our bags. They offered us some refreshments and a snack in the restaurant while they got our paperwork ready and sat with us and told us about the hotel and restaurant options. They escorted us to our room and made sure everything was as we needed. Really can't express how great this hotel was!

I've been to 54 countries and to great of cute places, but Mostar is incredible. Definitely staying here again next time I'm back!

Area to improves: wifi signal was very weak in my room. (They have two networks to connect, the main one which works when near the room balcony ) and another one named “ext 2” which was not functional at all. Staff at this hotel were fantastic, really warm and friendly and made the stay worthwhile. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, only downside was the WiFi signal was pretty weak in that part of the hotel but not a huge problem for us. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice.
The location of the hotel was central to the main part of the old town and only a short walk from the old bridge, the free parking that is advertised is street parking if you are lucky to grab one, otherwise the paid car park is only 2min walk and was easy to access, hotel staff were brilliant in changing euros to marks to use in the machine.

The Number One Quality of this Hotel that will bring us back is the FANTASTIC Staff!! Everyone here was super nice and accommodating. They were all GREAT Ambassadors for not only the hotel but for Bosnia-Hercegovina as well. This was our first trip to this region and we also visited Dubrovnik, Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Zagreb as well. We had rented a car and drove across Bosnia-Hercegovina and found the country to be extremely beautiful with outstanding food and also very accommodating. This hotel was in a very relaxing and serene setting surrounded by a very swift river that made this location almost dream-like. It is right next to the shopping Bazaar and there are many restaurants all around, but we chose to keep coming back to the restaurant at the hotel as it was the BEST! If there was a downside, it would be the walk to and from parking with several steps and a walking bridge across the river but again the hotel staff helped us back and forth with all of our luggage and even if they hadn't, a stay here was worth it. I would like to thank them all for a very enjoyable time for myself, my wife and our daughter.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Bosnia/Herzegovina. This country was originally super off my radar…that is, until we stayed here. I had emailed them asking if its possible to “check in late” because we had a blue cave tour in Split that would run late and it would take hours to drive over. They emailed right back and had no issue staying to wait for us. When we arrived, parking was a tad tricky because we didn’t know where to park and they sent one of their guys out to get the luggage for us all the way from down the street!!…if thats not 5 star service, I don’t know what is. They actually have parking inside a lot right next to the “bridge area” which is super safe and monitored. Check in was easy and fast~we were given a complimentary drink and dessert. The staff were wonderful and friendly~one of the main reasons why I fell in love with the country.

Rooms are a tad older, but reasonable. Theres a quirkiness to the decor. However, shower water did spray out and flood the bathroom a bit because the design doesn’t include a back wall~but not a big deal.

The hotel itself is located within 3 minutes walking distance of the big bridge (the main sight) and they are right next to the smaller bridge. You can dine on their patio and listen to the sounds of the waterfall.

I recommend this place. Would not hesitate to return in the future~

This is a very charming hotel. The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect. There is a lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast, and dinner which is surrounded by fig trees and a quiet stream. It’s a short walk to the bridge and the bazaar is just out the door. The hotel rooms were nice and the Air conditioning felt amazing after a hot day in Mostar.

One of them accompanied me back into the streets, showed us where to park, and carried our luggage back to the hotel. Once in the hotel, they sat with us, provided complimentary juice and yogurt, and told us all about the hotel and surroundings. We were lucky and got a pretty big suite with a private balcony. The building is old, so the shower, hot water heater, etc., are a little old style, but the atmosphere is magical.

Marvelous in Mostar

What a lovely hotel, in a fantastic location! The main door is on the main street in Mostar, convenient to restaurants, shopping, the Old Bridge, and more! And the restaurant looks out over a beautiful river, with waterfalls, so it's heaven to sit here with a cocktail, or dinner. The room was clean, lovely, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff here are the friendliest people. They made me and my partner feel so welcome and looked after. They greeted us with a fruit drink and chia yogurt and They even helped me print a bus ticket

Must stay in mostar in the center of old town near the bridge and a great craft beer bar just up the step.

What makes this property 4 stars is definitely just the service. The staff are attentive and friendly and go above and beyond for you.

But the rooms and hotel itself are not 4 stars at all. The rooms are extremely old and outdated. There’s nothing fancy or modern about them at all. They’re just plain rooms. And then the spiders and cobwebs outside the room confirms just how dated the hotel is.

Overall a decent stay but I definitely wouldn’t call it 4 star hotel

Really is in the heart of the old town - literally walking distance. The rooms were nice large mostly clean. The walls onthe bathroom however were not. They defin needed cleaning. The staff were all very helpful, and they gave us refreshing drinks on arrival - always a great touch. It was very hot indeed touching 40 degrees. The AC unit wasnt the most powerful but just about did the job. Overall - a very pleasant stay.

My two daughters and I were travelling together to Mostar for our first time and we’re booked for 3 nights.

The facilities
The door lock on the room the girls had was badly in need of maintenance and was difficult to lock and unlock. The shower fixtures were very cheap and broken so only the handheld wand worked. There was black mould in the shower base. The air conditioner was too small for the room. The rooms were otherwise adequate.

The restaurant
The manager would not give us a menu, instead he insisted that he could make us a special plate of fish, veal, and lamb. This was not a very good and was expensive at €70. All we really wanted was salad, cevapcici and chips. We never went back to the restaurant.

The location
The hotel is in a lovely old building and is in the heart of Mostar - a fabulous location. However right outside the hotel there was a live band playing until 1am, and then it’s another hour for the partygoers to disseminate. We did not sleep well here.

The service
Our stay at the hotel was so unpleasant that we decided to check out after 2 nights, not 3. The manager told us he would gladly issue a refund for the 3rd night, but Expedia will not. I contacted Expedia, and the customer service was great. They said the hotel refused to issue a refund for the night we checked out early.

We left anyways because we simply could not take another sleepless night.

Families should not stay here. Partygoers: avoid the restaurant.

Amazing hotel but very noisy

Great staff (amazing welcome), nice room, excellent food… would be a 10/10 if not for the noise. It was impossible to sleep before midnight, which is very annoying with a baby. The other negative is that we were charged for the baby bed separately although we book a room for two adults and a child (and there was no other bed)

Great service excellent value super location! Make sure when booking through Expedia that when they say breakfast is included You get confirmation from Expedia! The service was impeccable, every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect to explore the old town and the setting for the hotel is beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food (slow roasted lamb and vegetables) was absolutely delicious. Overall, we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Mostar.
