prompter Abfertigungsservice für Störenfriede
Vom check in, über das Essen am Abend, über das Frühstück- welches wirklich hervorragend angerichtet und qualitativ sehr gut war, kam ich mir als Gast wie ein Störenfried vor. Der Service am Abend war zwar sehr nett und brachte auch feines Essen, jedoch vermissten wir durchweg eine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft eines Gastgebers. Alles war wie automatisiert und die Bedürfnisse des Gastes - ich bin mit meinem Tinnitus sehr geräuschempfindlich, wurde belächelt und nicht wirklich berücksichtigt. Die für uns gewohnte Herzlichkeit auf einen zahlenden Gast einzugehen haben wir diesmal sehr vermisst. Es bleibt noch sehr viel Luft nach oben, dass wir uns wohl und willkommen in diesem Haus fühlen würden. Da gibt es in Burg andere Unterkünfte, welche diese Gastfreundschaft bereits voll und ganz beherrschen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Serviceund Ambiente hervorragend. Leider hatten wir einen kleinen Mangel im Zimmer; undichtes Fenster ohne Vorhang bzw. Rollo, es zog herein und in unserem Fall hat uns der Vollmond im Bett krass beschienen.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal hier. Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, sehr gutes Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant. Auch unser Wunsch eines ruhigen Zimmers in den oberen Etagen konnte voll erfüllt werden. Allerdings muss zur wärmeren Jahreszeit unbedingt ein Mückengitter angebracht werden, da das Hotel direkt am Wasser liegt.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer zu spartanisch eingerichtet und vor allen die Beleuchtung ist im ganzen Haus äußerst schlecht. Die Betten und das Frühstück sind sehr gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Soweit war alles ok, obwohl ich von einem 4*Hotel in Deutschland mehr erwartet habe. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr eng, 2 Nächte für insgesamt 260€. Leider hatte der Teppichboden unansehnliche Flecke und das separate WC roch immer unangenehm nach Urin. Leider keine Klimaanlage, Aussenjalousie defekt, Insektenschutz am Fenster hat zur Freude aller Mücken einen riesiger Spalt.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und das Abendessen hat geschmeckt, obwohl wir darauf über eine Stunde warten mussten. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
