This hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station. It has an attractive lobby, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the room was acceptable although a little dated. However i was annoyed at all the extra charges such as storing the bicycles and using the sauna. These should not be added charges in my opinion.

Booked this hotel as a stop off as we were visiting near by Lubbenau and onto Berlin. Picked it as we have stayed with Radisson Blu before in other places and had good experience. Sadly RB Cottbus doesn't meet the expected standard. Rooms were dated, almost to the point of having retro charm...but not quite. Notable room features include plastic flowers, on the table and wall mounted. Arrived to a poor reception, given room keys but offered no welcome or info about breakfast or parking. Had been allocated two double beds for five people and hotel tried to charge us for extra bed, I refused to pay. No kettle in room, just a (noisy) Nesspresso machine. We took two rooms, each room had different bits in. We had teabags and hot chocolate, other room didn't. But they had bathroom stuff we didn't. Bathrooms modern but could have been cleaner.Pricing structure unclear, we thought we had booked room with complimentary mini bar and snacks but everything seemed billable. Nothing to clarify what was paid for and unhelpful staff charged us 3.50 for some milk for the room for coffees. Breakfast rubbish, limited selection and poor quality, bread wasn't too fresh. Had to confirm age of child and sign something at breakfast, odd as it was included. Terrible stay, cannot recommend RB Cottbus or even find much nice to say about it. Dated, poor service and odd policies. Someone call the Hotel Inspector. Wont be returning.

The hotel is in front of the Central Train Station and 10 minutes slow walk from the old Town Center. The room was great, and the layout of the furniture really good for a work environment. The hotel has the facilities one needs and all of them are accessible convenient times. All in all the hotel offered an ultimate environment for business and relaxation at the same time, close to Poland and Berlin (just 1.3 hours by RE train to Alexander Platz Hbf).

After a long drive from Holland, I arrived at the hotel at 8pm and was told the restaurant was closed and there was no where to eat except a few kms into town. Also, the car park is charged extra and seem pricey at 12 euros for just overnight. Nice hotel but they could have been a little more helpful.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Es nutzt die Tatsache aus, dass es in Cottbus kaum Alternativen gibt, leistet aber sehr wenig. Es ist sicherlich das letzte Mal für uns, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, obwohl die Lage sehr gut ist.
Ausschlaggebend diesmal: zerfledderte Handtücher (eklig), Hausschuhe und Bademantel nur auf Aufforderung.
Beschwerden werden ziemlich gleichgültig aufgenommen.

Als Erstes kommen wir mal zu dem einzigen positivem in diesem runtergekommen Hotel und zwar war das, das Frühstück und vielleicht auch noch die Lage ! Das Frühstück war lecker ,frisch und reichhaltig . Jetzt zu den negativen Anmerkungen dieses Hotels.Man braucht nicht immer mega viel Luxus aber die Sauberkeit spielt eine wichtige Rolle und das fehlte im Doppelzimmer auch im Bad mangelte es an Sauberkeit, zerfetzte Handtücher und Schimmel in den Ecken rundete das Gesamtbild ab. Leider entspricht das nicht einem 4.Sterne Hotel ! Von\" sich wohlfühlen \" ist man hier ganz ganz weit entfernt !
Bei der Ankunft wurde uns auch gleich mitgeteilt ,dass der Poolbereich geschlossen sei....dieses Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung .Wir werden hier nicht mehr einchecken und können es absolut nicht empfehlen .

Auf der Hoempage werden die Zimmer mit Wasserkocher angepriesen, davon ist in Wirklichkeit nichts zu sehen. Ist schade, wenn man sich darauf eingerichtet hat.

Die Lage ist zentral, das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Bus und Bahn sind vor der Haustür, Frühstück sehr gut und schmackhaft, die Ausstattung ist recht gut, Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig.

Wir mussten spontan für zwei Nächte nach Cottbus reisen und haben uns aufgrund der Lage für das Radisson Blu Hotel entschieden. Die Zimmer und das Hotel im Allgemeinen sind sauber und im guten Zustand. Leider ist die Einrichtung sehr \"altbacken\" und optisch noch in den 90er Jahren stehen geblieben (auch wenn man sieht, das hier und da Dinge erneuert wurden, wie die Teppiche etc.). Leider war unser Zimmer extrem dunkel, da nur kleine Tischlampen und keine große Deckenlampe angebracht war. Außerdem war das Mobiliar auch extrem dunkel, was alles ein wenig erdrückend erscheinen ließ.
Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt nett, höflich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten außerdem das Frühstück dazu gebucht. Auch hier ist man bei der Auswahl in den 90er Jahren stehen geblieben. Wir hätten uns gern mehr (oder überhaupt) Auswahl an veganen Aufstrichen etc. gewünscht. (Der der vegane Möhrenkuchen war aber extrem lecker!). Für Nicht-Veganer war die Auswahl jedoch sehr gut und alles wurde stets aufgefüllt und sah großartig aus. Man hat gesehen, dass sich das Personal hier sehr viel Mühe gibt.
Auf der Homepage vom Radisson Blu wird u. a. mit kostenlosem Kaffee geworben. Diesen konnten wir jedoch nirgends finden (lediglich Tee und Wasser).
Ein Minuspunkt ist das Parkhaus, was stolze 15€ pro Nacht kostet. Das Parkhaus ist für heutige Verhältnisse aber die reinste Katastrophe, da man kaum mit dem (etwas breiteren) Auto durch kommt.

Ein super Hotel mit grossen, sauberen Zimmern, wir finden nicht, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist (bis vielleicht auf den Teppichboden/Mobiliar, was aber absolut nicht stört). Die Mitarbeitenden extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkhaus direkt beim Hotel, zentral gelegen, sauberer und schöner Poolbereich, wir kommen sicher wieder! Frühstück hatten wir nicht, dafür haben wir den Snackautomaten nachts sehr geschätzt :-)!

Das Hotel liegt Fußläufig zur Innenstadt,2 min zum Bahnhof.Bus und Tram 3 min. Das Zimmer war Ruhig.Die Matratze war leider zu weich.Über das Frühstück kann ich nix sagen habe es nicht gebucht.

Vårt rum var ej bäddat när vi kom, fick säga till att det behövde göras innan vi kom tillbaka efter vår middag, vi saknade även handdukar på rummet och fick säga till 2 gånger om det men fick hämta dessa själva i receptionen, inte någon bra service enligt oss, missnöjd 😖

En god seng, godt Wifi, køleskab, skrivebord og badeværelse med badekar. Hotellet havde et godt pool og sauna område på 9. etage med fed udsigt. Stort udvalg morgenbuffet. Aftensmaden var std. cafemad, som jeg oplevee. servicemindet personale. Lidt ældre/brugt hotel. Men alt fungerede som det skulle og her var rent og pænt.

Das Hotel ist ideal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Was man ihm allerdings anmerkt: Die Einrichtung, zumindest in meinem Zimmer, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Gewohnter Radisson Komfort mit Abstrichen…
Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Gewohnter Radisson Standard mit einigen Abstrichen, auch in höherer Zimmerkategorie: Bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt bleibt benutztes Geschirr im Zimmer stehen und auch im Flur. Ebenso werden die nassen Bodentücher im Bad, wo der Duschvorhang nicht ganz abschließt, nicht gewechselt. Vogeldreck auf dem Balkon. 50€ zusätzlich für Late Check Out und dann trotzdem noch mehrmals an der Rezeption darum bitten, dass die Schlüsselkarte freigeschaltet wird. Das ausgeschriebene Kingsize Bett besteht aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, die auseinanderrutschen, was nicht jedem Paar gefällt. Die Mängelliste könnte fortgeführt werden. Das an sich komfortable Hotel könnte optimiert werden.

Gutes Hotel mit leichten Schwächen
Ich hatte für drei Nächte ein Zimmer in der Business-Etage. Prinzipiell ein gutes Hotel, die Zimmer haben sogar ein Balkon auf dieser Etage. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen stellen muss deutlich Instandhaltung betrieben werden. So sind die Balkon recht dreckig, der Stuhl auf dem Balkon löst sich langsam auf. Auch im Bad gibt es dreckige Stellen auf den Fliesen an der Dusche, der Duschvorhang ist halt nicht optimal. Das Frühstück ist prima, auch der Cappucino schmeckt sehr gut! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich.
