The facility was very clean and offered a very nice breakfast that was included in the overnight stay. The pool was very nice and resort overall was clean. I would have to recommend they keep up with the bedrooms as the paint was chipping and perhaps needed some updating as well as maintenance. Book ahead for a massage because the therapists aren’t always there and they canceled on me last minute otherwise highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This hotel was near the beach and pet friendly. They gave us the best treatment and my dogs were treated like kings. The food was amazing and the staff was professional and welcoming. Oro Verde Manta Hotel was amazing the 12 days we stayed there. The personnel from inception to the day we left were professional, courteous, kind, helpful and ALWAYS with a smile! The hotel inside and the grounds are beautiful, secure, clean and well kept. Mall del Pacifico, Manta is adjacent to the hotel, with a plethora of fantastic shops and restuarants! We plan to go back Oro Verde Hotel Manta every three months...

The hotel is on the beach, and the room I stayed in had a great view of the pool and the Pacific Ocean. It is centrally located, with a mall across the road. The front desk staff is friendly. and helpful. They also gave me an upgrade to a nice, fancy room! Great breakfast.

Yuber at the bar was terrific! Everybody there gave us good service but he was truly great! The property overall is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful! Our only issue was the smell close to the gym area. We believe it was ammonia since in the heat and humidity it smelled like cat pee. Otherwise the property is wonderful.

A 5 star resort in the middle of a city. Beautiful views with pristine service. On site restaurant was amazing. The food is authentic to ecuadors coastal region. Room were excellent will all the amenities 5 star resort would provide. If you are looking for a place to stay in Manta, this is it.

Interaction with a certain staff member was not ideal, although management did attempt to improve the situation. I appreciate they responded to my Expedia review of checkin and offered solutions. The location and hotel it self is great and relaxing.

We stayed at another property in Manta for 3 months. We were so stressed out that we needed a break. So I booked 3 nights at the Oro Verde just to relax & enjoy quiet luxury. Best decision Ive made in Manta. Great service. Great food though I do wish they had a bigger variety on the menu. Quiet. Safe. Welcoming. If I could afford to live there full time I would move in tomorrow. Highly recommend!

The customer services was amazing and alexander accommodated me 4 x times in changinging my room nothing wrong with the rooms i had a king oceanfront and then someone needed to stay with me the bartender barom was amazing with making his coconut mojitas andvthe alexander what can i say 10,* for the staff

Nice new hotel

Amazing views of beach, big pool area but a lot of kids using it if you prefer quieter time. Good breakfast, WiFi ok but a little slow. Only downside was the corridors outside the bedrooms have windows with no glass (it’s a feature they’re not missing) so the noise from the street could be noisy.
