El hotel ya no tiene salida al mar. Anteriormente, el hotel tenía vista al mar. Ahora les construyeron un edificio en frente.
Nosotros fuimos con un bebé, y la verdad es que ni las instalaciones ni el personal fueron amables ni adecuadas con nuestras necesidades ni con mi bebé.

I stayed a weekend in this 5 star hotel and my experience was amazing. From the minute you arrive the staff will make you feel like a VIP guest. At the front desk Melanie Moreira did everything for us to have an absolutely awesome stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. There are lots of places to walk to nearby to get food, the area is safe and near the Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murciélago. The pool is so spacious and safe for kids in the shallow area, sunsets by the pool are stunning and it’s a must to get they specialty cocktails at the pool bay. I will definitely come back to 5 star hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your excellent customer service and for making my family vacation so special!

Lack of proper communication about the breakfast cost. It was a buffet and the cost is very high 25 usd for what they serve and specially if you as me only wants to have a small breakfast. The hostess told me i was able to order a coffee and one bread and was surprised when I had to pay the buffet! Moreover, my room was super noisy and wasn't able to sleep at night. I did not receive any vip benefits which I was entitled to.

I asked for the free drinks that I was offered and had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me that they had no ice. I was tired of waiting and hot. I was waiting outside and it was pretty hot. We were 4 people and they only gave us one key so we had to be together all the time otherwise in the room we had no electricity.

Not a typical Wyndham. They did not honour our VIP status. Reception staff not friendly. The room was nice but you cannot sleep at all on weekends due to the street parties that apparently happen every Friday and Saturday. We were here on a Saturday and the extremely loud music started around 10pm and continued until 5:30am. We were on the 7th floor and felt like our room was in a nightclub. The hotel must let guests know this. It is completely unacceptable to except people to pay good money for that experience. The restaurant was decent for breakfast considering it’s included but selection was minimal.

The Executive Suite we rented was very nice, came with a jacuzzi tub which stopped working properly on the second day of our 2 day trip. But the room was great, no problem there. What I disliked was that I have asked the hotel 2 days prior to our arrival, to accommodate us with some flowers because of a birthday why we went there for the first place, and they said they could not! I did not ask it for free, but the fact that they could not arrange that in 2 days kind of blew my mind. That was very disappointing, but I have found a way in about 10 minutes to get some flowers from somewhere else for a loved one. Fortunately we checked in with the only receptionist who speaks English in the hotel, she was great. But a lot of things went wrong from sagging sofa, broken ironing board, not working refrigerator to not being able to provide me with a pen in the whole hotel! If I want to sum it up, our stay was about a 3 out of 5. For the price we paid there are better ones there.

Front desk service here truly is terrible. People there do not seem to be happy about they they do. They’re doing a job and that’s about it. No smiles. No welcoming. Also, be aware that it can be very loud. While the location is great, there’s no access to the beach and it’s right in between a party hotel and a very loud mall…loud meaning loud music until 5:00 AM. I would advise bringing good earplugs (I use the wax ones).

L estadia fue muy buena, nos gusto las instalaciones como siempre de los Wyndham, la comida, la atencion.

Lo unico malo fue el ruido de algunas personas que se parquean y prenden la radio del vehiculo super alto.

Recomendacion: Actualicen los equipos del GYM, son antiguos y algunos estan rotos

The hotel was not prepared for the holiday rush. I had to wait 4 1/2 hours to check into a room. Then inside the room the A/C did not work, the small room fridge did not work, the curtains had holes in it. The only positive that I have is for the breakfast, it was good and the service from the restaurant where excellent. Personally I don’t think I would ever stay there again.

Jacuzzi did not work and was not fixed even we reported it. Air conditioning was not working property.
No wash cloth for shower, no tissue box in the room.
There was a coffee maker but coffee and cream in the packets were old ... powder turned to be solid.
It is not maintained in North American standard.

I liked the ocean view.
I didn’t like the reception personnel upon arrival . We arrived at night , around midnight and the receptionist received us without any simpathy at all , It seemed he was mad we arrived late.
The next day during breakfast our waitress Yustin was very nice and joyful .
We had to request an extra hour for checkout, fortunately the angry receptionist was not on his shift that day and our request was accepted very friendly by the receptionist.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel.
The hotel was empty and they they pretended that they don’t have any openings for upgrades since I am a gold Expedia member as if everything was fully booked.

The description of the room is different than the one written on Expedia and when I asked about this they replied by saying that it is Expedia’s fault because it was translated from Spanish to English and the translation does not match the original description in Spanish.

Check in was 3pm, but my room was not available. Wait for 1 hour and then my room was ready, but not clean. If you can not sleep with outside noise (party at the hotel, pool place), this is not your hotel, it has not noise cancellation windows. The bathroom is not clean, the food is not like a great hotel.

If you are planning to be in Manta out of the bustling and traffic this is the place. On the downside it has no beach but the room views are nice. Friendly staff. Near the best restaurants in town. Not far from Mall del Pacifico, it is a place to stay.

We were on a special trip to pick up our daughter who had been living in Ecuador for the past 18 months. We were visiting people in nearby Portoviejo but chose to stay here. This hotel was very lovely. Staff greeted us by name when we arrived and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and offered the best nights sleep of our whole trip. We stayed two nights. We did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool or even the nearby ocean. The breakfast was superb and included with the room rate. The ceviche was delicious. They also had a wonderful assortment of fruit, yogurt, juice, bacon, eggs cooked to order, cheese and breads. I am sure I am missing some things. The hotel itself was beautiful both inside and out. We would highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel but a bit isolated

This hotel is brand new in the city and located in an area that is being developed in Manta. it will take a few years to get there. For the time being it's good enough for business meetings and events because it doesn't have access to the beach. You will need transportation to get to the hotel, either your own car our taxis which are cheap in Manta.

The rooms were very comfortable but the restaurant was shockingly expensive and the plate size was tiny.
We were contacted at the airport on our departure to be told that we owed them more money that they had forgotten to charge us for!! They wanted us to leave our check-in queue to go outside and give the bellboy cash!!
I received a bill on checkout, although it was not a full breakdown, it did have two prices which i assumed was the lunch and dinner that we had eaten there. Very poor service and left us with a sour taste.

Mala experiencia la habitación que me asignaron estaba al lado del bar de la piscina con un parlante con música alta todo el día no había como abrir las cortinas porque toda la gente estaba en tu ventana pedí cambio de habitación y tuve que pagar 236 dólares adicionales en esta habitación solo había una cama y nos tocó dormir con mi esposa y dos niños en la misma cama pese a que ofrecieron poner una cama adicional y nunca lo hicieron realmente mal servicio decepcionado de mi estadía en Manta

La atención no fue buena, pedíamos toallas para la piscina y se demoraron más de 30 min. Era de noche y soplaba mucho viento. Tuvimos que irnos a la habitación mojados porque nunca llegaron las toallas. Para salir del parqueadero teníamos que pitar y bajarnos del auto para buscar alguien que nos abra. Mala atención
