Staff were very helpful & room cleaned, beds & towels changed regularly. Room itself was shabby & poorly equipped. The area was very noisy, especially weekends

Gross! Stay away!

Stay away. We had a two night reservation and left after the first night. Very much a spring break, hostel apartment situation. While it’s close to night life… it’s not clean and it’s loud. the pictures are better than in person… they didn’t even advertise a picture of the shower and there’s a reason. Save your money and spend a little more to go somewhere else.

Excellent location right in the centre of Hersonissos minutes from on the beach and shops and Restaurants we had a lovely sea view room worth paying the extra for . The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned every day . The property it’s self could do with a bit of updating

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, rooms cleaned and clean towels everyday. Right on beachfront,close to beach, restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed my stay here. Good size rooms

Great location

This is a very rundown place, but was very good for the price. There were holes and stuff on seats, sheets and curtains, but nothing serious. This was probably a really nice place in the 70s. This was close to the bus stop, tons of restos and bars, a super market. It was great. My only issue was that they left the bathroom window open when I arrived at night and mosquitoes bit me like crazy that night. The AC also dropped water and housekeeping never came.

breathtaking view and amazing location!

located in the most convenient spot right on the beach, along a strip of amazing shops and bars and restaurants! all you need is within walking distance. the receptionist we had was an amazing man! super friendly and was absolutely fine with the late check in. only thing is that we weren't given fresh linen but other than that everything was amazing!!

Best location , very nice stuff, bad cleening

The rooms are not clean, but sheets and towels ok. In my bath there was a sewage smell . The pools are not clean (a sand in the pool floor) .The hotel neens reinovation. The facilities are ok. The room kitchen very comftable, the staff is very nice and helpfall.

If you like being woken by drunken teens!

Not the place to recommend for families. Woken in the small hours with drunken behaviour, room parties and banging doors. Staff appeared genuinely embarrassed by the whole situation. Teens / 20 somethings all drinking, smoking and eating in the very small pools, which was intimidating for my girls. We had to go elsewhere every day to enjoy our holiday. I don't think I need to say anymore than this.

Splendid Room with a View

This hotel was exceptional! My room was cleaned daily and that was great. My room was big and fitted my entire family comfortably. The air-con was working properly and very satisfactorily. The entire hotel staff were very very helpful with directions to any where we wanted to go including finding the nearest hairdresser! Most of the staff spoke English. The hotel has many many swimming pools if we didnt want to go to the beach which was a simple stroll down the lane. My room had a small kitchenette which made it sooo easy to have a quick breakfast if need be. Overall I / we really enjoyed the stay at kassavetis studio apartments & Hotel. It is central to everything in Hersonissos, Crete, Greece

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel, aber Preis-Leistung ist umschlagbar! Natürlich nicht das sauberste, das Bad ist schon gewöhnugsbedürftig, aber es ist 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und zum übernachten/arbeiten reicht es vollkommen aus!

Täglich Stromausfälle, einmal Zimmer gewechselt, trotzdem kein Meerblick wie bezahlt. Hotel mitten auf der "Partymeile", Lärm bis 6.00 Uhr morgens. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Excellent apartment for our needs

Kassavetis is located is the real center of hersonissos. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. we stayed in this aparthotel 3 weeks. we chose it for its excellent value for money. the apartment was on the ground floor with independent entrance, equipped with fridge and electric oven and sink. cleaning is on request as often as needed. the staff paid attention to all our needs even the courtesy to print the return plane tickets. what can i add, on my next vacation in hersonissos i will definitely stay here again. thanks kassavetis

Klimaanlage funktionierte und Kühlschrank war sauber.

:-( die Ausstattung der Küche war schauderhaft. Total unvollständiges Zubehör, kein Trinkglas, kein Suppenteller, wie hätte ich Suppe essen sollen? aus kleinen Kaffeetassen? Topf auf Nachfrage....alles schmuddelig, nicht mal Geschirrtuch oder Spülmittel, die Arbeitsplatten hatten Benutzungsspuren von Vornutzern, es war alles nicht so appetitlich
die Couch war total schmutzig, nur nicht draufsetzen.
Alle Geschäfte in der Anlage waren verlassen und leergeräumt, sah irgendwie nach Lost Place aus...

La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi ,tutte molto piccole e non libere .l'albergo affaccia alla via pedonale frequentata di notte da molti giovani,impossibile dormire .le pulizie eseguite giornalmente con cambi lenzuola e asciugamani. Non idoneo x famiglie .

You get what you pay for

The location is central, and by virtue of being on the side street it's not too loud. The wifi is acceptable. The room is just fine. However, the air conditioner's remote control was not working, handing it to the reception desk did not result in any improvement. The temperature therefore could not be adjusted, so one had to use workarounds, such as freezing the room early to last all night. The shower is small, surrounded by a sad plastic curtain which does not prevent water splashing out and literally covering half the bathroom's floor. Could use an improvement/renovation. Finally, for inexplicable reasons, all hotels in the world that ask for a security deposit, they usually say it in advance and put the security deposit on the credit card as a hold until the visitor leaves. This hotel asked for €30 in cash as security deposit, without warning! Asking ppl to go to the ATM to check in? Unacceptable.

Complex is verouderd de kamers waren redelijk schoon. Kamers met zeezicht hebben ontzettend last van de muziek van de disco gaat tot 6 uur s'morgens door.

mit Freunden in Ordnung

Zimmer war sehr groß für 2 Personen. Für einen Urlaub mit Freunden ausreichend, Zimmer ist etwas heruntergekommen. Unsere Tür hat sich sehr schlecht schließen lassen und insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Wer jung ist und einen billigen Urlaub möchte, ist hier richtig, darf aber auch nicht viel erwarten. Top sind die drei Pools und die Lage zum Strand (ca 1-2 min)
Ein Vormittag hatte man kein fließend Wasser, die Rezeption war allerdings sehr bemüht das Problem schnell zu lösen.

l’établissement est très bruyant, on a été réveillé quasi toutes les nuits ( 4h du matin ), pas de micro ondes , quasi rien pour cuisiner ( repas basique), douche très petite avec le rideau collé au corps pendant la douche, la porte de la salle de bain ne peut s'ouvrir qu'à moitié et l'eau de la douche remonte par le siphon central de la pièce ce qui mouille tout le sol qui se salit vite

Alugamos com base nas fotos do hotel, porém fomos hospedados em um anexo 500 m distante da área principal aonde fica a piscina e a recepção. O prédio parecia abandonado. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar.

Parfait!!

Deuxième fois que nous allons a Chersonissos après une mauvais expérience a l'hôtel Artemis (l'année dernière ) cette année nous avons choissi le Kassavetis malgré tous les avis négatif et franchement rien à dire!! Un studio très propre spacieux avec une magnifique vu sur la mer.. le ménage été fait tous les jours et le personnel de l'hôtel est au top! C'est l'hôtel parfait, tout est à proximite!

* formule excellente pour 8 nuitées, emplacement central à proximité du bord de mer, arrêt de bus juste à la sortie de l'apparthotel; piscines, petit déjeuner économique en option;
* studio spacieux et correctement aménagé, avec la clim; cependant, la vaisselle doit être renouvelée et accrue, et les rideaux du balcon lavés voire remplacés;
* la connexion wifi est parfois longuement interrompue;
* MAIS LE PRIX EST IMBATTABLE!

Loistava sijainti!

Erittäin keskeinen sijainti. Ranta, bussipysäkki ja iso supermarketti aivan hotellin vieressä. Kiva uima-allasalue. Allasbaarissa ei kuitenkaan ollut koko lomamme aikana ainuttakaan työntekijää. Biljardipöytä ei ole enää käytössä. Wi-fi toimi hyvin.

Hotel zona centrale comodo per tutto ma se cerchi di dormire trovi il posto sbagliato... fino alle 7 del mattino ce musica ma sopratutto se ti va di sfiga come a me ti trovi dei vicini di camera maleducati quindi oltre al chiasso fuori lo trovi anche all'interno dell' hotel.. consigliato più a ragazzini che fanno baldoria..

Nergånget fd lyxhotell

Vi skulle övernatta en natt i Hersonissos och ville bo centralt och inte betala för mycket. Tyckte hotellet såg hyfsat ut men hotellet är mycket slitet och nergånget. Väldigt enkla rum som inte var så fräscha. Många ungdomar som bor på hotellet och tyvärr inte bryr sig.
Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående.
En natt var ok men hade inte stannat där fler nätter.

booked vacation in other hotel..but.hotel was not availble..came via Expedia in Kassavetis hotel..and i enjoyed it..everything was pefect..location..staff...room..people i can only recommend this hotel
