The staff were very friendly and really helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent,with a huge amount of choice. The beds were really comfortable, and the seaview rooms were a treat with the gorgeous sunrises.

I'd happily stay again, but this was not a 5 star hotel.

Excellent stay

Lovely hotel. Spotless, calm and very.comfortable. First rate service from all the staff. Can get a little noisy in the sea front rooms due to late night revellers so if you are used to silence in the early hours bring ear plugs! Despite this I wiyld highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was really good! Falling asleep at the sound of the waves was amazing. Despite facing the sea and the street where everyone walks through I could not hear any extreme noise. The sunrise from my balcony was absolutely amazing. The breakfast had plenty of option, really good. The restaurant was really good, by the sea with super tasty food and enormous portions, specially the starters. A very big thank you to the reception and housekeeping staff for the amazing job.

A good boutique sea side hotel. Breakfast was decent nd rooms well furnished and maintained . Beach area was poor however and not up to standard with beach furniture ir beach cleanliness, ended up swimming in areas used by the hotels neighbouring it as the shoreline was cleaner and better maintained.

To start the photos on here don't do the hotel justice. Walking in the hotel is very large and elegant with welcoming staff. It was always clean throughout our stay. The rooms were very nice not large but big enough for us. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with many many options. The hotel is right on the main path of shops and restaurants and right across the street from a nice beach that offers chairs and nice lounging area. My wofe and I booked a massage each at the spa and it was incredibly relaxing and worth the money. All in all the stay was great. If there were any concerns we had is that the hotel is in a very central area and it came with the negative of some of the clubs being a bit loud with people leaving late as other reviews also mentioned (our room was right near the walking path). With the fan on it blocks out the noise and we had a restful sleep. Super close to bars restaurants clubs and places to book excursions out at sea.

Lovely boutique hotel and centrally located.

Good food and exceptional service from the hotel staff. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity.

Complimentary drinks served (glass of Prosecco) while being checked in. Also had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, bowl of fruits and sweets in our rooms on day of arrival.

George the manager went above and beyond for us on our last day when we had a very late inbound flight.

Dislikes- there was no socket in bathroom to plug hairdryer/electric toothbrush/shaver. Also, it was a bit noisy sometimes at night. We stayed in a sea view room, and the noise disrupted our sleep one night only. However family members staying in another sea view room said they hardly hear any noise and had no sleep disruptions.

They stay at this hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing and the manager, however the pool is very small and hardly any sun. We had to pay for the sun chair desk on the beach which was very tiny and not arranged properly for five stars hotel. You can find better options near by for better same price.Beach lounges should have been free.
They have the best a la carte restaurant.

Amazing hotel. Very modern and clean. Staff were amazing and could not do enough during our stay. Special mention to Emilia/Emily. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was really good too. Great location for bars and restaurants.

We stayed for 8 days , One of the best hotels we've been! Amazing location, just beside the beach and the restaurants , close to al of the parties. The staff was incredible and helpful! Olga - one of the workers was so kind and treated us like it was our HOME. If we had some problem she fix it so fast!
All the staff were always available with every request and always with smile. The manager of the hotel always welcomed the guests even when we had to stay longer because of the late flight she did her best to help us and take care until we had to leave the hotel.
wetravel a lot, we've been in Greece several times, and we have to say thank u to all of the VASIA staff for an amazing trip, I really recommend people to come and enjoy and relax like we did.
It's a hotel who fits perfectly to couple who want a a mix of silence in the hotel and enjoy herssonisos outside.

Generally a nice stay

The hotel is newly renovated but the workmanship is not the best. In general the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The seafront room is worth the few dollars more, you get amazing sunrise I’m direct view but the street below can be a bit noisy from youngsters partying till wee hours in the morning. The beach is not the nicest but the water is nice and clear. The hotel has some beach beds but it’s always full so we recommende to go just next door to the beach cafe, great service food and drinks on the beach. In general, I would not rate the hotel as 5 stars, it’s more like a 3 star hotel but maybe in comparison to the other hotels in Hersonisos it’s 5 stars.

Wunderbares Hotel, modernisiert, Klimaanlage, Aufzug, schönes Design, gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen, täglich Auffüllen der Minibar (Wasser),freundliches Personal, Grüße an Stavros :).
Abends etwas laut weil unweit der Partymeile gelegen, aber das läßt sich aushalten. Mega schön, ist Zimmer 402 weil größes Zimmer mit größter Terrasse und sagenhaftem Meerblick.
Insgesamt klare Empfehlung mit Wiederholungspotential.

The property is spotless and perfectly located right in front of the sea, offering a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel also features a spa and a gym for guests. What really stood out was the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Cet hôtel boutique a tout pour plaire d’abord l’emplacement au milieu d’une zone piétonne très animée et devant la plage
Tout a été impeccable le personnel très accueillant et serviable le restaurant à la carte du soir était parfait av un personnel hors norme très gentil
Un point d’honneur pour le directeur M.NICOS de l’établissement adorable toujours bienveillant et demandant à chacun si tout va bien

Le séjour a été parfait. À l’accueil ils sont hyper gentils, serviables. Ils sont Vraiment à notre écoute. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner . Pas assez de fruits variés . Chambre propre avec vue sur mer et petite terrasse pour sécher le linge.
On a fait un soin au spa trop bien.

Positiv: Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und von guter Qualität.
Ok: Platzangebot im Frühstücksbereich könnte bei voller Belegung schwierig werden. Trifft auch auf den kleinen Bereich am Pool zu. Fitness Studio wurde fast nicht benutzt. (?)
Negativ: Hotel liegt an einer kleinen Strasse, welche von Fahrzeugen und Fußgängern genutzt wird. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind in dieser Richtung ausgerichtet, weshalb bis spät Außengeräusche im Zimmer zu hören sind. Ebenso dringt das Meeresrauschen durch. Da verfügbar hab ich ein Zimmer im Innenhof gewählt. Allgemein sind Geräusche der anderen Gäste zu hören. \"Adults only\" ist hier hilfreich, wenn junge Gäste da sind wird es garantiert lauter. Im neuen Zimmer waren ab ca. 05:30h Tätigkeiten zur Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück zu vernehmen.
Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist eher ein Gag und wurde kaum genutzt. Der Fußweg zu einem kleinen Strand rechts vom Hotel ist in 5 min zu erreichen, zum besseren links davon dauert es ca. 15 min.

kein auffüllen von Hygieneartikel; Avocado braun und wenn man fragt ist das personal beleidigt und fühlt sich angegriffen, generell wird bestellte speise (frühstück) von tag zu tag schlechter bzw. weniger; man wird nicht begrüßt wenn man ins Hotel zurückkommt; Badehandtücher wurden erst nach Tag 6(von 7) ausgetauscht obwohl es heißt alle 2 Tage; man muss einfach sehr viel selber nachfragen und wird dann auch noch blöd angeschaut wenn man das Personal auf diese Dinge anspricht..

Es ist recht laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Meer hat aber der Ausblick ist natürlich super. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal lieber ein Zimmer zum Innenhof nehmen
Ansonsten war das Hotel super, Frühstück sehr lecker und das Personal super nett. Sauberkeit war super.

Et fantastisk og rent hotell med suveren service

Et supert hotell som har fokus på renhold og god service. Rommet var rent, moderne og av god standard. Det var et lite kjøleskap til drikkevarer og det ble satt 2 flasker vann på rommet hver dag. Det var litt støy utenfra som hørtes via ventilasjonen på badet. Men når vi lukket baderomsdøren, så var det stille på rommet.
Hotellet har et lite basseng man kan kjøle seg ned på og noen solsenger, selv om disse fort blir tatt. Selv brukte vi det ikke, da vi liker å bade i havet.
Frokosten er av veldig god standard og med et godt utvalg. Her finner alle noe man liker. Det blir servert alle slags kaffe og te, samt nypresset appelsinjuice, alt etter ønske. Servitørene kommer og serverer drikken.
George \"the vice\" som er manager og George \"the handsome\" (som vi kalte dem), var helt suverene. De tok så godt være på oss og hjalp oss med masse reisetips og brukte tid på å forklare oss og markere steder på kartet vi kunne besøke når vi leide bil. De ansatte hadde virkelig fokus på service og det var en sånn glede å bo her.
Hotellet bistår med å bestille taxi, opplevelser og leiebil. Leiebil blir gjort klart utenfor hotellet og det kan ordnes reise fra hotellet til opplevelsene hvis det ønskes.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einzigartig und der Weg zum Strand genial. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft . Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Nachts konnte man jedoch kein Fenster öffnen, da die laute Musik bis in die Morgenstunden andauerte. Der stets aufgefüllte Kühlschrank erfreute uns sehr.

Positiv: Die Lage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Die Zimmer sind klein und minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber generell ok & sauber. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls klein und bieten wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Aber mit ein wenig Kreativität lässt sich das gut bewerkstelligen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück konnten wir in einem kleinen Hof, in dem sich auch der kleine Pool befindet, einnehmen.
Die Auswahl ist umfangreich und schmackhaft. Nach ein paar Tagen gab es zusätzlich immer eine landestypische Auswahl an Spezialitäten.
Der Pool ist zu vernachlässigen, da das Meer direkt vor der Tür liegt.

Negativ: Der nächtliche Lärm. Zwischen Balkon und Meer liegt eine Promenade sowie diverse Restaurants, Cafés und Clubs. Da der Ort gerade bei jungen Feierwütigen sehr beliebt ist, wechseln diese in der Nacht die Locations und nutzen dafür die Promenade. Dabei wird laut gelacht, gegrölt, gekreischt oder geschrieen - insbesondere in der Zeit zwischen 3 und 6 Uhr. An Schlaf mit geöffneter Balkontür ist leider nicht zu denken. Mit geschlossener Tür & Klimaanlage jedoch machbar.
Wer einen umfangreich ausgestatteten Fitnessraum erwartet - Fehlanzeige! Es gibt im Keller einen winzigen Raum, in den ein Laufband, ein Fahrrad und ein Multifunktions-Turm hineingequetscht wurden. Zum Trainieren hat dieser nicht eingeladen - leider.
