Great place to stay and dine. We came late and were still able to get a delicious meal in their restaurant with a glass of wine we were all happy we arrived and felt welcomed. In the morning there were breakfast choices (self-serve) which was great! Nice area to sit outside as well. Room was good too.

We were practically alone at the hotell. No service at late hours. A room for four persons with gear for two. We had to grab toilet paper from the reception.

Room and bathroom ok, watch out for water on the floor from shower. Felt the hotel was uncared for. Ashtrays not emptied from one day to the next. Courtyard needed sweeping and cushions brushed and tidying. Glasses outside left on tables overnight. Breakfast good and guy on duty helpful.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this excellent hotel, very easy to find in a small village about 10 kms from Montauban. The room we were given was actually a small apartment with a compact kitchen containing everything you could possibly need; the room was spacious, lots of storage, even a table and chairs to eat at. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient and provided a delicious dinner. The staff were helpful and courteous and although there was a discrepancy with our bill, they sorted it out with no fuss.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, pour une nuit avant le 1er mai. Nous avons pris la chambre « appartement ».
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient sales : abeilles mortes par terre, lavabo avec des taches et des traces. En montant au deuxième étage, la rampe était pleine de poussière.
Nous n’avons eu que deux serviettes pour 4 personnes, ce qui est loin d’être hygiénique… Étant arrivés après 18h (la veille d’un férié), nous n’avons pu solliciter personne sur ces problématiques.
La chambre aurait pu être vérifiée avant notre arrivée, pour éviter ces déceptions.

Bel établissement bien tenu, malgré tout les chaises défraîchies dans la chambre( skaï usé et dessous de l'assise pendouillant) ne donne pas une belle image. Le prix est donc élevé(83€) comparé à d'autres 3* dans la région, le menu à 26€ n'est pas à la hauteur non plus, dommage.

Quelle déception ! Pas digne d'un 3 étoiles !
Dès l'arrivée dans la salle de bains, une odeur d'urine s'est faite sentir : il y en avait dans la cuvette des wcs ! J'en ai parlé à la gérante qui m'a indiqué qu'elle connaissait le problème, et qu'elle était en procès avec le plombier car les les toilettes communiquaient avec celles de l'appartement d'à côté. Je veux bien qu'ils aient un souci, mais en gros ils connaissent le problème mais décident tout de même de louer l'appartement ! Vraiment peu de respect pour le client sur ce point...
Autres points noirs :
- le canapé était très fatigué car on s'enfonçait dedans dans un bruit épouvantable
- des cheveux étaient présents sur le carrelage de la douche
- de nombreuses traces de savon sur la robinetterie de la douche
- les wc sont à à peine 10 cm de la douche et séparés par un simple rideau de douche
- des traces de salissures sur la table en verre du living
- lorsque j'ai voulu me faire un thé, les sachets sous la tasse étaient collés et on voyait des traces de café séchées !
- la vaisselle est entassée n'importe comment dans un bac posé à même le sol à côté de la kitchenette
- l'ampoule d'une applique était grillée
- le matelas était à la limite de l’inconfort car trop mou
- le matin, au moment de régler, j'ai dû attendre pas moins de 5 minutes avant de voir une personne arriver à l'accueil
Bref, une grande déception pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles et qui a un gros problème de propreté ! Bien évidemment, je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds...

En general la estancia estuvo bien, aunque la habitación no era comoda pra dos personas. El desayuno era muy flojo para el precio que tenía, y la limpieza regular.
