The stay was a one nighter on the way north from Spain. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is tired and scruffy and in need of a refurb but for the money it was good value.

Due to delayed flight I checked-in at 01.00 hours. I was relieved that the receptionist waited up for me. She was also friendly and helpful despite probably not being happy about staying up late. Downside of hotel was lack of privacy due to being overlooked by nearby property.

Basic hotel bit very clean, in a good state of decoration. Wifi was very good in my room. Everything worked well. Very friendly staff. Secure electric gated parking cars and motorcycles. So secure I couldn’t initially get out! The parking area is around the back of the hotel as there is no parking on the front road. The optional breakfast is the usual French offering, but very tasty. Breakfast needs to be collected and taken the the room due to Covid restrictions.
I like the hotel. It may not look much from the outside but it is perfectly good for a stay of a day or 2. It’s about 700m from the town centre so an easy walk.

Nothing special, but considering the location and the price it's just fine. Friendly staff, big rooms and clean. Definitely feels more like a dormatory than a hotel so not for those that are super particular. But those types probably wouldn't be in Cerberes.

Like a budget Ibis in standard, comfortable, and an easy overnight stay. There was no evening meal on the premises on the Saturday evening of our stay. However, there was ample choice within walking distance. Helpful reception staff. Good buffet breakfast. Bike storage overnight in a vacant conference room. Poor surroundings, but easy to access. Within walking distance of the historic town centre.

En route from Rochefort to Nimes. Obviously school tour time and hotel had several school tours who were noisy,knocking on doors including ours!However they did settle down at 1pm. We were not awfully impressed with the part of Montauban we saw but finally found an excellent restaurant Cave o' Delices or something like that. The food was great!

La première c’est que j’étais coté boulevard et les passages des voitures sont répercutés dans la chambre , peut être les fenêtres devraient être plus épaisses pour laisser passer moins de sons.
La deuxième j’ai malencontreusement tombé un récipient qui était plein de grains de raisins , la chambre n’étant pas équipé d’une balayette et d’une pelle pour ramasser , j’ai pensé que la femme de ménage a son passage le ferai , à mon retour j’ai constaté que les grains que je n’avais pût ramasser était toujours au sol .
À part c’est 2 choses c’était correct .

La personne a l'accueil vendredi en fin de journée a vraiment été agréable et souriante. Il a su, grâce à son sens de l'humour, rendre l'accueil et les formalités d'arrivée beaucoup plus agréable. Cela fait plaisir et rend le séjour (fatiguant a cause de la chaleur) beaucoup plus sympathique....
Merci aussi a la gentillesse de la personne présente lors des petit-déjeuner. Elle etait souriante et aimable....

De passage pour le festival des lanternes, nous avions réservé cet hôtel en famille pour une nuit. Les chambres sont très sommaires mais très propres.
Problème de canalisation, (toilette bouché)l agent de l accueil m a presque réprimandée de ne pas l avoir signalé plus tôt. Le sens du service et de l accueil n est pas au rendez vous dans cet établissement.

J'avais besoin d'un hôtel à Montauban pour 1 nuit et il était bien placé, pas très cher.

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée , restaurant de l'hotel fermé et aucune information de la part de réceptionniste pour trouver un restaurant ouvert un lundi de Pâques. De plus nous avons du faire nous-même l'un des lits. Petit déjeuner basique et peu copieux (un croissant et un bout de pain par personne)
