***NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!!!***

It has not been enjoyable and my daughter calls it “the hotel with the horrible singers” (karaoke singing) until 1030pm or later. When that’s done, you can hear the people at the bar until sometimes 12am. It took 5 nights for us to be moved. I can’t understand when I’m checking in and have my 6 year old daughter, and I am put in a room directly in front of the karaoke bar, how can’t you foresee me complaining? I couldn’t be ANY closer. All staff shrugged and stated nothing that we can do. It is a very small property.

Bay Gardens Hotel is quite a dated hotel however some refurbishments were taking place to the dining area just prior to me leaving. I found the meals (lunch and dinner) good with breakfast being my least favourite as could be quite hit and miss on some days.
My room was a standard king size room with a balcony which was an adequate sized room and modern which was cleaned thoroughly each day. I used the gym most days which is small however has all the necessary equipment for a decent work out.
There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach and sister hotels which is a great plus about this hotel stay.
Another plus is the hotel provides water filling stations which provide filtered water.
The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel is located in an ideal spot near to shops and a mall and local bars which I felt safe going to as a lone female traveller.
St Lucia hotels can be extremely expensive but I found this to be good value for money and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel was very tidy and well kept. The housekeeping ladies were super friendly and cleaned our room every day! Pool was exceptional all beach chairs were new. Shuttle service to the beach was the best service for drop off and pick up. We would go back!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the rooms and common areas were not properly maintained and it made the experience very uncomfortable. A hotel should prioritize hygiene, and unfortunately that was clearly lacking here.

The breakfast was also very poor. The food options were limited and did not taste fresh at all. It was definitely not what you would expect when staying at a hotel.

The only positive part of the experience was the morning tea, which was actually quite good. Other than that, the overall stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and food quality.

Loved the hotel and the shuttle to the other properties. Happy hours were fun. Our room was near ice machine and kitchen so a bit loud, but would stay there again for sure. Staff were fantastic. Pools were great.

We had an amazing stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We arrived six hours before check-in and were still accommodated. The team stored our luggage, allowed us to use the facilities, and even shuttled us to the Bay Gardens Resort to enjoy the amenities there as well.

Breakfast was excellent with great options and a different menu each day. The care shown when our 4-year-old had a minor injury was truly appreciated, the staff were attentive, compassionate, and followed up immediately on our return.

A wonderful, stress-free stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend.

We made 2 bookings. The first room (312) was really noisy, because of the highway next to it. The mosquitos just came through the front door because there were big gaps. Tv only channel was CNN, bath could not be filled. It's an old room, that was clear. We could hear our neighbours conversation word by word. Would not recommend this room.
The second room was a \"Standard King\" room (111), that room was really nice, no noise, modern TV (smart), nice terrace. We had a really pleasant stay here. I would recommend this room.
All the personel were very friendly, the food was good, the pools were clean.

The staff was good, its just the need for urgency wasnt there, took forever to sit you for breakfast and longer to bring water...
The main issue is the hotel is Lacking entertainment BIG TIME, and the bar, and restaurant closes to early. I came on vacation to have a good time not to go to bed at 10pm
.. Entertainment, Entertainment, Entertainment....NEEDED... Also when you guys have karaoke, please advertise to let people know.. Rooms are clean, staff, is nice but need to move quicker....more urgency!!

Went to celebrate the new year with my best friend but things did not work out the way we expected. I was given wrong information about the new year's dinner to no fault of mine and I felt punished because of wrong informaiton. I was not allowed to have my own buffet which I was informed was part of the package. Although management was apologetic she could have done better to make this day a memorable one after all it was just dinner but they made a big deal that I am not allowed buffet which in fact was quite humilating. It was extremely disappointing to be honest. The only reason Im giving two stars is because there was a wonderful supervisor who did try to put a smile on our faces. She was exceptional. I am still upset by this experience and will not recommend Bay Gardens to any of my friends.

My only real disappointment was the lack of evening entertainment at the Bay Gardens locations. Surely there could be some sort of entertainment eg karaoke nights, steel pan music etc etc on various nights.

The breakfast variety was as standard as other comparable complimentary styles but the quality could take a slight lift a long with dinner. Meals being my major concern .

So I decided to give this place a try for a night. Over-rated at best! There's better rooms out there in that category.
The room chosen was a Croton Standard King. Didn't know what to expect or what that would look like. First of all, it is a very long walk away from the lobby/parking etc. Also if one is placed in a room with a number in the 300s, you'd think there's an elevator for those not able to go up and down the stairs. When asked about that, I was told to upgrade to get a lower level room or I should have stated in my booking. So no one was able to accommodate us.
The room itself was not the best. Too small for a big old low king bed with two old with twin sinking mattresses. The quality of the bed sheets are just as terrible. No microwave, not a even a chair or a desk. Give me a break. Cheap tiles throughout and a vanity made of low grade material. The mirror over the vanity is way too low; a tall person have to bend to use it.
I also spotted lots of ants. Thsy may have been coming from the hibiscus flowers placed on the bed and in the bathroom.
The easterly view is the highway and tall ugly unkept vegetation. The breakfast was ok. But the stay overall left a great deal to be desired.

We had an amazing time at BGH. Great location, comfortable room, great selections from the buffet breakfast to the complimentary shuttle service to the resort. Special thanks to the General Manager, Ms. Gustave for arranging the lovely decor on the bed and the champagne for our birthday celebrations. We had a very relaxed stay and the staff were helpful and attentive, especially Lashawn. The only thing I did not like was that the pool was closed for our entire stay. We only had small pockets of time when we were not busy, so taking the free shuttle to the resort was impractical as it ran once an hour. Everything else was good quality for the price we paid. Thanks again to all the staff.

Great experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options. My only complaint was that the shower was a \"freeze or boil\" type situation. It was hard to get the temperature just right. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast station with an omelet bar.
