This is a hub for local gangsters who shut the restaurant down for one man to have lunch, while bodyguards roam the lobby and the parking lot and they on the sidewalk. The employees are all terrified, and it just makes for not a great atmosphere.

All in all the hotel was very good. Yes it's a short drive to the mall or train station but if you want to go outside for a cup of coffee or to dine there aren't any options.

Everyone is really friendly and welcoming to travelers. This is a super cool city where most people get around using bikes. It's got tons of great food and entertainment options and is extremely safe for those coming from outside Serbia. Highly recommend! Also, if you are booking with expedia, make sure you have the hotel contact expedia to confirm payment. We were charged initially because that info never made it to the hotel. Other than that both expedia and Sheraton NS made this an easy place to visit and stay. Oh and the spa was AMAZING!!!!

I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. I most highly recommend the Sheraton Novi Sad.

It was great. Breakfast was good. Should have better coffee options. I was in suite and giant bathtub with no bubbles to put in which ducks. Had to fix my self the drain to kerp the water in a tub. Other then that it was great place.

Novi Sad is a small town with a beautiful old town on both sides of the river. This Sheraton is about half hour on foot from the old town. Staff is nice and helpful and professional. Good value for the money.

Staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed at the facility. Dinner is great!!. I highly recommend the roasted pork,,it was my favorite. Unfortunately can’t remember the name of the gay who suggested me every day what to choose for dinner. He was great !!!.
All areas within this hotel are kept well maintained and cleaned. Definitely will comeback some day.

The only thing I dislike is when you say the SPA working time is from 9am till 10pm, that should mean client can go and use SPA from 9am, not 10am while everything is ready inside of the object. I would prefere more that you say SPA is working from 10am till 10pm so I can manage my time.

We couldn’t even see our room - we were “kindly” sent back! Our reservation was planned for Saturday, but we had a car accident, so I immediately called the hotel reception to inform them and kindly asked them if it would be possible to change the date to the other day when we were expected to reach the town. The lady on the phone checked very precisely in the system while I was waiting on the phone patiently although it was extra charged as an international phone call (really expensive as I can see now). The receptionist assured me that everything was fine and she would immediately change the reservation for Sunday. I was really grateful! We arrived absolutely exhausted on the next evening around 8 pm after having driven by car almost 1200km from Greece. The two gentlemen at the reception told us that the promised change was no longer valid (manager’s decision) and we have to be newly charged once again in order to stay. We had already paid about 120€! We left the hotel and decided to drive another 1000km, sleeping in the car! Never again Novi Sad, never again SHERATON!

Perfect Hotel !

I am pleasantly surprised with level of service, cleanliness and comfort this hotel has. I stayed at Sheraton Hotels all over North America and I haven't experienced such amazing service like I did in Novi Sad. Staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to ensure our stay with them was relaxing and trouble free. From comfortable beds, soft linen and good quality toiletries this hotel definitely kept our interest to come back and stay there again.

We spent our first wedding night at Sheraton Novi Sad. I shown up in my wedding dress.

Even though there were no surprise gifts from hotel 😂 we enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was bit pricey though and no free WiFi morning after.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them However the Temperature in the rooms were set at 22 degrees C and it was not possible to lower it and hence the nights were not very pleasant

This hotel is beautiful!! The rooms feel like a very expensive 5 star and also clean + comfortable. The bed was massive.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is not exactly central, but Novi Sad isn't huge, so it is still good. The check-in process was fast, and we were assisted with our luggage to the room.
The hotel is rather new and really well-maintained. It features a nice, subtle fragrance throughout the entire property. Our room was spacious and featured modern decor. The furniture was in great shape, especially the bed. Housekeeping did a good job on a daily basis (the bathroom was spotless).
We were absolutely satisfied with the Internet connection - stable and fast throughout the hotel premises.
Compared to other Sheraton hotels worldwide, this hotel has a breakfast selection a bit below average. The buffet service runs until 10:30 am, but the variety of choices is time-related. If you arrive before 9 am, you will find a decent selection, but it seems that they don't replenish many items later on. Coffee from the automatic machine is included in the price. A proper espesso can be ordered, but at additional cost, which I feel should be rethought by the management as the breakfast is already a bit overpriced for the value.
The hotel features a modern and clean fitness centre open 24/7. We also visited the spa - it was spectacular. Bottom line: With its courteous staff, standardised service, cleanliness and amenities, this hotel is definitely above average for Novi Sad. If only the breakfast buffet were improved a bit, I believe this hotel would have just a perfect value for money.

The beds are soft!

I travel in Europe every summer and struggle with how hard the beds are in virtually every country I go to. Hard mattresses cause me back pain which wakes me up consistently throughout the night. The Sheraton Novi Sad has western style mattresses which are extremely comfortable. I’ve never slept so well in my life! I will always stay here on future trips to Novi Sad! Great hotel!

This hotel was really in top-condition. Everything worked perfectly well - and the breakfast buffet was really excellent. I travel a lot around the globe, and stay mostly in 4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel was better than most of the other hotels I have ever stayed in. In addition, the staff gave a very personalized, friendly and professional service. There was a nice bar and restaurant. I will recommend the hotel to anybody who goes to Novi Sad.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Novi Sad. From the check in, which was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and still smelled new, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were especially friendly and helpful.
In general, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, no matter what was asked of them. I definitely recommend this hotel.
