The staff was friendly but our room was disgusting. Sheets had long black hair and dirt. Pillow case was also dirty. Looked like somone slept in it and they disnt change the sheets. The floors were swept/vacuumed because they too had hair and dirt all over. Will not return. Now its a matter of getting a refund.

Horribly hard beds but it wouldn’t have mattered because I was sleeping with all the noise above me. Tried to call to complain no one would answer the phone had to get dressed T 10:30 at night to go to front desk to ask if she could please have them quiet down. She said she would call. I don’t m is if she did but it did not help the noise. Got up at 11:30 and left having to drive all the way home extremely tired.

The room was not cleaned, debris all over the floor, the sheets were stained, pillows and linen had a lot of hairs, no cooking utensils were found even though the reservation said it had it included, wifi was not working until third day of stay. No room cleaning was received when it said it was supposed to be twice a week. I requested clean linen to change it myself, it was refused.

My room was VERY CLEAN!!!! The bathroom was the highlight of it all, the area where this hotel is is very quite…..but….the only thing which is not so nice is that this is a pet friendly place……and it looks like the people in the room next to mine left two dogs into the room when they were outside and….oh….expect for ling night dog barkings next to your room…..I had to ask the reception to move me to another room which they did that quick and I was happy for their quick response, there is a huge refrigerator and large microwave in the room too, the rest was ok to me, once again those rooms are so clean

Inside, the whole facility was dirty. not cleaned once in our 4 day stay. The room smelled terrible, like if they had mopped with dirty water, I had to go buy a mop and supplies to clean it myself. I was not able to remove the stench, like if it was already penetrated into the room.

When I checked in, they machine to make room keys was down. I was walked to my room but never brought a key. I had to go to my car to grab my phone charger and ended up getting locked out because the girl working the front desk would not answer the phone. All night. I called another location and was told \"she must have fell asleep.\" Okay? What am I supposed to do about that! So I slept in my car. Still had to drive to work the next morning 45 minutes away on NO sleep because it was a terrible night. I was told I was getting a refund and they STILL had the audacity to charge my card!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel is old, towels are slightly bigger than the floor mat. Amenities almost none existent. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were small and provided no support. Hotel requires a photocopy of drivers license and credit card and would not return or destroy either. WHY, huge personal identity issue. Hotel felt less like a hotel and more like a long stay boarding house. As I understand the hotel is either owned or operated by Choice hotels. I won't make the mistake of staying at one of there hotels again. I recommend checking with the hotel before using hotels.com.

We were checked in to room 112 and we got all of our stuff in and then realized that the window locks were broken and we were on the ground floor and someone could literally just open from the outside and climb in done went to customer service and they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us and we said that was unacceptable so they moved us to room 111 across the hall only to find out that the door to the room wouldn’t latch or stay closed and someone could just push the door and walk right in so we got the front desk again and they had maintenance look at the door but couldn’t fix it so they moved us back to room 112 and rigged the window, we had nowhere else to go and had already paid for the room and wouldn’t stay there again, they said they would refund us for the room but still haven’t seen that yet either

This property is basically a motel 6 with a kitchenette. First, they charge $100 night refundable fee for \"incidentals\" but don't have any. Next, floor was dirty, small pile of dirt in corner by door, hair on bathroom floor as well as hair in tub & sink. Bathroom vent looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I'm alergic to dust and heating/cooling unit was covered with dust on outside as well as the filter. I cleaned the unit which helped a lot! Front of Microwave was covered with finger smudges and vent hadn't been cleaned in?? There are no dishes, silverware or cookware, but you can purchase a kitchen kit if you plan on staying awhile or you can bring your own. We didn't feel this was a good value for the price and probably won't stay here again.

New construction looked great online, nice area. Walked in to register for our King room and was blinded by the full on LED lighting. Small coffee maker in the corner of the lobby. Got the room key, hit the room, and got overwhelmed by a smell that was a combo of wet paint and cat urine (not cat urine, BUT SMELLED LIKE). Assuming they had just painted, window was open and A/C cranked down - thus the off-gassing horrible smelling VOCs - headaches for me and the wife within 10 minutes. Bed was a full maybe?, NOT a queen and NOT a king. No tissues, 1/2 roll of TP, 1/2oz bottle of shampoo. Full on LED can lighting seared our retinas. Back to the front desk, told Heather the room was uninhabitable, requested a room change. \"No other rooms available, oh well.\" WOULD NOT refund the 7-night reservation. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this property... THANK YOU Expedia for refunding all but ~$60 within 60 minutes. Expedia CSRs were FAST to resolve and FANTASTIC.

I stayed for one week. Worse hotel I've ever stayed in.The hallway of the property leading to my room stunk. It smelled of possible animal urine and from time to time it smelled of cigarettes. The floors exiting the elavators were dirty and sticky. The elavotor was dirty. People lived at this property full time. Pets are allowed.

I don't know how the employees don't smell the funk (a strong musty smell) and they don't mop the floors on a regular basis. I think the employees ignore the mess.

The inside of my room was okay. It was clean, but after seeing the outside, I took it upon myself to clean it and disinfect it.

I do not recommend.

This hotel was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The room was dirty, the lady at the front desk was not overly friendly and didn’t seem to know much. When we pulled into the parking lot, we alerted her to a man sneaking people in the side door and she did nothing. There was vomit and trash in the parking lot that had not been cleaned up the whole time we were there, I would advise anyone to bypass this hotel and stay elsewhere.

THIS PLACE GAVE ME THE ICK! If you’re female and traveling solo, I’m probably writing this for you.
I literally did the check in process, got to my room, and walked out. I gave my keys back and left. I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund or anything because I had absolutely no valid complaint. I just felt a weird energy and my brain screamed…girl, leave, NOW.

I initially booked it because it was affordable and close to I-25 with lots of dining options and proximity to things to do.
But immediately I walked to the door, the frames looked dirty. Then during check-in I got more and more uncomfortable. I’ve never been to a hotel that had so many check-in rules and a multiple booklet rules. I don’t know it just felt weird.
The staff I interacted with was fine. Nothing bad happened. The room looked fine. This was just a matter of following my guts. Maybe I watch too many documentaries.

My other room had hairs all over the bed and there was blood on the wall. This was the worst property i ever attempted to stay at. They also refused to refund my money. Property has no iron board and hair dryer in room…only available upon request. We had to wait almost 24 hrs before we finally had a hair dryer in our room. The sink and tub were plugged. Informed the from desk, but received no service. One of the bed spread was flirty with blond hairs. Requested beddings to be changed, front desk just ignored our request.

Noisy! The walls are paper thin. In the lobby we were greeted by the front desk clerk, while a groupbof teenage boys in the lobby were loud and used profane language. After a 6 hr drive to the hotel all I wanted was sleep. The rooms on all sides remained noisy til 10:30. Beds were lovely. The room was clean. The service was good. Overall it was just loud!

It was a little out of the way for the reason I went to Colorado for, but I found that I really liked WoodSprings and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and had a kitchenette (which I only used the refrigerator). The ONLY negative issue was that I think \"Big Foot' was staying on the floor above me. Bang, bang, bang! But that was to be expected.

I never leave a review but this place definitely deserves one. I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly not worth what I paid. The girl at the front desk gave me 0 information. Going into my room the floor was super sticky and I wet a towel and that sucker was black by the time I wiped down the floor. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain efficiently so you had to use it in intervals or it would fill up quickly. I stayed here for the kitchen to come to find out they didn't have any kitchen utensils and told me they didn't have any but I could buy a set they had in the back. Two teenagers broke out into a fight in the hallway that was a first. The next night the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and the lady at the front desk had a new born and failed to provide any of us with information on why it went off.

Terrible stay, you can spend 20 extra dollars to not stay at a place like this. If this was a $50 dollar a night place I would get it but it was around $250 a night. I'd rather be lathered in black tar than stay at this place again. Do better

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. There were cops in the lobby or the parking lot every night investigating a call of some sort. The halways smelled really bad, and they tried to cover it up with Glade Plug-Ins but it didn't help. Then, after I was cleaning up my room, I noticed dried boogers all over the wall next to the bed. I will not stay at this location ever again.

A Royal Mix-up

I recently stayed at Woodspring Suites, where I booked a room with a king-sized bed through Expedia. Or so I thought.
Upon arrival, I was surprised to find a queen-sized bed staring back at me. Inquiring about the discrepancy, the front desk assured me that I had \"requested a handicap queen room.\" I laughed, but it was not a joke... The justification? A \"walk-in shower.\" (Upon inspection, the shower and tub were utterly ordinary.)
There were no king beds available, so I dropped the issue and decided to enjoy my handicap queen.

The Good:
Amusing front desk interactions, ordinary shower and tub masquerading as handicap-friendly,
a healthy dose of confusion to keep things interesting, plenty of tape over the batteries in the tv remote for secure functionality.

The Not-So-Good:
Room mix-up, misrepresentation of amenities, sorely missed king-sized bed. Oh, and we received a scolding from the front desk for our too-loud love-making, but it was a 11pm on a Saturday night so what the hell else were we supposed to do!?
