I extended my stay another 2 days and they insisted that I leave another deposit when there was already a deposit for the room.

my room was not cleaned well at all. Tons of hair in the shower and in the microwave and fridge. The two rooms next room me had at least 5 kids and two adults and it was very very noisy. The blankets didn't appear to be very clean. When I spoke t0 the front desk they didn't appear ti be surprised about it.

this place is a two step downgrade from motel6… Lots of dodgy looking people hanging around… they rent out semi-long term snare not really a motel… they made me sign about 20 declarations in various wordings, that I wasn’t going to wreck the place and then took $100 deposit which they will supposedly refund at some unspecified time. But the price was low.

The first room I was in smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and I moved to a different room the next day which was much better. The stovetop in each room did not work. The complex was full of sketchy people. Not a place I would recommend, you get what you pay for.

Had trouble with the tv the front desk told me to call direct tv?? Never got room service. Room wasnt clean when we got there. Crack heads every where. Including staff.

The personnel at the desk were very nice. However, the condition of the hotel and rooms did not come close to matching. I had to sign and initial a 2-page document and give a deposit that exceeded the cost of my stay. The location is one where I didn't feel real safe and I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you had no other choice.

when we got to the room it was in the far back of the building near dumpsters that were unusually close to the building and there were people digging in the dumpster pulling out clothes and other objects. we asked to switch rooms the front desk said we can't because of booking with a third party (Expedia.com). I tried to cancel the reservation however it would not let me because the check in time had passed. I booked the room around 7pm and check in that day was 11am. not knowing that would be and issue had we ran into problems. the room was dusty, the floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time it smelled of various body fluids, the shower was very nasty. we had to keep that room because of Expedia.com 140.00 I'm out because we had to stay somewhere and ended up getting a different room at the same place and it was more money per night. I'm disappointed, appalled, and would like to get a refund of some sorts.

First i had a room with hair in the bed, floors and tables were covered in sode and what looked like cigarette ash to get changed to a new room that at least the bed sheets were clean i had to clean side tabled and bathroom sinks and doors myself. There was what appeared to be dried juice or pop on the floor which i cleaned and mopped up myself. I also had to wipe black filth from by the door handles to and from bathroom. By the kitchenette area was food and grease which we had to clean. I realize i could have gone somewhere else but after a 16 hour drive and my family desprite to stretch out and relax cleaning was the easiest option. We were there 3 days the maid service doesnt bring you fresh towels or empty your trash. We had to take towels down only to be told i give you what you bring me by a lady whom obviously wasnt trained in customer servise. Our reservation was for 3 ppl not 2. As we were leaving i watched as no maid but Instead its a handy man that was caring for the rooms i watched him make the same beds up from our first room. No sweeping or mopping was done just the bulk laundry cart was pushed into the door. So i can see why my room was in such deplorable state. Its sad the place was quiet and most of the other staff was friendly and welcoming. Its a sad shame though when you cant wven get a clean room and the heater coolers in the room were disgusting that should also be address as after an hour or so my kid was having allergy issues. They need to do better

Still have received my deposit paid upon arrival. $100 in total. The stay for 2 nights was $112 $100 deposit . So I'm out $212 for a two night stay. I could have used that $100 to stay at a different hotel but had to sleep in my car after the first 2 nights. Been 7 days so far no refund on deposit

It appeared that the floor in our room was never mopped since its opening. The other parts of the room were pretty dirty also, including dry cheese on the dusty curtains, and other questionable stains all over the place. The area around the hotel was so nasty, covered with cigarette buds and smelly spills, etc. I would never book this hotel outside of Expedia and that’s why I believe it needs to be removed from here until proper cleaning and renovations are done. Also, it shouldn’t be advertised as near airport hotel because it’s good 20 min away in non-rush hours
