I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality.

The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We had an okay experience in this hotel, not what we expected. The bathroom of executive suite was dated and small as compared to Leela Delhi. The buffet food options were less and sub standard with same items repeated daily, felt like eating in a canteen, so much so that I didn’t feel like eating there. The staff was good as always, however due to the heavy traffic, they did some incorrect billing which they later corrected. Overall, my stay was good but i didn’t got a good feeling about the hotel and may not be choosing Leela Bangalore again.

The service at this hotel is fantastic and top notch. Everyone truly cares about the guests and greets them warmly throughout the day! The breakfast variety is amazing and fresh fruit juices were one of the best. Coming from Oberoi and Trident the hospitality was subpar. Rooms were fine but not great, stink in the lobby of 3rd floor. Food was mid but the service at Jamavar restaurant was great. Club lounge access was okay but service there was really bad.

This place was magical! After an 18-hour flight from Canada with our 4-year-old, it was exactly what we needed to rest up for the rest of our journey. The food at the restaurants was amazing and of great quality, and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the garden. The only downside was the construction noise from the renovations, but the overall experience more than made up for it.

Hotel got impressive lobby, very clean all around and amazing Garden and pool area.
Breakfast and dinner at citrus restaurant was very good,lot of varieties , great taste and all the staff at citrus was helpful and attentive special thanks to suraj and rest of the staff as they were always welcoming.
Housekeeping staff was also always asking if we were comfortable. Specialy Samarul and santu . I will definitely recommend this hotel

Leela Bengaluru Services Not At All Up To Mark

It was not pleasure for me to stay and will think twice before coming and recommending

1. Check in ( 1st August) , by interns you are not trained ( gives me a room which is non-smoking without even asking my choice and then after my request the change was done)
2. ⁠We move to Zen, someone comes in between and asks us to vacate our seats as fumigation will take place ( in between the meeting, again unprofessional behaviour, they could have told when we sat there ), absolutely unprofessional behaviour, casual mannerisms
3. ⁠Today morning at breakfast, time 6.48 AM, breakfast area not crowded , sat at table number 7, I go and ask for Suji Puri and Aloo Sabji after almost 15 minutes and with one reminder I didn’t got it ( have to leave the breakfast table) , utter confused female intern, goes and blast the chef’s, a tall guy then reluctantly, grumpy tried to fry and even telling I am in hurry I have to leave without food

Most unprofessional bunch of untrained people, too many, absolutely ill-managed!

This is my feedback and would never like to come back or recommend this property

Maintenance, construction, cranes and cranes make a huge noise and the screams of the construction workers could not sleep. The hotel management did not care about the guests also the weekend. The work continues in it.

Beautiful hotel..superb checkin progress, with traditional Indian welcome. - world class.

Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there.

Staff were professional but no personably. Many staff members seemed to have a no care attitude. They don’t bother greeting guests. Just busy chit chatting with each other.

During our 5 night stay I tried calling but body answers. It usually takes several tries before they pick up,

On the day of checkout I tried calling front desk, operator, guest services, even the duty manager but nobody picked up, I tried for more than 10 mins, my airport transport was waiting so we had to drag all our luggage ourselves.

Not sure why the customer service is so inconsistent and poor at this hotel.

We frequently stay at 5 star hotels and am impressed with luxury hotels in India but very disappointed with Leela Palace.

As a Bangalore native, I was delighted by the fresh perspective and experience on my vacation at The Leela Palace. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and informative (Preetham in particular). The decor was gorgeous and my wife and I appreciated the detail and cleanliness of every room and hallway. I especially loved that I could choose from several pillow options for a better night's sleep. The food options, particularly during breakfast, were just incredible - dosas, vadas and other South Indian fare along with so many western and fusion options as well. (Compliments to our breakfast host, Vishal) We're back in the US now and I'm still reminiscing of our restful stay at the Leela, the green garden, the waterfalls, and the lovely live music. Thank you so much!

The Leela is iconic, and yet reasonably priced relative to peers in the vicinity. Finest service I’ve ever benefited from. Not just personable, but catered to you as a person. They brought me not one, but two birthday cakes, and even offered to take me on a quick tour of the city on the way to the airport at no additional charge.

I’m grateful to my friends at the Leela, and look forward to returning someday.

Some of the fittings need to be updated and maintained. For example, 3 of the 5 power sockets did not work - so we needed to share 2 sockets between 3 people for charging phones, smart watches, mobile phones and laptops. Some carpeted areas had worn patches. Overall, a very good hotel with some defects.

Check in process was horrible as they messed up the rooms and the guests names. And because one room didn’t have the free lunch and other benefits, the billing process also got messed up. The restaurant and reception hardly had any good link to exchange information. One didn’t know what other side was doing. On the positive side, the rooms are very clean, quiet with great buffet and amenities. I wish the check in and check out process was smoother along with the billing adjustments we had to go through and waste 45 mins of extra time for both check in and check out. And also, waiting for getting the checks and food orders were longer compared to their competition. Other than that, hotel was great.

Had the most amazing time as a solo female traveler at the Leela. Everyone was friendly and courteous, the grounds are beautiful as is the hotel itself. I booked a guide/driver who took me to some top sightseeing spots in a nice car and made me feel safe. Also had a nice 30 min massage and made use of their steam room, sauna, and whirlpool. Wide variety of delicious food options. Amazing experience and hope to be back with my family one day.

We stayed for 2 weeks here and it was outstanding in all areas. Maintained excellent safe practices especially during Covid times.

Concierge was responsive and took care of our needs. The food was very good. Giri Mannoor, Virender, Parul, and Karmjit provided great service. All the staff made sure we had great breakfast and dinner. Finally, our driver Mustaq was excellent. Very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Love to have him take us around nex time. Look forward to staying here again. Thanks for making this a great and safe stay for us.
