Most of the staff is not speaking English, the rooms are old, both mattresses are worn and i slept like a banana, breakfast is poor, only boiled egs, sausages and vegetables, no omelette or fried eggs, powder coffee.Pool access is only by reservation for 1 hour stay.Parking for extra cost, not a 4 star hotel, the room was 100-180usd/night, 2 nights 2 different prices.I do not recomend it.

Staff is nice and despite what it looks like on the outside, it's quite nice on the inside. Room had a weird smell throughout my stay. Beds aren't too comfy but you get used to it. You get what you paid for basically. Walls are thin and despite having two doors, you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and sometimes your neighbors. Other than that, if you want a cheap hotel to just sleep at night, this would be it. I didn't use the amenities as I was out most of the time lol. Overall not bad, could be better.

Not the type to complain however this is definitely not somewhere you should go. Our room smelt of smoke, we couldn’t leave the windows open because it was freezing outside and no amount of perfume would get rid of the smell. We found 2 bugs in the bed, got moved rooms but receptionist didn’t seem bothered and there was no amount of refund. The bed was 2 singles pushed together and 2 single duvets, one of the beds was so squeaky because the bottom of it was broken. Very run down hotel that requires a lot of work and new staff. Don’t waste your money.

The property is cleaned, and staff generally get on with their jobs. It's value for money, and there's a clean room every day.

Areas of improvement:
1. Staff, especially customer-facing, could be more friendly and approachable by smiling and conversing with customers. One of the receptionists was too serious and appeared to be forcing words out of her when talking or enquiring.
2. Breakfast is very average because it does not include cooked foods; all the items displayed are processed foods. And it is the same food every day. This is boring.
3. Regarding breakfast, food should be labelled so customers know what they are eating, especially for allergy sufferers, particularly children.
4. The swimming pool and even the paid spa are not available to customers until late in the evening. The staff told me that the pool is being rented out to outsiders, offering swimming lessons to children who use it all day. This MUST be displayed, and customers SHOULD be informed when booking. Otherwise, it is deceptive or misleading, to say the least.
5. It is ridiculous that customers have to pay to use the pool and sauna, even though the hotel advertises these amenities to attract customers.

Unless all the above are attended to, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Great transport links but not a lot else good. You have to pay for the spa/pool. Staff speak little or no English and one was particularly rude to us because we'd gone outside for a cigarette. Cleanliness levels in the communal areas were perfect but the room was gross. Cobwebs under the bed. Dirty shower screen. Crisps and a thick layer of dust down the side of the bed. Windows had handprints on. Dead insects inside the light. No shower gel in the bottle and it wasn't topped up for the entire stay. The pillow was a duvet resulting in me having a stiff neck for hours upon waking. The mattress was covered in yellow stains. The sheets had lots of hairs on. Windowsill grimy and had a hair on it. The glassware provided was dirty. The kettle wasn't emptied. Only tea in the room. The food was OK but not great if you're British. Who has carrots and cauliflower for breakfast?! The juice was watered down. Very very hot and noisy so sleeping nearly impossible. Peeling wallpaper, mould spots on the ceiling, a hole in the wall. Paint flaking off the ceiling. Went to reception several times and there was nobody there. THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL.

Economical accommodation on outskirts of Prague

The location is quite a way from the centre of Prague, however there is a bus stop just 50 metres from the hotel (bus service 109) which in 5 minutes takes you to a Metro stop where you can get an underground metro train to the centre of Prague. Note the bedrooms are not air conditioned, so rather uncomfortable in the recent hot weather.

This property has no air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our period of stay. They didn't even provide a fan.
We couldn't get enough sleep.
The room was too tiny for a family of three. There was literally no room to put our luggage.

Well priced great hotel

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Relax Inn. The hotel is positioned well near fast bus routes that take you to the nearest tram/underground stop so getting into the city centre of Prague is really quick and easy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast selection was great and really nice quality. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was also really nice. A great stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Positives: The hotel is good, room is clean, breakfast served is tasty but limited and the staff is professional.

Negatives: the hotel is somewhat old and needs some care for example some lights need fixing, the bathtub needs to be replaced because it accumulates water and not drain properly. The hotel is far from a supermarket or restaurants.

My recommendation for the management to improve the hotel is to, check or fix the appliances for the rooms and renovate some stuff.

So overall a nice stay.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, the staff friendly and very helpful. I didn’t use the pool or sauna. There isn’t air con in rooms, summers are hot. A little noisy, with train line to back and road to front. The rooms do not have chains or bolts on door. (On my second night 2 young men came into my room because the reception gave them a key to the wrong room , everyone was so shocked and embarrassed a genuine mistake, but a chain on the door would have stopped the incident.) I needed a hotel close to the 02 Arena, so this hotel was good for that.

For the price I think you get just as you expect. Clean rooms, a decent breakfast and friendly staff. The breakfast closes at 10, and the woman turns off the lights 09.55 and gets mad if someone stays there too long after and if you take a cup of coffee at 10.

We didn't use the spa and wellness facility, but looked nice.

It wasn’t close to anything, so requires car service to go anywhere. You have to pay extra money to use the pool and you pay for every 30 minutes of use! Breakfast was ok, same food every day. They didn’t change the sheets the whole week and towels only if they’re left on the bed.

We arrived to the hotel and were not made feel very welcome. The hotel is small and simple. Very far from tourist attractions and in no way a 4 star hotel! The rooms were small and dirty with very thin walls.There was someone else's clothes left in the bathroom floor. Extra charge €12 pp per hour for pool. Demanded a refund which we received after a 2 hour disagreement on the phone. Thankful for the refund and that we booked through ebookers as they looked after us in the end.

Located in a run down neighbourhood and more than 20 minutes way by foot from any facilities like an ATM and apart from paying for the room there is no eftpos. Originally given a run down room on the 4th floor facing a noisy train line that looked nothing like the picture advertised and we had to ask to switch to a better room. The footpaths surrounding the hotel have dog p** on them. The room had free wifi, but the blocked access to all hotel websites and hotels.com.

Does not have room service as advertised. The pool is paid access and must be booked to use. We were not told about booking until being turned away 2 nights in a row. The breakfast buffet is out all day and overnight in the restaurant downstairs. We saw boiled eggs that were black just sitting on the side table.

Our initial booking was for 3 days but we only stayed for 2. We cancelled the last night to switch hotels to the Hilton. The discounted price advertised here is the normal room price. So don't make the mistake of thinking you are getting a deal.

We booked this hotel with a certain expectation based on its advertise facilities and it failed to meet them. It is not horrible if you are looking for a budget hotel near where you need to be, however it is not 4 star. The fact the wifi blocked hotel booking websites is not a good sign of this hotels quality and we had a little trouble getting a new hotel because of this.

I travelled with 2 of my friends. We had a very good time in Praha and accessed the hotel quite easily, the only thing is that the hotel was actually far from places of interest and the area was quite unpleasant. We arrived there around 19:30 on a sunday (may-be 20:00...don't remember exactly) but there was only one restaurant nearby and one take away. We had no choice really.The restaurant was very empty, not super clean and not very welcoming but the waiter was nice and the food indeed, quite generous and really fresh. We really enjoied our food. The neighbourhood wasn't nice and polite at all, when we asked (in English and in Czech) our way to the mall we could see after the railways, nobody would help. We had bad rain at that moment so instead of going to some party we got invited to in the afternoon (1 of my friend was very tired but how lucky we were indeed) we went back to the hotel to enjoy a swim....that we actually didn't use,lol. The hotel was quite empty and you still had to pay the swim per hour..how upsetting. We actually chose this hotel because of our budget, we didn't want to use all of our cash left from the day just for a swim, knowing that there was no cash point nearby....This hotel was just ok to my taste, a terrible choice to 1 of my friend. I wouldn't recommend that hotel for a touristic time.

Not a Four Star by any stretch of the imagination

I booked quite late for a conference and needed somewhere close by as I was travelling on my own. The hotel has probably been recently updated and my room was ok with clearly new furniture and bathroom, although the carpets were quite grubby. The hotel is not particularly close to the metro system but is fairly easily accessed by bus. Despite the website description, there is no bar/restaurant in the hotel. There is an informal dining room which serves a very basic continental breakfast and has a fridge with some drinks which can be bought for consumption there or your room I assume. There is a decent bar/retaurant on the corner which provides good basic fayre at very reasonable prices however. All in all however, this hotel needs to revise its description. At the price which was reasonable it would be more accurately described as a 2-3 star and then expectations would be about right.

A low quality hotel - Not a four star rating as stated

I am a frequent expedia user and I would not class the hotel as a 4 star. The whole place smelt of stale cigarette smoke. This was because there were ash trays on every floor so you can smoke everywhere in the hotel. We had a non-smoking room and it smelt of stale smoke.

The room was basic. We didn’t have a mini bar or complimentary bottled water in our room as stated. Our telephone in the room didn’t work. There wasn’t any extra bedding or towels. We didn’t have a hair dryer. We found our double bed had one single duvet lengthways across it with a sheet over it. A very strange way to make a bed as it only came up to my knees. They did give us another single duvet when we asked, but not what you want to have to do when you get to your hotel at 11pm.

The breakfast was very sparse and there wasn’t enough cutlery and bowls. People were using tea cups to have their cereals in. We had to share a knife to butter our bread. The staff weren’t very helpful either when we asked if there was anymore.

From the hotel you have to get a bus and then the metro into the centre which takes about 35-40 minutes. Avoid using taxis as they are very expensive. If you do use one get a yellow taxi as they have meters in them and shouldn’t rip you off.

If you are after a four star hotel then this isnt it. I would rate it 2 stars.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. I nem gåafstand fra et par restauranter og kiosker. Hjælpsomt personale. Der var ikke strygejern på værelset, men det kunne lejes i receptionen. Der er lidt lydt, så man kan høre når folk går rundt på gangene og lukker deres døre.

Das Personal konnte nicht sagen, wie hoch die Parkgebühren sind.
Das Zimmer war nur nötigst geputzt. Haare im ganzen Bad.

Im Bad sieht man den Rigips. Die Fugenmasse fällt aus den Fliesen

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten hier und da eine Renovierung. Parkplätze sind auf 5 begrenzt für das ganze Hotel und nur gegen Aufpreis möglich.
Verkehrsanbindung zum Bus ist nah gelegen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht abwechslungsreich.

Zum übernachten reicht das Hotel völlig aus. Es ist sauber. Frühstück ist eher bescheiden, aber war für uns nicht schlimm... In Prag kann man ja Essen gehen 😉Parkplatz unbedingt vorher im Hotel reservieren. Sie haben wenig verfügbar.

Affordable and decent, but certainly not the self-proclaimed four stars. Two busses connect you alright to tram and metro but walking is not a pleasant alternative. While o2 arena is close, walking there takes you 25+ minutes. Bus is not much quicker but avoids walking along a busy road, however it's not too frequent.

Breakfast was below average, with instant coffee from the machine and some choices of tea bags. Ham and cheese, bread rolls and toast, also yogurt and cereals. Not a bad experience but not many options and not a four star buffet.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay besides swapping towels. We didn't mind much, as it was initially cleaned alright but with excessive use of some source of fragrance that kept us awake the first night. So gladly, this was not repeated while we stayed.

Not too much of a bumber but worth mentioning is the broken toilet seat and broken showerhead holder.

All of this was fair enough if you need a place to crash and ignore the four star impression and focus on affordability. Especially with two kids, alternatives are rarer and get pricy quickly.

Altid klar med hjælp, uanset som det var i huset eller hjælp til uber eller bare guide til handle muligheder eller spisesteder. Og lækkert med en pool man kan leje på time basis. Diese Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem kurzen Hallo an der Rezeption empfangen. Während der Rezeptionist mit dem Scrollen auf seinem Handy beschäftigt war, fühlten wir dann mal die Anmeldung aus. Also ein sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wände sind schmutzig, der Teppich mit Flecken übersteht. Die Holzbetten knacken. Die Wände sind so dünn, daß man deutlich hören kann, wenn sich im Holzbett im Nebenzimmer einer dreht. Geschweige denn andere Tätigkeiten vollzogen werden, bei den man denkt man liegt genau daneben. Mit 4-Sterne hat dieses Hotel gar nichts zu tun. Keine Ahnung, wo diese Bewertung herkommt. An der Rezeption hängen noch Auszeichnungen. Die jüngste ist von 2018 mit 4 Sterne Hotel. Allerdings ein ganz anderer Name. Den Wellness Bereich muss man pro Stunde zahlen. Was dafür spricht, dass das Hotel eher einen Stundenhotel oder Hostel zugeordnet werden sollte. Auf Grund des Zustandes des Zimmers haben wir uns den Wellness erst gar nicht angeschaut. Pool und Sauna stündlich für 300/400 Kronen abzukassieren, war noch nicht mal dem Hotelnamen "Relax Inn" tragbar. Für uns alles unverständlich. Das Frühstück wurde von einem gestressten Mann betreut. Die Tische waren voll mit benutzen Geschirr und Abfällen. Angebot des Frühstücks war sehr gering und von der Qualität niedrig angesetzt. Ich hatte 3 Nächte gebucht und im Voraus gezahlt. Allerdings haben wir direkt nach dem Frühstück ausgecheckt und keine Erstattung erhalten

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und nett,
Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten do dass der Rahmen hervorstand und man getrennt voneinander schlafen musste.
Zum Frühstück gab es kalte gekochte Eier. Die Eier waren direkt ausm Kühlschrank würde ich sagen . Richtig schön eiskalt serviert! Nur ein Personal war für die Küche zuständig.

An sich alles in Ordnung, aber am Anfang sehr ätzender Geruch im Zimmer es roch nach einer Chlorartigen Reinigungsmittel sodass man Lüften musste und draußen zu kalt war. Also etwas eigenartige Einladung. Zimmer nicht renoviert, an einigen Stellen platzt die Farbe ab. Sonst Fernseher ist da, Wellness leider nicht benutzt. Ach so und Essen muss im kleinen Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, sonst kommen ganz viele Ameisen aus dem Teppichboden, trotz 2.Etage.

Zwei Nächte in Prag

War ganz nett. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstück aber sehr schwach und monoton. Sehr nahe am Bahnhof daher hat man auch die vorbeifahrenden Züge gehört. Die Zimmer waren allerdings sehr sauber und die Bedienung war fabelhaft;)

So lala trifft es am ehesten. Die Zimmer sind ok zum Übernachten, das Bad ist extrem klein Dimensioniert. Die Farbe bälltert von den Wänden, die Fenster sind nicht hochwertig. Man merkt, dass das Hotel nicht alt ist, aber es ist auch nicht mehr Neu. Man sieht Faustschläge in den Türen, die Ecken der Möbel blättern ab, der Geruch in den Zimmern erinnert an Mottenkugeln.

Dass Schwimmbad und Sauna, wie auch Kinderunterhaltung und Massage im Keller gegen Aufpreis angeboten werden, spricht nicht wirklich für das Hotel. Wenigstens ein Mal kostenlos schimmen oder ein mal kostenlos Saunieren, sollten doch drin sein?

Der Pool ist sauber und schön, die Duschen wirken eher wie eine Sparmaßnahme. Bitte denkt an Eure Badelatschen! Es ist spiegelglatt!
Alles muss separat gezahlt werden 300CzK für eine Stunde Pool, 400CzK für eine Stunde Sauna - rechnet es Euch selbst zusammen. Massage 800 Kronen.

Das Essen ist eine Mischung aus - wir müssen etwas anbieten und Ideenlosigkeit. Weiße Bohnen in Tomatensoße und Mischgemüse? Zum Frühstück? Ein einfaches Rührei hätte es doch getan? Kalte Eier, das Gemüse wurde in drei Tagen nicht neu geschnitten, befand sich gemischt in einer Schüssel. Wenn man einfach nur etwas zwischen die Zähne braucht, ok, wer Frühstück im Hotel mag, wird hier enttäuscht!
Der Kaffe ist super.

Die Parksituation auf dem Hinterhof (Durch eine Einfahrt von vorne zu erreichen - mit Elektrischem Tor) ist krass. Als ungeübter Fahrer - packt man das nicht. Keine Tieferlegung!!

Ich habe vor acht Monaten über Expedia im Hotel Relax Inn reserviert. Am Check-in-Tag wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Reservierung storniert wurde und kein Zimmer verfügbar sei. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Alternative. Der Service war unprofessionell, und wir standen plötzlich ohne Unterkunft da. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert!

24 Stunden Rezeption. Sehr netter Empfang.Saubere schöne Unterkunft mit Kühlschrank. An einigen Stellen bröckelte allerdings die Farbe. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Wir hätten uns allerdings über verschiedene Obstsorten gefreut, Rührei und 1 2 vegane Angebote. Die Lage war abseits der Stadt, das Umfeld nicht einladend. Für 1-2 Nächte bot das Hotel aber alles, was es für eine gute Unterkunft brauchte. Beim Frühstück gab es ein Problem, da wir es aus Zeitgründen nicht vor Ort einnehmen konnten, aber leider auch nicht für unterwegs mitnehmen durften. Da hätten wir uns Toleranz gewünscht anstatt unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen zu werden.

No es la mejor opción

Está un poco lejos del centro pero llegas fácilmente, el baño pequeño por la mañana la limpiadora dando portazos el desayuno siempre es lo mismo nunca lo cambian leche fría como para poder hacerte un café por la mañana

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Waren nur für eine Übernachtung dort. Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Sehr laut! Auch sehr hellhörige Zimmer!! Sehr harte Matratzen. Die Tapeten an den Wänden blättern ab, die Türrahmen sind stark abgenutzt, die Fenster schmutzig. Was sehr nervig war: Die Karte zum Tür-öffnen hat nicht funktioniert. Vor jedem benutzten musste sie an der Rezeption wieder freigeschalten werden (wir waren im 2. Stock). Frühstück war o.k. und sauber. Auch der Frühstücksraum. Personal war höflich und hat ganz gut deutsch gesprochen.
