Hotel com um bom café da manhã, localização em frente à praia e estrutura de piscina boa.
O recepcionista Fabiano e o Gugu da porta foram bastante prestativos na hora de dar dicas de passeios e ajudar nas nossas férias. A comida do restaurante do hotel deliciosa servindo comidas típicas. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel novamente.

Ficamos no hotel em fevereiro de 2020 e simplesmente amamos o hotel. Bem localizado, de frente a praia central de Maragogi, possui bons quartos, uma area de piscina que tem várias redes, balanços, com uma linda vista para o mar. Café da manhã muito bom, com ovos e tapioca servidos na hora. O hotel.possui um restaurante (Netun) que é maravilhoso. Pratos deliciosos e super bem apresentados. Comemos todos os dias lá. Os funcionarios do hotel são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Um obrigado especial aos que nos atenderam durante nossa estadia: Eri, Jair, Joalison, Tiago, Sá, Íris, Cássio e todos os demais!

Acredito que seja uma das melhores opções de hotel em Maragogi, tudo maravilhoso! Desde o atendimento, qualidade das instalações, itens de higiene e o café da manhã impecável, com opções sofisticadas e saudáveis de lanche! O hotel é beira mar, próximo aos melhores restaurantes de maragogi, não tem muitas opções, mas as que tem, estão por ali.

Dos hotéis mais no centro de Maragogi, o Areias Belas é o mais bonito e estruturado.
O chuveiro no teto no meio do box é nada prático, e as toalhas precisam das uma renovada. Piscina boa, café da manhã também!

Maragogi é um verdadeiro paraíso, e nossa estadia no Hotel Areias Belas tornou essa experiência ainda mais incrível. O hotel é extremamente bem cuidado, e o café da manhã oferece diversas opções sem lactose e sem glúten, com pratos típicos da culinária local. Aproveitamos ao máximo todas as acomodações. Sem dúvida, é a melhor opção de hotel para quem deseja explorar a cidade e não passar o dia todo em um resort.

Ambiente Familiar - Ótimo atendimento

Recepção de todos os funcionários excelente nota 10, em especial o Lucas e o Sasa . Acomodação quarto limpo e espaçoso, lençol macio, travesseiros e colchão ótimos(amei), sacada com mesa e rede, tv dispõe de vários canais, internet é muito boa. Café da manhã gostoso atende as necessidades.
O restaurante do hotel tem um valor mais alto que as imediações, na orla possui outras opções.
Ambiente familiar, o hotel é de acordo com as fotos descritas dos ambientes.
Piscina um tamanho bom, não entrei (estava chovendo), estacionamento do hotel é enfrente sem cobertura.

Foi maravilhoso ficar no quarto de frente para o mar. Café da manhã perfeito com muitas opções e variedade, e ainda podia pedir omelete e tapioca. Area em comum sempre limpa, piscina legal e a vista para o mar valeram cade segundo. Hotel bem perto de vários restaurantes, e lojinhas eu amei tudo.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto dos restaurantes e silencioso ao mesmo tempo. O que mais se destaca é a cordialidade da equipe do atendimento, muito acima da média. A cozinha tb merece destaque, café na manhã gostoso, com ótimo atendimento.
Petiscos do restaurante Netun, do hotel, sensacionais. Quarto confortável, cama e lençóis de qualidade e um chuveiro muito bom!
Eles tb disponibilizam bicicletas, cadeiras e guarda sol e toalhas de praia.

Péssimo custo benefício

O hotel não condiz com o valor cobrado. Paguei 693 reais por um quarto triplo em uma viagem onde a média de preço dos quartos que me hospedei, e que eram excelentes, era de 400 reais. Só há quarto triplo no térreo e esses ficam bem ao lado da rua, ou seja, parece que os bugs passam dentro do seu quarto, além de ouvir tudo o que as pessoas falam na rua. Os quartos são simples, piscina nada demais, ou seja, nada condizente com o valor da diária. Café da manhã super simples. Não me importo de pagar um valor mais alto numa diária, mas preciso ter a sensação de estar pagando por algo que valha a pena. Além disso o hotel, mesmo vazio, não tolerou nenhuma permanência além de meio dia. ÚNICO elogio vai para os funcionários da recepção, que são muito simpáticos.

Melhor hotel do centro de Maragogi

O hotel foi uma grata surpresa. O atendimento foi de primeira, toda a equipe muito simpática, o quarto muito confortável, grande e bem equipado, cama gostosa, ar condicionado funcionando bem e smart tv. O wifi do hotel funciona muito bem e os espaços comuns são todos bem cuidados com várias opções. A única reclamação seria pelo café da manhã, que poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades, mas mesmo assim era muito gostoso.

Banheiro razoável e toalhas surradas.

A pia do banheiro estava entupida quando cheguei. No dia seguinte fizeram a manutenção. Após 5 dias voltou a dar sinais de entupimento. Toalhas velhas no banheiro. Chuveiro com pouca pressão e de difícil regulagem. Água quente prevalece.

Very positive experience - likely to return!

This seems like the nicest hotel in Maragogi itself. The beachfront room we had was beautiful. I also liked that they had bikes you could use for free to get about the city!

The only thing that I would note is that the beachfront rooms may be slightly closer to noise, especially during the weekend, with some passing cars playing music and folks chatting while walking by.

Funcionários em geral educados e prestativos, bem organizado em relação a pandemia, café e piscina com agendamento de horario para evitar aglomerações, areas em comum impecáveis, disponibilizam toalhas para levar à praia, bicicletas, restaurante do hotel maravilhoso e com preço justo, café da manhã bem variado e muito gostoso, tem opção de bolo sem gluten e lactose todos os dias. Quarto bem espaçoso, varalzinho no banheiro para pendurar roupas molhadas. Voltaria várias vezes! Centrinho com restaurantes, feirinhas, supermercado bem perto.

Hotel confortável com ótimo atendimento.
Pela localizacao o barulho da avenida incomoda um pouco a noite. Os travesseiros poderia ser melhores porque são mto finos e não é tão bom de dormir. A localização é boa e bem no centro. O restaurante oferece pratos bem gostosos!

Apesar de ser quarto surperior standard com vista para o mar, havia barulho da rua, carros com som alto uma boa movimentação o que nao me agradou.
No entanto o quarto é amplo e limpo. O banheiro bom porém, a pia e o balcão um tanto pequena.
Café da manhã bem ok, nada muito exepcio al.
Atendimento de todos no hotel foi execlente e simpaticos, e no quesito protocolo para o COVID bem exigentes.
Espaco externo bacana, moderninho e bem aconchegante.

Atendeu perfeitamente

Ficamos quatro noites no hotel. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e com banheiros limpos (o chuveiro é ótimo). Tem uma academia que atende as necessidades de quem quer se exercitar. Café da manhã bem servido com várias opções. A piscina é ótima também. O hotel fica super bem localizado, eles emprestam cadeiras e guarda sol e tem parceria com alguns restaurantes na região. O pessoal da recepção foi sempre solicito: Thyago, Fabiano, Cássio, Carla... e o atendimento no restaurante e no bar também se esforçaram muito para atender os hóspedes. Sem querer desmerecer os que não perguntei o nome mas não posso citar o Marlon e o Marconi.

Muito caro para pouquíssimo conforto!
Banheiro minúsculo, Wi-Fi não funciona, canais de tv não está de acordo com a grade informada, não tem segurança nenhuma para hospedar crianças, pois o para corpo dos corredores e varanda são vazados, o que poderia ser resolvido com uma simples tela ou coisa do tipo.
Barulho da rua vai até altas horas da madrugada.!
Nessas condições e por esse preço não voltaria a me hospedar novamente!
A única coisa que de fato vale nota 10 é a limpeza do quarto e a recepção.
Em fim, de pessoal o hotel está bem servido, mas a estrutura em si não vale o preço!!!

Ah, troquem esse piso dos aptos pois é horrível!!!

Quem se hospedar no Areias Belas e não almoçar ou jantar no restaurante vai perder a viagem. O Netun é sensacional, comida maravilhosa e a apresentação incrível. Limpeza das instalações, organização e disponibilidade dos funcionários, café da manhã delicioso, ambiente harmonioso e integrado da recepção, living, bar, restaurante, piscina, academia, massagem, espaço zen e parquinho é um diferencial no Areias. Excelente atendimento da recepção. Todos são muito simpáticos (as) e atenciosos (as). O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade. A localização é boa, mas é um pouco barulhento por causa das pessoas e carros passando na rua desde bem cedo de manhã. O banheiro é apertado e a janela muito pequena não permitindo uma ventilação adequada e para secar as roupas de praia no varal dentro do box.

O Hotel é bom, mas faltou pegar os canais de TV que estavam listados. O preço é exageradamente alto pras condições que oferece. Café da manhã com pouca variedade em comparação aos demais. Se tivesse pago um valor mais condizente talvez não achasse ruim. Mas pelo preço que paguei achei que deixou sim muito a desejar.

Staff muito gentil e prestativo, com destaque especial à Carol e ao Temoel do front desk. Café da manhã simples, mas tapiocas muito saborosas. Restaurante muito bom, com pratos saborosos e com ótima apresentação. Banheiro pequeno, mas limpo e com toalhas novas, cheirosas e macias, chuveiro muito bom. O quarto fica bem claro logo que amanhece o dia, pois o blackout não segura luz pelas laterais. Cama confortável, mas travesseiros não muito bons. Sem elevador. Tudo limpo. Só fornecem duas toalhas de piscina por apartamento, independente do número de hóspedes, e estávamos em três pessoas... Quarto com varanda, com Linda vista para o mar.

Passamos dois dias muito agradáveis no hotel. Fomos muito bem recebidas pela recepcionista Carol que nos passou todas as informações necessárias para que pudéssemos aproveitar o pouco tempo que tínhamos em Maragogi. Hotel limpo, bem decorado, dentro da vila. Tem bicicleta, cadeira de praia para levarmos para as praias, tudo mto bem estruturado. Restaurante do café da manhã um pouco pequeno, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia. Recomendo 100%.

Nossa estadia foi excelente!
O serviço do hotel foi impecável em todos os sentidos e os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e educados. O ambiente do hotel é super gostoso, com uma música ambiente agradável e uma decoração aconchegante. O café da manhã é super variado, com tudo muito bem feito e fresquinho, inclusive com opções fitness ou com restrições como zero glúten, por exemplo.
A localização do hotel também é muito boa: fica fora do movimento maior da orla, mas é bem pertinho para ir andando.

Hotel barulhento

Hotel com boa estrutura, ficamos com Vista Frontal do Mar. O café da manhã bem variado e funcionários bem educados e atenciosos. A Wi-Fi não funcionava no meu quarto, pois a antena fica no meio do corredor e os quartos das pontas ficam sem internet. Reclamei na recepção e me disseram que se quisesse internet, teria que utilizar na recepção. Esse é um item que eles tem que melhorar com urgência. Por favor, coloquem mais roteadores. Como o hotel fica praticamente na rua principal da cidade, tem muito barulho vindo da rua, principalmente de carros de som, propaganda, etc e não tem hora para terminar, vai até de madrugada. Eles tem que melhorar com urgência o isolamento acústico dos quartos. Ele tem tudo para se tornar um dos melhores hotéis da cidade com um pouco de atenção e investimento.

Pasamos un hermosa estadía en Maragogi. El Hotel Areias Belas nos resultó muy confortable. Su ubicación céntrica nos permitió trasladarnos fácilmente hacia distintos lugares. El trato con el personal fue muy cordial, siempre atento a las necesidades del huésped. La limpieza de la habitación /hotel fue muy buena y la comida excelente.
Un aspecto que debería mejorar es la conección WiFi que por momentos fue deficiente. De igual manera volveríamos a reservar allí y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 10m da praia. Oferece todos os serviços necessários, pessoal gentil e bem treinado.

Não vale o investimento

O custo benefício da hospedagem não compensa. O café da manhã possui boa opções contudo a falta de reposição e o atendimento demorado deixaram a desejar (se repetiu durante toda a estadia). A acomodação é pequena, não possui isolamente acústico suficiente, pois pela proximidade da rua e das áreas de circulação de ouvia bastante barulho. Os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis e não havia outros modelos. Haviam formigas pelo quarto, daquelas bem pequenas, não eram muitas mas incomodaram, talvez por termos ficado no térreo seja mais difícil de controlar a incidência delas. A água do chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente, a equipe não deu tratativas para essa reclamação. A localização do hotel é boaz embora a cidade seja pequena, embora tudo seja meio perto. Enfim, maragogi é uma praia muito linda, principalmente as piscinas naturais, mas considere ficar em outra cidade com mais estrutura e melhores condições.
O hotel dispõe de uma piscina pequena mas agradável e um espaço com poltronas e cadeira de balanço que tem uma vista da praia sensacional. O atendimento da staff foi simpático e carinhoso mas demorado e inefetivo como no caso dos pedidos de bebidas na piscina, reposição do café da manhã e atendimento da recepção para verificação da água quente e troca de travessseiros.
