This hotel is located in Maragogi in the Brazilian state of Alagoas, which lies in the northeast of the country. The region enchants guests with its wonderful natural surrounds, with beaches, mangroves and remainders of the Mata Atlântica, the Atlantic Coastal Rain Forest, to be explored.

The resort is great. Food, locations, the teams that plays with the kids, all great. Thanks for the lac free options in all meals ! Small suggestion: to include decaf coffee.
I don´t however intend to go back in July, we got rain every day !
But yes, we´ll be there again later this year ! Kids loved it !

Did not meet our expectations. It's too expensive for what it offers. The beach wasn't as clear as it make you think because of the Maragogi river. Food is below average and the resort is overall small with tiny swimming pools. The extras you can buy in the resort, like snorkeling in the tide pools, are more expensive than you find outside the hotel. The loud music at the swimming pool area is absolutely annoying and internet connection throughout the resort is horrible. You will need to pay for small things like bicycle and bodyboard despite the fact this is an all-inclusive resort. Good accommodation and landscape, that's it. I would not recommend.

Í spent 5 days on a family vacation, the hotel is very good, beautiful the staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel has a lot of activities for every ages, my niece has 2 years old and had a lot of fun, I had a lot of fun either.

Experiência maravilhosa

Estava tudo perfeito. O quarto confortável e limpo. Amamos os bonecos com toalhas a cada dia no quarto. A comida é boa e variada. As instalações do hotel são preservadas e inúmeras. O atendimento de todo o staff é cordial e a praia é um espetáculo a parte. Excelente opção para famílias com criança que não querem ter preocupação com alimentação ou lazer.

Fantástica! Instalações confortáveis e limpas, comida deliciosa em todos os restaurantes e bares; até o pão e o ovo, meu marido disse que era diferenciado. As pessoas que trabalham no Resort são educadas e atenciosas e se preocuram com detalhes inimagináveis. Ah, enfim, fui a um resort e encontrei espumante estupidamente gelado!!! O serviço so spa também é top! Sugestão: o grupo Amarante precisar abrir um Resort na Região Metropolitana de Salvador, urgente!!!!

Resort all inclusive que faz jus ao nome!

Resort incrível para viagens em grupo e/ou para famílias cujas crianças já aproveitam as atividades de recreação de forma independente! Comida e bebida farta e de qualidade excepcional! Poucos aspectos podem ser melhorados, como o conforto do quarto, que poderia ter um chuveiro mais forte, camas mais apropriadas para crianças e melhor decoração. A praia eh um ponto fraco do resort, só fica minimamente razoável na maré cheia mas longe de ser mar de Caribe (verdinho) … não volto sem antes conhecer outras opções de resort!

Lugar sensacional

Minha experiência foi excelente, fui com minha namorada e era aniversário dela, me ajudaram a fazer uma surpresa para ela em um dos restaurantes. A limpeza de modo geral é muito boa. Todos os funcionários bem treinados e extremamente educados.
Saiba que é um resort com muitas crianças, mesmo estando em uma viagem de casal, não me incomodou em nada, as crianças tem rotinas de brincadeiras com animadores do resort. Me matei de tanto comer, tudo muito bem preparado e com pratos bem elaborados. Ha 2 restaurantes noturnos que funcionam com reserva de horário e um buffet, todos de acordo extrema qualidade e ótimo atendimento.
Único ponto um pouco chato é que na praia tem muitos vendedores que ficam passando incontáveis vezes te oferecendo produtos das quais você já recusou, mas acredito que não tenha como o resort agir com relação a isso, visto que a praia não é particular.
De modo geral é um ótimo lugar e meu próximo passo é juntar dinheiro (muito dinheiro) para os outros hotéis da mesma linha

O quarto reservado era o mais caro, frente à praia e dizia “vista privilegiada”! A vista era para uma quadra de Beach Tênis, e longe do mar… a única vista privilegiada era o pessoal q jogava beach tênis olhando pra dentro do meu quarto…. Privacidade Zero! Ainda por cima é proibido receber visitas no hotel presídio. Nem pagando Day Use. Comida fraca, tudo simples demais pelo preço abusivo

Excelente: opções de entretenimento, espaço, restaurantes, opções de bebidas e destaque especial para o atendimento da nossa camareira Ana, muito atenciosa e solícita. Os maleiros/manobristas também deram um show de atendimento. Nossa única reclamação é a falta de opção em dias de chuva para crianças pequenas. Viajamos com nossa filha de 2 anos e pegamos dias chuvosos. A brinquedoteca “Clubinho do Siri” era pouco equipada, faltando opções de entretenimento. Um mini playground em área coberta seria um ótimo atrativo.

Quarto pequeno. Chuveiro pouca agua. Piscinas pequenas. Qualidade das bebidas destiladas mediana. Praia ruim. Resort pequeno. Não arrumaram meu quarto em uma das minhas estadias. Restaurantes temáticos ruim. Muito barulho entre os quartos (escuta-se tudo dos quartos proximos). Limpeza em geral muito fraca, principalmente nos restaurantes.
Como pontos positivos: atendimento de todos os funcionários. Cervejas excelentes. Agua da coco natural.

Serviço, alimentação e amenidades perfeitos. O resort entrega tudo o que promete. É um ambiente adequado para família e quem quer descansar, porque não é muito badalado e agitado. Os restaurantes são excelentes e o cardápio bastante diverso, não da pra enjoar mesmo que você fique vários dias. Os quartos são super confortáveis (melhoria: podiam investir num pillow top melhor para as camas de casal que são 2 camas de solteiro juntas). As piscinas são ótimas e o serviço na praia também é muito bom, com muita facilidade para pegar bebidas e comida. Enfim, tudo perfeito, excelente estadia!

El hotel excelente, las instalaciones nuevas, muy lindas las piscinas y la comida muy buena, mucha variedad. Es un hotel ideal para ir con niños.
Lamentablemente la playa no es lo que muestran las fotos, el color del mar en la parte del hotel es café por el río que desemboca al lado del hotel. Además mi pareja terminó intoxicado por los mariscos que comió la última noche en el Restaurant Basílico.

Um all inclusive que me surpeendeu, pela diversidade e qualidade. Comida maravilhosa e que atende todos os públicos. Open bar bem diverso: varias opções de drinks e cervejas (inclusive chopp Brahma). O acesso a praia é fácil, perto das piscinas. Não é um Resort tão grande, o que pra mim é uma vantagem. Fácil acesso a todas as áreas. Voltarei com certeza.

Viagem super agradável, resort com excelente estrutura, ótimos restaurantes e por ser \"all inclusive\" cabe destacar que as bebidas oferecidas eram de boa qualidade. Equipe muito prestativa. Durante nossa estadia foram feitas várias apresentações de música ao vivo nos ambientes do hotel, não foi nosso caso, mas o hotel conta uma ótima equipe de recreação para quem viaja com crianças.

Vale a pena se hospedar nesse hotel. Já fui em muitos outros que possuem o sistema all inclusive, mas este, principalmente em relação a bebidas é insuperável, pelo simples fato de ter várias cervejeiras espalhadas pelo complexo e o hóspede simplesmente abre e retira o que quiser, sem precisar ficar pedindo a nenhum funcionário. A comida também excelente e espalhada em vários lugares. No todo o resort atende muito bem, a única coisa ruim, mas ai não tem nada a ver com o hotel, é o caminho para se chegar. Seja pelo aeroporto de Maceio ou pelo de Recife, o caminho é ruim e demorado.

Não vale o valor da diária

Já estivemos no hotel há um bom tempo e hotel se mantém extremamente bem conservado e cuidado. Belos jardins e piscinas, quartos muito bons e confortáveis. O que mais deixa a desejar é em relação a comida, que apesar de saborosa e bem feita, não é muito variada, com qualidade que deixa a desejar. Esperávamos um pouco mais da comida, com opções mais sofisticadas. O serviço, apesar de pouco eficiente, é gentil e cortes e deixa a desejar o fato de não haver serviço de garçom na praia, piscinas ou restaurante principal, sendo restrito aos restaurantes temáticos. A maior decepção foi em relação a ceia de natal, que fora extremamente mal organizada, tumultuada e não teve nada de especial. Jantamos todos separados, pois a maior parte do tempo passamos em pé na fila do buffet, tentando nos servir de uma comida simples e comum, que deixou muito a desejar para uma ceia, ainda mais visto o preço da diária. Apesar de ter aproveitado minha estadia, não acredito que valha o preço cobrado ou mereça o título de melhor all-inclusive do Brasil. Não pretendo voltar.

Fabuloso e Encantador

Foi minha segunda vez no Salinas Maragogi… o Resort é fabuloso, estrutura perfeita para família, fomos com crianças e idosos… todos ficaram encantados.
Pontos fortes: Gastronomia ( um verdadeiro show de gastronomia de alta categoria) os drinks maravilhosos, petiscos. Tudo de primeira e sem escassez, com apresentação de dar água na boca e o sabor melhor ainda.

Pontos de melhoria: lazer infantil tem poucos tios para muitas crianças, comunicação para avisar aos pais qdo a criança não quer mais ficar é ineficiente e a própria programação em si é entediante. Minhas meninas se queixaram. O lazer adulto podia tocar mais músicas com bandas regionais. Senti falta de um forrozinho da terra. Na nossa estadia de 5 dias tocou só um dia.

A qualidade do resort se mantém: comida farta e bem elaborada, atendentes atenciosos, muitas atividades, inclusive para crianças, quartos amplos e limpos. Contudo, em minha última estada, algo me incomodou: a relevante quantidade de lixo plástico na praia, algo que não encontrei em minhas visitas anteriores que datam quase 20 anos. Não há uma responsabilidade direta do hotel por isso, mas seria bom que a limpeza diária da areia da praia com a retirada de resíduos também fosse realizada pela empresa, seja pela questão ambiental, seja pela questão econômica, afinal, ninguém gosta de praia com bitucas de cigarro, garrafas pet, etc.

Dias perfeitos! Praia boa, água transparente, mar cor maravilhosa. Equipe de colaboradores impar, desde de a recepção com o Xande, Arthur, equipe de lazer tio Teteu, tio Matheus super educado, atencioso, fez a gentileza de fazer o passeio de caiaque no mar, experiência ímpar. Foi tudo quase perfeito na estadia com a minha família. A nota só não foi 10 por dois motivos que julgo simples de serem corrigidos.
1 - O piso da Academia deveria ser emborrachado, sei que parece preciosismo, mas a falta de piso emborrachado me fez desistir de treinar durante o período que passei no resort, o chão ficava excessivamente escorregadio, dificultando os exercícios e de certa forma apresentando risco de queda.
2 - A privada do banheiro do meu quarto estava estragada, resolveram rapidamente, mas depois a privada ficou vazando água pelo chão.

No mais, todos os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos e educados. Comida boa e cerveja gelada foram os pontos positivos.

Funcionários com mais flexíveis

Achei muito bom. Porém alguns detalhes podem ser melhorados. A copa baby não tem nada pronto. Já fui em resorts que deixavam sopas prontas, como canja, só para aquecer a qualquer momento. Além disso, os funcionários se mostram pouco flexíveis. Fui pedir um mocha gelado e só pedi para trocarem o copo. Foi negado falando que o copo que é servido é aquele somente. Queria apenas que fosse colocado em um copo com gelo, nada especial. Inclusive no local onde solicitei havia vários copos e gelo (já que servem coisas geladas). Ou se você pede um drink com ingredientes que estão lá, eles não fazem, porque não estão na carta de drinks. A postura é totalmente diferente de outros resorts que fui, sobretudo porque não era solicitado ingrediente especial, mas combinação diferente. Talvez seja o treinamento do resort, só que como hóspede, uma certa flexibilidade iria agradar.

Minha experiencia no salinas foi a melhor possivel, todos muito simpaticos, comida maravilhosa, restaurantes a la cart nem se fale de tao gostoso, drinks o tempo inteiro os passeios muito bons tambem, nao tem nada que nao me agradou.

Esperava algo diferenciado. Apenas Bom.

Diária extremamente cara para a qualidade do que o hotel oferece. A comida quase sempre fria. O menu do restaurante mandacaru não tem nada a ver com a comida típica nordestina. A higiene das mesas no restaurante galés é ruim. Os drinks são muito bem feitos e saborosos. Pelo custo benefício não voltarei mais.
